ABOUT
COUNTY AREA LIMIT MAGELANG DISTRICT WITH DISTRICT
PURWOREJO CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order of order administration in Magelang regency and Purworejo County of Central Java province, it needs to be set a definite area boundary between Magelang regency with Purworejo County of Central Java Province;
B. that the designation of the boundary of the area between Magelang Regency and Purworejo Regency as referred to in the letter a has been agreed by the government of Magelang Regency and Purworejo Regency by the facilitation of the Central Java Provincial government and approved by the Central Border Enforcement Team;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior on the Limits of the District of Magelang Regency with Purworejo County of Central Java Province;
Given: 1. Law Number 10 of the Year 1950 about the Establishment of the Central Djawa Propinsi;
2. Act No. 13 of 1950 on the Establishment of the Regency Regions In the Environment of Central Djawa Propinsi as amended by Law No. 9 of 1965 on the Establishment of Level II Region Bar by changing Law No. 13 of 1950 on the Establishment of the Regency Area in the Environment of the Propinsi Djawa Center (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1965 Number 52, Additional Sheet Of State Of Indonesia Number 2757);
3. Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4437) as amended several times, last with Law Number 12 Years 2008 on Second Amendment to the Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of 2008 No. 59, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4844);
4. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
5. State Minister Regulation Number 19 Year 2006 on the Regional Boundary of Central Java Province with Yogyakarta Special Region Province;
6. State Minister Regulation Number 7 of the Year 2012 on the Boundary of Wonosobo County District with Purworejo County of Central Java Province;
7. Ordinance of the Home Minister Number 76 of 2012 on the Regional Boundary Law Enforcement Guidelines (2012 Republic of Indonesia News No. 1252);
DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATIONS MINISTER IN THE COUNTRY ON THE LIMITS OF THE COUNTY AREA OF MAGELANG WITH THE DISTRICT OF PURWOREJO OF CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE.
Article 1
In this Minister ' s Regulation, which is meant by:
1. Magelang regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 13 of the Year 1950 about the Establishment of the Regency Regions in the Middle Propinsi Djawa Environment.
2. Purworejo Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Act No. 13 of the 1950s on the Establishment of the Regency Regions in the Middle Propinsi Djawa Environment.
3. Central Java Province is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 10 of the Year 1950 about the Formation of the Central Djawa Propinsi.
4. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar mounted as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City which is placed directly on the boundary between the area of the Province/Central Region/City.
5. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/County/City laid down on the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connectable between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
6. The PBA (PBA) boundary (PBA) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City that is placed right at the boundary line between the area of the Province/District/City which is between the PBU or PABU.
7. Pillars of Boundary Between the further abbreviated PABA is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/County/City laid discontents of the natural boundary or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connectable between regions Province/District/City and be between PBU or PABU.
Article 2
Limits of the area of Magelang regency with Purworejo County of Central Java Province starts from:
1. Third border boundary between Magelang County and Purworejo County of Central Java Province with Kulonprogo County of Yogyakarta Special Region marked by PABU.001 with coordinates 07º 39 '01.192 "LS and 110º08' 39.497" BT, Next to the Northwest direction down the ridge to PBA.001 with coordinates 07º 37 '50,850 "LS and 110º07' 31.212" BT located on the limits of the village of Kalirejo Salaman District of Magelang District with the village of Benowo Subdistrict Bener Purworejo County, next to the North down the ridge up to the PBU.002 with coordinates 07º 36 '42.915 "LS and 110º07' 15.673" BT located on the boundary of Kalirejo village of Salaman Regency Magelang district with Pekacangan village Bener District of Purworejo;
2. The next PBU.002 to the northwest along the ridge to the PBA.002 with coordinates 07º 35 '52.105 "LS and 110º06' 38,264" BT which is located on the boundary of Menoreh Village Salaman Regency Magelang district with Village Medono District Bener Purworejo Regency, next to the Northwest to the PBA.003 with coordinates 07º 34 '32.797 "LS and 110º06' 01.988" BT located at the boundary of Sriwedari Village of Salaman Regency Magelang district with Village Mayungsari District Bener Purworejo County, next to the Northeast to the Kartometric Coordinates Point. (TK.1) 07º 34 '18.893 "LS and 110º06' 09.709" BT, next to the Northwest to the Kartometric Coordinates (TK.2) 07º 33 '56.310 "LS and 110º05' 29.261" BT, further southwest to the Kartometric Coordinates (TK.3) 07º 34 '08.423 "LS and 110º04' 51,879" BT, further southwest up to PBU.003 with coordinates 07º 34 '35.041 "LS and 110º04' 28.578" BT located at the border of Margoyoso District Salaman Regency Magelang district with Kalijambe Village Bener District of Purworejo;
3. PBU.003 next to the Northwest to the PBA.004 with coordinates 07º 34 '15,580 "LS and 110º 04' 04.980" BT located at the border of Margoyoso Village Salaman Regency Magelang district with Village Kalijambe Subdistrict Bener Regency Purworejo, further southwest down the us (Median Line) Kali Kudil to PABA.005 with coordinates 07º 33 '48.696 "LS and 110º03' 25.890" BT located in Margoyoso Village Salaman District of Magelang bordering on the border with the Sidomukti Village Bener District of Purworejo, next to the Northwest down the us (Median Line) Kali Kudil to PABU.009 with coordinates 07º 32 '04.566 "LS and 110º02' 39.737" BT located in Wuwuharjo Village of Kajoran District of Magelang which borders the village of Ngasinan Subdistrict of Bener Purworejo District and Village Gadingrejo District Kepil Wonosobo District.
Article 3
PBU/PABU/PBA/PABA position as referred to in Article 2 is fixed and does not change due to village name change and/or district name.
Section 4
The boundary of the area and the boundary coordinates as referred to in Article 2 are listed in the map which is an appendix and an inseparable part of this Minister Regulation.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
