INTEREST-IMPACT GUIDELINE
IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATION COORDINATING BODY ENVIRONMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEAD OF THE COORDINATION BODY OF THE CAPITAL OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: a.that in order to execute the Good Governance and Clean Government principles in a consistent and continuous environment in the Capital Planting Kooordination Environment, it is viewed as necessary to draft the guidelines For employees to understand, prevent and mitigate the impact of interest in the Coordinating Capital's Board environment;
B. that in respect of the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Governing Body's Coordinating Board Regulation on the Collision Handling Guidelines in the Environment Coordinating Body Environment;

DECIDED:
Setting: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE COORDINATION BODY OF THE CAPITAL PLANTING OF THE IMPACT GUIDELINES IN THE COORDINATION BODY ENVIRONMENT OF CAPITAL PLANTING.
Article 1
Clash Guidelines Importance in Environmental Planting Koodination as set forth in Annex of this Regulation is a reference to the Coordinating Capital's Board of Capital Cultivation Agency in conducting the Importance Handling of the Interest in the Environment Coordinate Capital Cultivation.
Article 2
Guideline Handling Interest in Environmental Koodination Cultivation as set forth in this Regulation Attachment is one unity and an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 3
This rule is valid from the date of the invitation.
