13.Sengketa Election Kada is a dispute between two or more parties that occurred in the election of Kada elections.
The 14.Settlement of the Kada election dispute was the process of negotiating the agreement of the Parties with the assistance of Panwaslu.
15.Report Violation is a report which is delivered orally and/or written by one/more members of the public, the election monitor, nor the spouse of the candidate and/or the campaign team to the Election Supervisor on the alleged occurrence of an Election violation. Kada
16.PeReport is the person who has the right to report on the case of the alleged violation of the Regional Chief Election and the Deputy Head of the Area consisting of Indonesian citizens who have the right to vote, election monitoring, and/or Election participants.
17.Para Parties are two or more legal subjects disputing in the election of Kada Elections which brought the dispute to Panwaslu to obtain a settlement.
18.Pemapplicants are the members of the Report whose report is categorized as Kada Election Disputes after a study by Panwaslu.
19.Please are the parties reported by the applicant in a Kada Election Dispute.

2. The provisions of Article 6 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are amended so that Article 6 reads as follows:
Section 6
(1) Bawaslu Province has the duty and authority to resolve the dispute on the Provincial Kada Elections which involve the party:
a. Provincial, member and or political party administrators who submit a prospective spouse, spouse of a candidate, a prospective spouse's campaign team, or any other institution at the provincial level; and
B.   The parties in different districts/cities.
(2) Bawaslu Province may resolve the dispute on Election Kada Province which in consideration of Panwaslu County/Town cannot be completed by Panwaslu Regency/City.
(3) The supervision of the Kada Election Penetration Result is implemented by:
a. The District/City Panwaslu on Election Kada KPU Regency/Kota; and
B. The provincial government is in the Kada Provincial Election.
(4) Panwaslu Regency/City can resolve disputes in the Election of Kada Province and District/City which according to the consideration of the Panwaslu District cannot be completed by Panwaslu District.
(5) Panwaslu Subdistrict has the duty and authority to complete the Kada Election Disputes involving members and/or political party administrators or political parties that submit a prospective spouse, a prospective spouse's campaign team, The institution, or the citizen at the level of the subdistrict.
(6) Prior to taking over the settlement of the dispute as referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (4), Panwaslu first provided the guidance and supervision optimally to Panwaslu under it in order to resolve the Kada Election Disputes accordingly the provisions of the laws.

SET: REGULATION OF THE GENERAL ELECTION WATCHDOG ON THE CHANGE IN THE REGULATION OF THE SUPERVISORS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION 24 YEAR 2009 ON THE MECHANISM OF RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL ELECTION DISPUTE OF THE REGIONAL HEAD AND THE DEPUTY HEAD OF THE AREA.

Article I
Some of the provisions in the Regulation of the General Election Supervising Board Number 24 of 2009 on the Regional Chief Electoral Dispute Settlement Mechanism and the Deputy Regional Chief are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 1 of 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16 are changed and between the numbers 7 and the number 8, the number 9 and 10 are inserted 1 (one) the number of 7A and 9A so that Article 1 reads as follows:
Section 1
In this Regulation, which is referred to:
1. The General Election, next abbreviated Election, is a means of the exercise of the sovereignty of the people held directly, general, free, secret, honest, and fair in the Unity State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Act The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
2. Election Heads of Regions and Deputy Head of Regions, next called Election Kada, is the Election to elect the Regional Head and the Deputy Head of the Regions directly in the Union of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Basic Law Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
3. Election Kada Province is the Election to elect the Governor and Deputy Governor.
4. Election Kada Regency/City is the Election to elect the Regent and the Deputy Regent or the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
5. Election organizers are the institutions that organize the Elections which are made up of the Electoral Commission and the Board of Elections as a single function of the election function to elect a member of the House of Representatives, the House of Representatives. The area, the Regional Representative Council, the President and the Vice President directly by the people, as well as to elect governors, regents, and mayors democratically.
6. The next General Election Commission (KPU) is a national, permanent, and self-organizing, electoral organization responsible for implementing the elections.
7. The Provincial Election Commission further abbreviated as KPU Province, is the Election Organizing institution in charge of conducting elections in the province.
7A.Election Commission of District/City further abbreviated as KPU Regency/Kota, is the Election Organizer in charge of conducting elections in the district/city.
8. Election Supervising Board, further abbreviated as Bawaslu, is an Election Organizing institution responsible for overseeing the elections in all areas of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. The Provincial Election Supervising Board, subsequently abbreviated as Bawaslu Province, is a body formed by Bawaslu to oversee the holding of elections in the province area.
9A.Panitia Election Supervising/Kota, further abbreviated Panwaslu Regency/Kota is a committee formed by Bawaslu Province to oversee the holding of Elections in the district/city area.
10.Panitia Election Supervising District, next shortened to Panwaslu District, is a committee formed by the Panwaslu District/City that is responsible for overseeing the elections in the district or other names.
11.Supervising of Elections are Bawaslu, Bawaslu Province, Panwaslu Regency/City, Panwaslu District, and Supervising Field Elections.
12.couples Prospective individuals are the Regional Chief Election participan
