lass="s14"> (1) The Archives retention guidelines of the Agricultural Affairs Economic Sector load the archive type, retention or the minimum saving period, and the caption.

Section 4
Archive Retention as referred to in Annex of this Regulation notices the provisions:

Section 5

Section 6
(1) The Archives retention guidelines of the Economic Sector Agricultural Affairs are used to compose:
a.  JRA substance for the Ministry of Agriculture; and

(3) In setting the JRA as referred to in paragraph (1), the state agency:
a.   establish a retention of not less than the minimum limit of the storage term as referred to in paragraph (2); and
B.   establish a recommendation in accordance with the retention guidelines.

Section 7
The type of archive of the economic sector of Agriculture affairs includes:
a.  Policy;
b. Animal Ranch and Health;
C.  Estate;
D.  Horticulture;
e. Prasarana and the Agricultural Sarana;
f. Food Plant;
g. Management and Marketing of Agricultural Results;
h. Agricultural Research and Development;
i. Food Custod;
j. Agricultural Quarantine; and
k. Protection of Plant Varieties and Agricultural Licensing.

Section 8
These rules begin to apply on the date of the promulctest.

DECIDED:

Establish: REGULATIONS OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE RETENTION GUIDELINES OF THE ECONOMIC SECTOR OF AGRICULTURAL AFFAIRS.

Article 1
In this Chief Regulation referred to:
1. Archive Retension is the mandatory storage time period for an archive type.
2. Archive is recording activities or events in various forms and media in accordance with the development of information technology and communication created and accepted by state agencies, local governments, educational institutions, companies, organizations Politics, civic organization, and individuals in the exercise of community, nation, and country life.
3. The Dynamic Archive is an archive that is used directly in the archive creator activities and is stored over a given period of time.
4. The Active Archive is an archive whose frequency of use is high and/or continuous.
5. The Inactive Archive is an archive whose frequency of use has declined.
6. The Vital Archive is an archive whose existence is a basic requirement for the operational continuity of the archive creator, cannot be updated, and irreplaceable if broken or missing.
7. Static Archive is the archive generated by the archive creator because it has historical value, has expired, and the description of the patent has been verified either directly or indirectly by the National Archives. The Republic of Indonesia and/or the institution of the arcsipan.
8. Article 2
(1) The Archives retention guidelines of the Economic Sector of Agriculture Affairs are compiled by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia along with the Ministry of Agriculture.
(2) The provisions of the Retention of the Archives of Agricultural Affairs Economic Sector are listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
