Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 92, 2011 REGULATIONS the MINISTER of TRANSPORTATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 4 PM in 2012 ABOUT the SIXTH CHANGE OVER the DECISION of the MINISTER of TRANSPORTATION KM NUMBER 18 in 2002 ABOUT the CERTIFICATION requirements and OPERATIONS for the COMPANY'S COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT FLIGHT for COMMUTER and CHARTER FLIGHTS with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of TRANSPORT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the regulation of the Minister of transportation KM Number 42 in 2009 about the fifth Change over the decision of the Minister of transportation KM Number 18 in 2002 about And Certification requirements For Operating Commercial air transport Company For commuter and Charter Flights, has set conditions regarding the obligation of fitting new equipment (new equipments) in the form of Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems (EGPWS)/Terrain Awareness and Warning Systems (TAWS), Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance Systems II (TCAS II), Digital Flight Data Recorderdan Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELT 406) 406 on aircraft owned by air freight company for commuter and charter flights;
b. that currently there are still aircraft that have been registered and operating in the region of Indonesia is not yet equipped with the equipment referred to in letter a, given the unavailability aspects of architecture and regional ground surface elevation data (terrain) and the still low level of aviation traffic in certain areas;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of transport regarding changes to the Sixth Over the decision of the Minister of transportation KM Number 18 in 2002 about the Certification requirements and operations for the company's Commercial air transport flight for Commuter and Charter services;

3. Presidential regulation Number 24 of 2010 about the position, duties, and functions of the Ministries as well as the order of Oranisasi, duties, and functions of the Echelon I Ministries as amended Presidential regulation Number 67 in 2010;
4. The decision of the Minister of transportation KM Number 18 in 2002 about the Certification requirements and operations for the company's Commercial air transport flight for commuter and Charter as amended last by regulation of the Minister of transportation KM Number 42 in 2009;
5. Regulation of the Minister of transportation Number KM 60 of 2010 about the Organization and the work of the Ministry of transportation;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of TRANSPORT REGARDING CHANGES to the SIXTH OVER the DECISION of the MINISTER of TRANSPORTATION KM NUMBER 18 in 2002 ABOUT the CERTIFICATION requirements and OPERATIONS for the COMPANY'S COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT FLIGHT for COMMUTER and CHARTER SERVICES.
Article I a few provisions in the annex to the decision of the Minister of transportation KM Number 18 in 2002 about the Certification requirements and operations for the company's Commercial air transport flight for Commuter and Charter services (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) Part 135), amended as follows: 1. Add to subparagraph (f) and (g) in Subsection K grain 135,319, to read as follows: (f) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,319 the letter (a) , letter (b), subparagraph (c), subparagraph (d) and (e) excluded aircraft for Bell 412 SP, Bell 412 EP, CASA 212-100 and SD3-30 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia.
(g) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,319 for aircraft DHC 6-300 and CASA 212-200 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia, suspended its enforcement at the latest on 31 December 2012.
2. Add to subparagraph (d) and (e) in Subsection K grain 135,320, to read as follows: (d) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,320 letters (a) and subparagraph (c) excluded aircraft for Bell 412 SP, Bell 412 EP, CASA 212-100 and SD3-30 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia.
(e) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,320 for aircraft DHC 6-300 and CASA 212-200 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia, suspended its enforcement at the latest on 31 December 2012.
3. Add to subparagraph (c) and (d) in Subsection K grain 135,322, to read as follows: (c) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,322 letters (a) and subparagraph (b) excluded aircraft for Bell 412 SP, Bell 412 EP, CASA 212-100 and SD3-30 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia.
(d) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,322 for aircraft DHC 6-300 and CASA 212-200 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia, suspended its enforcement at the latest on 31 December 2012.
4. Add to subparagraph (l) and (m) in Subsection K grain 135,329, to read as follows: (l) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,329 letters (a), subparagraph (b), subparagraph (c), subparagraph (d), subparagraph (e), subparagraph (f), (g), subparagraph (h), (i) the letters, and the letter (j) excluded aircraft for Bell 412 SP, Bell 412 EP, CASA 212-100 and SD3-30 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia.
(m) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,329 for aircraft DHC 6-300 and CASA 212-200 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia, suspended its enforcement at the latest on 31 December 2012.
5. Add to subparagraph (b) and (c) Subsection K grain 135,357, to read as follows: (b) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,357 letters (a) excluded aircraft for Bell 412 SP, Bell 412 EP, CASA 212-100 and SD3-30 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia.
(c) the requirements contained in Subsection K grain 135,357 for aircraft DHC 6-300 and CASA 212-200 that is currently registered and operating in the territory of Indonesia, suspended its enforcement at the latest on 31 December 2012.
Article II of these regulations comes into force on the date specified.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of regulations the Minister of transportation is by its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
