ABOUT THE STANDARDIZATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STATE HOUSE,

OPERATIONAL VEHICLES, AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS

THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that to improve administration and the execution of job tasks to be more useful and useful, it needs to be established on standardization and maintenance of the country's home, operational vehicles, and equipment. office;

b. that the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number M. 01.PL.04.10 Year 1986 on the Standardization of Appliances and Maintenance in the Environment of the Department of Law and Legislation of the Republic of Indonesia as has been several times amended last by Decision Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number M-04.UM.06.05 of 2002 on the Standardization of Appliances and Maintenance in the Department of Justice and Human Rights The Republic of Indonesia is still lacking and is no longer in compliance with the development of needs so that needs to be replaced;

c. that based on consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Standardization and Maintenance of the State House, Operations Vehicles, and Office Equipment in the Environment of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights;

Given: 1. Law Number 39 Year 2008 concerning the Ministry of Negaran (Gazette of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional Gazette of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);

2. Government Regulation No. 40 of 1994 on State House (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1994 Number 69, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3573) as amended by Government Regulation No. 31 Year 2005 About Changes to Government Regulation No. 40 of 1994 about State House (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2005 Number 64, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4515);

3. Government Regulation No. 6 of 2006 on Management Of Goods Belonging To State/Area (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 2006 Number 20, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4609) as amended by Government Regulation (2006) Number 38 of 2008 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 6 of 2006 on Management Of Goods Belonging To State/Area (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2008 Number 78, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4855);

4. Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010 on Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions

6. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. HH-05.OT.01.01 of 2010 on the Organization and Works of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 676);

DECIDED:

Setting: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS ON STANDARDIZATION AND MAINTENANCE OF STATE HOUSES, OPERATIONAL VEHICLES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS.

Article 1 Standardization and Maintenance of the State, Operational Vehicles, and Office Equipment in the Environment Ministry of Law and Human Rights are intended as guidelines for planning the procurement of work means at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Section 2 Standardization and Maintenance of the State, Operational Vehicles, and Appliances Office in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights as referred to in Article 1 is compiled with systematics as follows:

CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY CHAPTER II STANDARDISATION HOME NEGARA

CHAPTER III STANDARDIZATION OF CHAPTER IV OPERATIONAL VEHICLE STANDARDIZATION OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT

CHAPTER V MAINTENANCE OF THE STATE HOUSE, OPERATIONAL VEHICLE, AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT

CHAPTER VI CLOSING.

Section 3

Standardization and Maintenance of the State, Operational Vehicles, and Office Appliances in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights as referred to in Section 1 are listed in the Attachment and are the sections that inseparable from this Minister Rule.

Article 4 At the time of the Ministerial Regulation came into effect:

1. Decision of the Minister of Justice Number M. 01.PL.04.10 Year 1986 on the Standardization of Appliances and Maintenance in the Environment of the Department of Law and Legislation of the Republic of Indonesia;

2. Decision of the Minister of Law and Legislation M. 01.PL.04.06 Year 2000 on Changes to the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number M. 01.PL.04.10 Year 1986 on the Standardization of Appliances and Maintenance in the Environment Department Environment and Laws of the Republic of Indonesia; and

3. The decision of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Number M-04.UM.06.05 of 2002 on the Standardization of Appliances and Maintenance in the Environment of the Department of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia,

was revoked and declared to be not applicable. Article 5

The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of promulcity.
