CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in this rule is: 1. (3) SKKNI as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a can be used as a basis of cooperation and mutual recognition with other countries bilaterally or multilaterally. CHAPTER III TRAINING and EDUCATION of the PROFESSION article 3 SKKNI be used as a reference in organizing education and training profession field food safety including: a. the preparation of competency-based training curriculum; b. preparation of competency-based training material; c. preparation of competency-based training programs; and d. the Organization of education and training in competency-based profession. CHAPTER IV the ASSESSMENT of COMPETENCE and CERTIFICATION PROFESSION FIELD FOOD SAFETY article 5 SKKNI is also used as a reference in conducting assessment of competence and certification of food safety field of profession.
