Paragraph 1
General
Section 4

Section 6
(1) Giving the health support of the TNI exercise as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a covering the fulfillment of the health care device to support the activities of the TNI exercise.
(2) The health care support of Indonesian military exercises includes also providing health support for future TNI members at the time of education of formation.
(3) The needs of healthcare devices as referred to in paragraph (1) include medical and non-medical health materiyl.
(4) The health care device for the health support of TNI exercises as referred to in verse (3) is set by the Commander of the TNI.

Section 7
(1) Giving the health support of the TNI operations as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b includes fulfillment of the health device's needs to support activities:
a.   military operations for the war; and
B.   Military operations other than war.
(2) The health care device as referred to in paragraph (1) includes individual health devices and unit health devices.
(3) The operating health of the TNI as referred to in verse (1) is set by the Commander of the Armed Forces.

Section 8
The health examination of the TNI members as referred to in Article 5 of the letter c includes fulfillment of material needs and health check activities to support:
A.a.health check of the TNI operations unit;
b.examination of the maintenance health of the TNI personnel;
C.examination of the maintenance health of special personnel personnel;
d.D.examination health assignment operations in the country;
E.e.examination of the overseas operations of the Indonesian foreign operation;
f.examination of education selection health; and
g.health check werving.

Section 9
Health care as a result of the training activities and operations of the TNI as referred to in Article 5 of the letter d includes the fulfillment of the material needs and health care activities in the operation of the Operation and the Indonesian Training for support:
a.   health care service due to an exercise accident; and
B.   Health care for the victims of the operation.
Section 10
The promotional, preventive, and rehabilitation activities of healthcare as referred to in Article 5 of the letter e include:

Health Care To Support

Section 11

B.   coaching the ability of TNI health agencies and the research and development of Indonesian health.

Section 12
(1) Coaching the ability of field health units and the hospital of Operations and Training of the TNI as referred to in Article 11 of the letter a covering increased human resoices and health support for the operational activities of Kemhan, TNI, and Polri which is not is guaranteed by BPJS Healthcare.

BAB II
CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES
WITH REGARD TO OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
MINISTRY OF DEFENSE AND
INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY
The Kesatu section
Kemhan Certain Health Service
Section 3
(1) Certain health care to support the underlying tasks and functions of Kemhan include:
A.U.s. promotional and preventive health services;
b.periodic health check service member of TNI and PNS Kemhan;
C.service of the health examination of the candidate for a unified rehabilitation participant disabled by the Kemhan and TNI personnel;
d.d.d. The rehabilitation health services of Kemhan and TNI personnel disability personnel;
e.e.ministry of urces ability as well as matra health scientists covering health field, marine health, and aerospace health.
(2) Health services in order to increase human resources skills as well as the matra health sciences as referred to in paragraph (1) are organized by the matra Indonesian health institution, including:
a. Military Health Institute of the Army;
b. Marine Corps Health Board of the TNI-Navy; and
ENI-Air Force Board of Health.

Section 13
The coaching of the ability of the Indonesian public health institution and the research and development of Indonesian health as referred to in Article 11 of the letter b includes:
a.   enacting, identification, and creation of an odontogram database of TNI members;
B.   producing medicines and health materiel for the fulfillment of the needs of the operations and exercise of the TNI; and
c. increased quality of health support in order of operating activities and exercises through the research and development of Indonesian health

Section 14
(1) The authoring, identification, and creation of an odontogram database of Indonesian members as referred to in Article 13 of the letter a hosted by the dental and oral health institutions include:
A.U.S. dental and mouth health agencies;
b.a TNI-Navy dentistry institute; and
The dental and mouth-mouth agency of the Air Force.
(2) Giving the support of the operation and exercise activities of the TNI by producing drugs and health materiel as referred to in Article 13 of the letter b hosted by:
WNI-Army pharmaceutical agency;
b.TNI-Navy pharmaceutical agency;
The TNI-Air Force pharmacy institute;
d.d. The biomedical institute of the TNI-Army; and
The U.S. Army's health equipment agency.
(3) Improving the quality of health support in order of operating activities and exercise through the research and development of Indonesian health as referred to in Article 13 of the letter c is organized by all institutions/health facilities at environment Kemhan and TNI for the development of science and technology in the fields of medicine and health in order to support the operations activities and exercises of the TNI.

Section 15
Further provisions concerning the implementation of the health care of the TNI members relating to operational activities, and the health ministry to support the principal duties and functions of the TNI are governed by the Commander of the Armed Forces.

BAB III
SPECIFIC HEALTH SERVICES RELATED
WITH OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA STATE POLICE
The Kesatu section
General
Section 16
Certain health care services in the Polri environment include:
a.   Health services for Public Employees on the Polri in the framework of operational tasks; and
B.   health services in order to support the principal tasks and function of the Polri.

Section 17
Health Services for Public Employees on the Polri for operational tasks as referred to in Article 16 of the letter a include:
a.   Police health;
B.   Police training health support; and
c. Police operating health support.

Section 18
Police health as referred to Article 17 of the letter a includes:
a.   health services; and
B.   the health care ministry of the Polri.

Section 19
Health services as referred to in Article 18 of the letter a include:
a.   Health services for Public Employees in the Polri caused by accident and/or illness on the execution of tasks, exercises, and operations;
B.   Medical rehabilitation medical services for Public servants in the Police Department due to the conduct of duty in the fields of narcotics and illegal drugs; and
c. Health services due to the implementation of exercise duties and the Polri operation.

Section 20
(1) The health care services of the Polri as referred to in Article 18 of the letter b include:
a.   Health checkups in the framework of establishment education, development education, assignment selection in and abroad;
B.   State employee health check on Polri is regularly at least 1 (one) times in 1 (one) year;
c. Public Employees ' health checks on Polri specifically before and after performing duties or operations both in and abroad, and other special assignments; and
D.   the health check and/or appeal by the Polri Health Testing Committee (PPKP).
(2) Health checks as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b include promotional and preventive health.
(3) Promotive health as referred to in verse (2) at least including health counseling, information dissemination, or other activities to support the achieved healthy and healthy life.
(4) preventive health as referred to in paragraph (2) at least includes efforts to avoid or reduce the risk, problem and bad impact of disease.

Section 21
(1) The health support of the Police exercise as referred to in Article 17 of the letter b includes the fulfillment of the health care device to support the police exercise activities.

(3) The providing health care support of the Police Department includes the granting of health support to the candidates for Polri members at the time of education of formation.
(4) The health device as referred to in paragraph (1) and verse (2) is set by the Chief of the State Police of Indonesia.

Section 22
Health services included in the health support of the Police operations as referred to in Article 17 of the letter c are health health coaching for the Civil Servants on Polri who will carry out the operation task.

Section 23
(1) Police operating health support as referred to in Article 17 of the letter c includes fulfillment of the health device requirement for operation activities:
a.   intelligence;
B.   Activities security;
c. Security maintenance;
D.   enforcement of law;
e.   security recovery;
f.   contijency; and
G.   World peace-keeping assignment.
(2) The needs of the health device as referred to in paragraph (1) include medical and non-medical health materiyl.
(3) The health care device for the health support of the Police operations as referred to in paragraph (1) and verse (2) is set by the Chief of the State Police of Indonesia.
