IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY,
AND GEOPHYSICS

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS,

Weighing: that to carry out the provisions of Article 7 of the paragraph (1) of the Presidential Decree No. 96 of 2013 on the KinerjaPegawai Relief in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Chief of Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics about Title, Title Class, and Employee Performance Benefits in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics;

11.Decision of the Head of Meteorology and Geophysics Number KEP.005 Year 2004 on the Organization and Work of the Great Hall of Meteorology and Geophysics, Meteorological Station, Klimatology Station, and Geophysical Station as amended several times last with the Regulation of the Chief of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Number 3 Year 2013;
12.Regulation of the Head of Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics Number KEP.03 Year 2009 on the Organization and Work Order of the Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics;

DECIDED:

Establish: RULES OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS ABOUT THE POST, CLASS OF OFFICE, AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In the Rule of the Chief of this Agency referred to:
1. Employees in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics are further referred to as the Civil Servants and other employees who are based on the decisions of the officials who are authorized to be appointed in a position or assigned to and/or in the United States. works in full on organizational units in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency.

BAB II
OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE
Section 2
(1) The employee is required to perform the following tasks:

B.   General Functional Positions; and
C.   Certain Functional Positions.
(3) The Title as referred to in paragraph (2) has a Class of Title.
(4) The Title and Title Class as referred to in paragraph (3) is set forth in Annex I, Annex II, and Annex III of the Rule of this Agency.

Section 3
(1) The position for each Class of Office for certain structural officials and functional officials is based on:
a.   decision on appointment and/or duties in and of the Structural Office;
B.   decision on the first appointment in a Certain Functional Position;
c. The decision on the level of the level in a Certain Functional Functional Office; or
D.   The decision about the assignment in a specific functional office.
(2) The term and term of the employee with the General Functional Office is based on the decision on the designation of the Employee Office and the General Functional Title.
(3) The decision format on the designation of the Office and the Class of the Staff in the General Functional Office as referred to in paragraph (2) is listed in Appendix IV of the Regulation of the Chief of the Agency.

Section 4
The determination of the position and office of the employee in the General Functional Office as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (2), is done as follows:
a.   for employees on the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysics Agency signed by the Chief of the General Bureau of the proposed eselon II related; and
B.   for a technical support unit in the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysics Agency environment is signed by the Chief of the General Bureau of the proposal of the Chief Technical Officer.

BAB III
PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Section 5
Employees in addition to the right to receive earnings according to the provisions of the laws are also provided with the Performance allowance of each month.

Section 6
(1) The Performance improvement as referred to in Section 5 is given to the Employee Based of the Title Class.
(2) The Performance improvement as referred to in paragraph (1) is set forth in Appendix V of the Regulation of the Head of this Agency.

Section 7
(1) For employees in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics appointed as lecturer functional officials and obtain the Lecturer Profession Allowance, then the Performance improvement is paid by the difference between Performance improvement in the Class He has a professed profession in his general profession.
(2) For employees in the environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics appointed as lecturer functional officials and have not received an educator's certification, then the Performance improvement is paid by the difference between the Performance Improvement on Her class with the Profession Allowance should be accepted to her body.

Section 8
Performance benefits as referred to in Section 6 are provided as starting in July 2013.

Section 9
Further provisions regarding the technical implementation of Performance improvement are the environment of the Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics are governed by the Rule of the Head of the Agency.

BAB IV
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 10
