THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT PLANTATION NUSANTARA IX
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to increase the capacity of the business and to strengthen the structure of the company Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX, it is necessary to increase the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company. (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX which originated from the Budget and State Shopping Year 1988/1989 through the conversion of the principal debt of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX to the State of the Republic of Indonesia;
B. that based on the terms of the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State Property Agency and Section 41 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 1 Year 2004 on Treasury of State, need to establish Government Regulation on Adding The Inclusion Of Capital Of The Republic Of Indonesia into the Capital Stock Market Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX;
Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Government Regulation No. 44 Year 2005 on the Tata Way Inclusion And Entrepreneurship Enterprises of the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2005 No. 116, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4555);
DECIDED:
SET: THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT PLANTATION NUSANTARA IX.
Article 1
State of the Republic of Indonesia conducting the addition of capital inclusion into the stock capital Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX established under Government Regulation No. 14 of 1996 on Corporate Dissolution Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations XV-XVI and Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Perplantations XVIII became Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Perplantations Nusantara IX.
Article 2
(1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the State Budget and Shopping Budget 1988/1989 through the conversion of the principal debt of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT PerPlantation Nusantara IX to the State of the Republic of Indonesia which originated in the principal debt of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Perests XVIII under the Treaty of Financing number fA-457/DDI/1989 dated 27 February 1989.
(2) The value of the inclusion of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in paragraph (1) of Rp1,553.151.970.00 (one billion five hundred and fifty-one hundred and fifty-one thousand nine hundred and seventy-one thousand).
Article 3
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
