ABOUT
ENACTMENT NAGOYA PROTOCOL ON ACCESS TO GENETIC RESOURCES
AND THE FAIR AND EQUITABLE SHARING OF BENEFITS ARISING FROM
THEIR UTILIZATION TO THE CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY
(NAGOYA PROTOCOL ON ACCESS TO RESOURCES
GENETIC AND FAIR PROFIT SHARING AND
THE BALANCED ARISING OF ITS TOP SWEETENERS
BIODIVERSITY CONVENTION)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that Indonesia has a diverse range of genetic resources and traditional knowledge that deals with abundant genetic resources and is economically valuable, and that it needs to be maintained and developed in order to be harnessed to be used. continued as a development resource for the great extent of the prosperity of the people as mandated in the Opening of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
B. that access to genetic resources and traditional knowledge relating to genetic resources must be provided under the consent of the traditional provider of genetic resources and knowledge related to genetic resources;
c. that the utilization of genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources must provide a fair and balanced advantage to the provider of genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources;
D. that the Government of Indonesia on 11 May 2011 has signed Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Nagoya Protocol on the Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Sebalanced Partition of Profits From Its Heating on the Convention on Biological Diversity) which governs the access procedures and fair share of profits and balanced to the provider of genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources;

Establish: Nagoya Protocol On Access To Genetic Resources And The Fair And Equitable Sharing Of BenefitS Arising From Their Utilization To The Convention On Biological Diversity (Nagoya Protocol On Access To The Convention On Effectiveness Of " On the Genetic Resources and the Fair and Balanced Profit Division that is Timbul of its PeMANFAATs over the Convention of Biodiversity).
