WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE MINISTER OF THE COUNTRY ' S MINISTER OF APPARATUS
AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLICAN BUREAUCRACY OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement Article 5 of the Presidential Regulation No. 81 of 2010 on the Grand Design of the Bureaucratic Bureaucracy 2010-2025 in order of self-assessment (self assessment) by the Ministry/Institute and Local Government, viewed need to establish the Ordinance of the State Personnel Minister and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the Self-Assessment Guidelines for the implementation of bureaucratic reforms;

Remembering: 1. 2. Indonesian Republic Act No. 28 Year 1999 on the Organizing of Clean and Free State of Corruption, Colusion, and Nepotism (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1999 Number 75, Additional Sheet Republic Of Indonesia Number 3851);

11. Instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2010 on the Acceleration Of The Implementation Of National Development Priorities Of 2010;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATES AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM OF THE SELF-ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BUREAUCRATIC REFORM.

Section 1
The self-assessment guidelines for the implementation of the Bureaucratic Reforms as referred to in this annex are the instrument of the advancement of the exercise of the self assessment of the bureaucracy performed independently (self assessment) by the Ministry/Institution and The Local Government which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.

Section 2
(1) Self-assessment of the Implementation of the Bureaucratic Reforms is exercised by the Ministry/Institute and the Local Government in the implementation of bureaucratic reforms.
(2) Self-assessment of the implementation of the Bureaucratic Reforms as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised with the purpose of:
a. Facilitate the Ministry/Institute and Local Government in providing information on the development of bureaucratic reform and remediation efforts that need to be carried out by the Ministry/Institute and the Local Government in question;
B. provide data/information for the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms in order to draw up a national profile of the implementation of bureaucratic reform.

Section 3
(1) The Ministry/Institute and Local Government delivered data/information on the self-assessment of the implementation of the bureaucratic reforms to the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms on-line.
(2) The Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms can be handheld against the results of the judgment as referred to in paragraph (1).
(3) The national profile of the implementation of bureaucratic reforms compiled by the Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms and the results of self-assessment of the Ministry/Institute and Local Government is accessible to the public on line.
(4) Settings on-line as referred to in paragraph (1) and (3) shall be further set up with its own regulations.

Section 4
This rule comes into effect on the promulgable date.
