Position
Section 1

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 67, the General Administration Section is organizing a function:

The General Administration section consists of:
a. Tata Business Subsection and Protocol;
b. Subsection of Publication and Socialization of the Code of Conduct; and

Section 70
(1) Subsection of Tata Effort and Protocol as referred to in Section 69 of the letter a, has the task of conducting the Bureau's business conduct business and the leadership of the DKPP leadership and the protocol.

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 71, the Complaint Administration Section is organizing a function:
a. implementation of the receipt and registration of the complaint/report;
B. execution of analysis and verification of the complaint/report;
c. execution of the case of the case;
D. coordinate acceptance of the complaint delivered by Bawaslu Province;
e. execution of a complaint violation of the code of conduct in Bawaslu Province; and
f.   The setup of the Code of Conduct Assembly is set.

Article 73
The Pengaduan Administration section consists of:
a. Subsection of Acceptance and Registration Registration;
b. Subsection of Analysis and Verification of the Region I Complaint; and

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 75, the Court Administration Section is organizing a function:

The Court Administration Section consists of:
a. Summoning Subsections;
b. Subsection of the Trial; and
c. Subsection Risalah and Perkara Documents.

Section 78
(1) The Subsection of Disclaimer as referred to in Article 77 of the letter a, has the task of conducting the preparation of the materials and the execution of the parties ' summoning administration and coordinating its presence.

(2) The Bawaslu Secretariat is headed by the Head of the Provincial Subordinate Secretariat.

Section 80
The Bawaslu Provincial Secretariat has the task of providing operational and operational technical support to the Bawaslu Province.

Section 81
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 80, the Province ' s Bawaslu Secretariat organizes the function:
a.   coordination of execution of organizational unit tasks in the Provincial Bawaslu Secretariat environment;
B.   administration of administrative support to Bawaslu Province; and
c. execution of internal planning and supervision, administrative administration, entrepreneurship, equipment and complexity, and finance in the Provincial Undersecretary's environment.

Section 82
The Province ' s Bawaslu Secretariat consists of:
a. Administrative Subsection;
b. Technical Subsection of the Governing Supervision; and
c. Legal Subsection, Public Relations, and InterInstitution.

Section 83
(1) The Administration Subsection as referred to in Article 82 of the letter a, has the task of drafting program and budgeting plans, financial management, business governance, coaching and management of household affairs, fixtures, security in, implementation of human resource affairs, governance and organization, protocols, as well as coordination of implementation of internal surveillance.
(2) The Technical Subsection of the Election Surveillance as referred to in Article 82 of the letter b, has the task of conducting the investigation of technical facilitation materials and the supervision of Election supervision, technical socialization and supervision. participative, handling of findings and reports of violations, settlement of Election disputes, and examination of the complaint of conduct violations of the code of conduct.
(3) The Subsection of Law, Public Relations and InterInstitution as referred to in Article 82 of the letter c, has the task of conducting the preparation of legal studies, legal aid, public relations, and interagency cooperation.

BAB III
THE KABUPATEN/CITY GENERAL ELECTION SUPERVISORS COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT
Section 84
(1) The Supervising Secretariat of the Regency/City which is next in this Regulation is called the District Secretariat/City is below and is responsible to Panwaslu Regency/City.
(2) The Regency/City Secretariat Secretariat is headed by the Chief Secretariat of Panwaslu District/City.

Section 85
The District/City Secretariat has a duty of providing administrative and operational technical support to the District/City Panwaslu.

Article 86
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 85, the Panwaslu County/City Secretariat organizes the administrative and operational technical support function to Panwaslu Regency/City.

BAB IV
COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT GENERAL ELECTION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
Section 87

BAB V
EXPERT POWER
Section 90
(1) To provide expertise in the area of Election supervision and enforcement of the Election organizers of the Election, the Secretary General Bawaslu can lift the expert power of the most 5 (five) people to Bawaslu and 5 (five) people For the DKPP.
(2) The power of experts as referred to in verse (1) can be derived from civil servants and not the civil servants.

Article 91
(1) The duty of expert power as referred to in Section 90 of the paragraph (1) is assisting Bawaslu and DKPP in carrying out its duties.
(2) Subordinate Expertise as referred to in paragraph (1) in performing its duties functionally under and responsible to the Chief of the Bawaslu and administratively under and responsible to the Secretary General Bawaslu.
(3) DKPP experts as referred to in paragraph (1) in performing its duties are functionally under and responsible to the DKPP Chairman and administratively under and responsible to the Secretary General Bawaslu.

BAB VI
WORKFORCE
Section 92.

WORK LAYOUT

OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 105
Changes to organizational and regulatory arrangements according to this Regulation are established by the Chief Undersecretary after receiving written approval from the Minister in charge of the country's apparatus of apparatus and bureaucratic reform.

Section 106
(1) The Chief of the Bureau, Head of Section, and Head of Subpart in the environment of the Secretariat General Bawaslu, except the Chief Administrative Bureau of the DKPP and the structural officials of eselon III and echelon IV in the environment of the DKPP Administration Bureau, established by the Secretary General Bawaslu after consulting with the Chief Bawaslu.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer of the DKPP Administration Bureau and the structural officials of eselon III and eselon IV in the environment of the DKPP Administration Bureau, established by the Secretary General Bawaslu after consulting with the Chairman of the DKPP.

BAB X
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 107
With the enactment of this Regulation the Acting Secretariat Officer Bawaslu was appointed under the Bawaslu Regulation Number 03 of 2008 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Secretariat of the General Election and the Secretariat of the General Election Supervising Committee as has been amended with the Regulation of Bawaslu No. 14 Year 2009 on the Change of the Regulation of the General Election Supervising Board Number 03 of 2008 on the Organization and the Working Governance Secretariat of the General Election and Secretariat of the Committee General Election Supervisors remain legitimate until new officials are based on This rule.

BAB XI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 108.
By the enactment of this Regulation, then Regulation Bawaslu Number 03 of 2008 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Secretariat of the General Election and the Secretariat of the Supervising Committee of the General Election and Regulation No. 14 Year 2009 about the Changes to the Regulation of the General Election Supervising Board Number 03 of 2008 About the Organization and the Working Governance of the General Election Supervising Board and the Secretariat of the General Election Supervising Committee, revoked and declared to be not applicable.
