ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDONESIA NATIONAL JOB COMPETENCY STANDARDS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE HEAD OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL MEDICINE AND FOOD AGENCY,

DRAW: that to implement the Third dictum of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number KEP.31/MEN/III/2010 on the Determination Of The Standard Design Of The National Work Competency Industry Sector Of Industrial Sub Sector Industry. Food and Food Security Fields Becoming the Standard Workforce Competence Indonesia needs to establish the Regulation of the Head of the Drug and Food Control Agency on the Treatment of the Indonesian National Working Competency of the Processing Industry (Indonesian). Sub Sector Food and Food Safety Industry;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORS AGENCY ON THE STANDARD ENFORCEMENT OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL WORKFORCE SECTOR PROCESSING INDUSTRY. FOOD AND FOOD SECTOR FOOD INDUSTRY.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Section 1 In this Regulation is referred to as: 1. The Work Competency is the workability of each individual who

includes aspects of knowledge, skills and work attitudes corresponding to that standard. set.

2. The subsequent Indonesian National Working Competency Standard (SKKNI) is a formulation of the work that includes aspects of knowledge, skills and/or expertise and work attitudes relevant to the execution of duties and the terms of the office. specified in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

3. A profession is a field of work that is to enforce certain work competencies, both types and qualifiers.

4. Competency-based training is a work-based training that includes the mastery of the work skills that includes knowledge, skills and attitudes in accordance with established competency standards and the requirements at work.

5. KPBK is a set of planning and systematic set of activities in the achievement of the competency of work on training, which includes aspects of knowledge, skills and or expertise, as well as a work attitude, within a defined period and method.

6. Competency-based Training Materials is a description of the training materials compiled in a particular format, consistent with reference to the Competency Unit, the Competency and the Demonstration Criteria (KUK) as well as the results of the Demonstration Indicator/Success Analysis. (IUK) of each KUK has been formulated in the competency Unit unit.

7. Competency test materials which are further abbreviated to MUK are competency measurement tools developed to know the level of knowledge, skills and attitudes expressed in each KUK, in the form of questions, instructions or training. to perform certain activities to the test participants according to the level of competence required in SKKNI.

8. The next National Board of Certified Professions (BNSP) is an institution responsible for the certification of competence in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

9. The Head of the Agency is the Head of the Agency whose duties and responsibilities in the field of Drug and Drug Control.

CHAPTER II OF THE SKKNI IMPLEMENT

(3) SKKNI as referred to in paragraph (2) a letter may be used as a matter of cooperation. and mutual recognition with other countries both bilaterally and multilateral.

CHAPTER III OF EDUCATION AND PROFESSION TRAINING

Article 3 SKKNI is used as a reference in the hosting of education and training of the security field profession A food that includes: a. Creation of a Competency (s) Preparation of competency-based training materials; c. The drafting of competency-based training programs; and d. hosting education and training of the profession based

competencies. Article 4

The education and training of the field of food security professions as referred to in Article 3 is exercised by an accredited education and competency-based work training institute.

BAB IV ASESMEN PROFESSION COMPETENCY AND CERTIFICATION

THE FOOD SECURITY FIELD Section 5

SKKNI is also used as a reference in the hosting of the competency profession and certification of the field of food security.

Section 6 of the Certificates of Certificates the competency and certification of the food security field profession as referred to in Article 5 is implemented by the Certified Professions Agency (LSP) which has been accredited and obtained permission from the BNSP.

Section 7 For the evaluation of participants in the staging of competency and certification of the food safety field professions required to occupy appropriate employment or professions must use the MUK.

CHAPTER V THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Article 8 At the time this Regulation is in effect, the job title or the promotion of the Fasilitators and the Inspector/Auditor/Asesor Existing Food Security may be given a competency certificate if already I passed the competency course in accordance with the competency.

CHAPTER VI PROVISIONS

Article 9 of this Regulation is beginning to apply at the date of the promulment.
