ABOUT
THE WAY FOOD PRODUCTION IS GOOD FOR THE HOUSEHOLD INDUSTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEAD OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S MEDICINE AND MEDICINE SUPERVISORS,
Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 43 of the paragraph (3) of the Government Regulation No. 28 of 2004 on Security, Mutu, and the Food Gizi need to establish the Regulation of the Head of the Food and Drug Administration on the Way of Food Production the Good for the Household Industry;

DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORS AGENCY ON THE WAY FOOD PRODUCTION IS GOOD FOR THE HOUSEHOLD INDUSTRY.
First: Validate and enforce the Good Food Production Way for the Household Industry, which is next abbreviated CPPB-IRT, as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Second: Every Food Industry Industry in all aspects and its series of activities is required to implement CPPB-IRT.
Third: The violation of this Regulation is subject to administrative sanction under the provisions of the laws.
Fourth: At the time this Regulation came into effect, the Decree of the Head of the Supervising Board of the Drug and Food Number HK.00.05.5.1639 In 2003 on the Guidelines of Good Food Production Way for the Household Industry (CPPB-IRT) was revoked and declared does not apply.
Fifth: These rules begin to apply on the date of promulgations.
