BAB II
SCOPE

Section 3
(1) State losses caused by:
a. the deeds against the State Civil Servants Law are not the Treasurer and/or the Other Side; or
B. Kahar's situation.

a. abuse of authority;

(2) The information as referred to in paragraph (1) is made as the basis for the Head of the State Password Society in the form of TPKN.

Second Part
Country Loss Completion efforts
Section 5
(1) The completion of the State of the Loss is made through:
a. Peaceful efforts; or
B. Forced attempts.

STATE LOSS RESOLUTION TEAM

Membership Arrangement
Section 8
(1) TPKN is set up by the Head of the State Password Society.
(2) The TPKN membership level consists of:
a. The Principal Secretary or an official who has the task of coordinating the planning, coaching, and control of the program, administration, and resources in the State Passcode as chairman;
B. Head of the Persandian Control Directorate or an official who has the task of carrying out policy drafting in the field of persandian control as vice chairman;
C. An inspector or an official who has the task of carrying out surveillance on the execution of duty in the State of the State Password as a secretary;
D. The head of the General Bureau or an official who has the task of carrying out the management of the business of entrepreneurship and password, houses, supplies, and finances as a member;
e. The head of the employee or the official who has the task of carrying out the management of the affairs of the staff as a member;
f. Head of the equipment or officials who have the task of carrying out the equipment business as a member;
G. The head of the Sub-Directorate of Materiel Communications Net Control or the officer who has the task of carrying out the formulation of policy formulation in the field of materiel and the Communications Jaring Password as a member; and
h. Secretariat.
(3) The membership of TPKN membership as referred to in paragraph (2) is set by the Head of the State Password Agency.

TPKN task and function
Section 9
(1) TPKN is tasked with assisting the Head of the State Password Institute in processing of the completion of the State Loss in the State Password Institute.

Pasal10
(1) If seen in need, the Chairman of TPKN may form TPKN Ad Hoc to complete the Loss Of State in the work unit of the State Passcode or the organizer of the press in other instances other than the State Password Society.

BAB V

Section 11
(1) The Settlement of the State of the Harm through a Peaceful Effort can be done in a cash or sur-sur manner.
(2) The Settlement of the Country in a cash manner as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised at the slowest 40 (forty) days of work as long as SKTJM is signed.
(3) The Completion of the State of the State by means of a dianglial manner as referred to in paragraph (1) is the slowest of 24 (twenty-four) months of the year since SKTJM is signed.
(4) In terms of the completion of the CPSU in a sur-sur manner as referred to in paragraph (3) exceeds the specified time limit then TPKN can make the sale of the warranty through the state auction procedure.

Article 12
(1) SKTJM as referred to in Section 11 of the paragraph (2) and the verse (3) at least contains:
a. assertion and/or recognition that the State of the Loss is its responsibility and are willing to replace;
B. the amount of the State of the State that must be paid;
c. the way of a cash replacement or reticing;
D. payment length of time;
e. the submission of the warranty item whose value is estimated to cover the States;
f. place and date of mail; and
G. Responsible for the use of the IBM Cloud Service and the associated IBM program.
(2) The SKTJM Format as referred to in paragraph (1) is set forth in Appendix IIRegulation of the Chief Code of the State of the country which is an inseparable part of the Rule of the Head of the State Code of the country.
(3) The terms of the submission of the warranty goods whose value is estimated to cover the Country's Loses as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter e is listed in Appendix IIIRegulation of the Head of the State Code of the country that is an inseparable part of the Rule of the Head of the State Password.

BAB VI
SETTLEMENT OF THE COUNTRY ' S LOSSES THROUGH FORCED EFFORTS
Section 13
(1) Settlement of State loss through Paksa Efforts to be performed if:
a. State Passcode is not a member of the community.
B. Past 24 (24) months from the signing of the SKTJM, the State Passwords Agency is not the Treasurer and/or the Other Party has not returned the entire State Loss.
(2) The Settlement of the Country through Paksa ' s efforts as referred to in paragraph (1), the Head of the State Password Agency issued the Reimbursement Decision while as a basis for carrying out the warranty.
(3) The format of the Temporary Reimbursement Decree as referred to in paragraph (2) is set forth in Appendix IV of the Rule of the Head of the State Code of the country which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of the Head of the Institution The password of this country.

BAB VII
SETTLEMENT OF STATE LOSSES DUE TO KAHAR STATE
Section 14
In terms of the State Loss caused by the Force Majeure as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) letter b, the Head of the State Password Society submitted a letter of consideration for the removal of the State of the Loss to:
a. Chairman of the Financial Examiner Agency if the State of the State is of the Treasury-controlled money; and/or
b. Minister of Finance through the Director General of the Wealth of State if the Harm To The Country Belongs To The State.

BAB VIII
LOSS OF STATE LOSS
Begian Kesatu
Removal of State Debt
Section 15
(1) The state debt may be either conditional or absolute from the bookkeeping of the State Password, except for the State of the Debt which is the way it is governed by its own in the Act.
(2) The conditional unterminated state ary State Debt-Letters Have Not Yet Been Collectable; and
c. The conditional deletion recommendation of the Financial Examiner Agency.

Article 17
In carrying out the absolute removal of the State Debt as referred to in Article 15 of the paragraph (3), the Head of the State Password Society submitted an absolute abolition of the State Debt to the Minister of Finance through the Director General Country Wealth by attaching it:
a. nominative list;
B. The conditional release of the deletion of the proposed debt to be abolished in absolute terms; and
c. letter of inadequation of a debt handler to complete its obligations of the authorized official.

Second Part
Expiry
Section 18
An obligation to replace the State of the State for an expiry if within 5 (five) years since the loss of the State of the State or within 8 (eight) years since the loss of the State of the State has not been committed to the prosecution of damages.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 19
