CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Minister, is: 1. (2) irrigation service levels referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, measured on the basis of the performance of irrigation systems, consisting of elements: a. the condition of infrastructures; b. availability of water; c. index of gardening; d. means of support; e. personnel organization; f. documentation; and g. a bevy of farmer water user. Article 14 (1) the implementation of the asset management activities of Irrigation as stipulated in article 12 and compiled into a report execution.
