The Second Part
The task and Responsibility of BPKP Polri
Section 7
BPKP Polri charge handler in charge:
a.   published a warrant;
B.   conduct oversight and control over the execution of BPKP Polri duties; and
c. report the results of the BPKP Polri task implementation to:
1. Kapolri for the level of the Polri Mabes; and
2. Kapolda for Polda level.

Section 8
(1) The Managing Chairman of BPKP Polri is on duty:
a.   coordinate and supervise the execution of BPKP Polri;
B.   lead the result meeting of Rikkes Birthday BPKP Polri;
c. establish and sign the Remiation Letter of the Rikcase Result in accordance with the BPKP Polri meeting decision; and
D.   reported the result of BPKP Polri's re-Rikrees.
(2) In the conduct of the task, the Managing Chairman is responsible to the BPKP Polri Responsibilities Charge.
(3) The Letter of the Result of the Rikrees as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter c is listed in the attachment "B" which is an inseparable part of this rule.

Section 9
(1) The Secretary of BPKP Polri is on duty:
a.   make notulen of BPKP Polri meeting results;
B.   analyze and evaluate the results of the BPKP Polri Repeal Rikkes;
c. create the BPKP Polri examination implementation report; and
D.   Collect and store reports of the result of the Rikkes being performed by members.
(2) In the conduct of the task, the Secretary is responsible to the Managing Chairman of BPKP Polri.

Section 10
(1) Member of the BPKP Polri duty:
a.   Examining the previous medical history and record of the Candidate/State Employee of the Polri;
B.   carrying out Rikkes Reposition to the Candidate/State Officer on Polri;
c. create a medical record of Rikkes's results re; and
D.   created a report by Rikkes Birthday to be handed over to Secretary BPKP Polri.
(2) In the conduct of the task, the Member is responsible to the Managing Chairman of BPKP Polri.

BAB III
THE EXECUTION OF RIKKES AND THE APPEAL

Section 11
(1) Implementation Of Rikkes Rep by BPKP Polri, as follows:
a.   Kasatker submitted a Rikcase request to the Charge Recharge:
1. Kapusdokkes Polri for the level of Mabes Polri; and
2. Kabiddokkes Polda to the Polda level;
B.   BPKP Polri 's in charge publishes BPKP Polri' s acting acting warrant;

2. Kapolda for Polda level.
(2) The case of the applicant as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter i, is required to notify in writing the result of the Prospective Repatriation/State Employee of the Police.

Section 12
The assessment of the Rikrecase results as referred to in Article 11 of the letter f is expressed in the form:
a.   Stakes; and
B.   Qualitative.

Section 13
(1) The Stakes as referred to in Article 12 of the letter a consists of a level:
a.   Stakes 1, i.e. conditions no abnormalities or illnesses at all or if any such abnormality is very light or meaningless, thus meeting medical requirements as a Candidate/State Officer on Polri;
B.   Stakes 2, which is the condition of having a mild degree or mild degree disease that does not interfere with the body function so that it still meets medical requirements as a Candidate/State Employee in Polri;
C.   Stakes 3, which is the condition of having an abnormality or a degree disease which is not unsettling in body function, thus still meets medical requirements to attend education or carry out limited policing duties in accordance with abnormalities or disorders. his illness;

C.   Secretary: Head of Kesmaptaan Affairs (Kaurkesmapta); and
D.   Members: public doctors and/or specialist doctors.
(3) BPKP Polri as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is formed on the basis of the warrant:
a.   Kapusdokkes Polri for the level of the Pe as referred to in Section 12 of the letter b, consists of a level:
a.   Good;
B.   Enough;
C.   Less; and
D.   Not At All.
(3) The Stakes and qualitative Assessment for the Civil Servants Candidate on the Polri in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(4) The Assessment of Stakes and Qualitative for Public Employees in Polri is listed in the appendix "C" and the attachment "D" which is an integral part of this regulation.

The Second Part
Appeal
Section 14
(1) In terms of the Candidate/Civil Servant on the Polri objections to the result of the Rikkes Repeal BPKP Polri, can submit an appeal letter to Kapusdokkes Polri.
(2) The letter of appeal was filed by the Candidate/Civil Servant on Polri to Kapusdokkes Polri at the slowest 14 (fourteen) days since the receipt of the notice of the Rikkes ' return from Kasatker.

c. report recapitulation of Rikkes Recapitulation of BPKP Polri.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 18

Section 19
At the time the Kapolri rule came into effect, then the Kapolri Decree Number Skep/631/XII/2007 dated December 28, 2007 on the Tata Cara Panitia Guidelines for Health Testing Polri (PPKP), was revoked and stated to be not valid.
