Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 58, 2011 for ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATION of the MINISTER of STATE APPARATUS and the REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 1 in 2012 ABOUT the INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT of the IMPLEMENTATION of the GUIDELINES for the REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM of the STATE APPARATUS and the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement article 5 of the regulation the President Number 81 in 2010 about Bureaucratic Reform Grand Design 2010-2025 in the framework of the assessment of independent (self assessment) by ministries/agencies and local governments , viewed the need to set a regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy about the Independent assessment of the implementation of the guidelines for the reform of the bureaucracy;
Given: 1. 11. The instruction of President of Republic of Indonesia No. 1 in 2010 about the acceleration of the implementation of the National Development Priorities in 2010;
12. The instruction of President of Republic of Indonesia No. 17 in 2011 about the action of prevention and eradication of Corruption in 2012;
13. the regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform of the State and RB Number 20 of 2010 on a bureaucratic Road Map 2011-2014;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of STATE for ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM and REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY ABOUT the INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT of the IMPLEMENTATION of the GUIDELINES for the REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY.
Article 1 the guidelines Independent Assessment of the implementation of the reform of the Bureaucracy as mentioned in the annex to this instrument assessment of progress of implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy conducted independently (self assessment) by ministries/agencies and local governments which is part an integral part of this regulation.

Article 2 (1) Independent assessment of the implementation of the reform of the Bureaucracy was undertaken by ministries/agencies and local governments in the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy.
(2) Independent assessment of the implementation of the reform of the Bureaucracy as mentioned in subsection (1) is carried out with the purpose of: a. facilitate the ministries/agencies and local authorities in development provides information on the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy and the improvement efforts need to be made by ministries/agencies and local Governments concerned;
b. provide data/information for the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of Bureaucracy in order to draw up a national profile of the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy.
Article 3 (1) ministries/agencies and local governments deliver data/information the results of the independent assessment of the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy to the Ministry for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus on-line.
(2) the Ministry for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy can do against deepening the results of the assessment referred to in subsection (1).
(3) national implementation of bureaucratic reforms Profile compiled by the Ministry for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus and outcomes assessment of independent ministries/agencies and local governments can be accessed by the public are on line.
(4) on-line Arrangement referred to in subsection (1) and (3) shall be governed more by its own rules.
Article 4 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
