B. that in respect of such matters in the letter a, and in order to improve the quality, achievement, productivity of the work, and the service of the civil servants concerned, need to establish the President's Regulation on Functional Office Benefits Educational Laboratory prenup;

Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Regulation of the Salary Of Civil Servants (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3098) as has been several times amended, last with Government Regulation No. 15 of 2012 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 32);
4. Government Regulation No. 16 of 1994 on Functional Office Civil Servants (State of the Republic of Indonesia 1994 No. 22, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3547) as amended by Regulation Government Number 40 Of 2010 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2010 Number 51, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5121);
5.3Regulation Government Number 9 of 2003 on Authority Appointment, Transfer and Termination Of Civil Servants (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2003 Number 15, Additional Sheet Of Republic Of Indonesia Number 4263) As has been amended by Government Regulation No. 63 of 2009 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 164);
6. Presidential Decree No. 87 of 1999 on Functional Office Functional Civil Servants as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2012 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 235);
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE OF EDUCATION LABORATORY LINKS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Functional Office Allowance of the Education Laboratory, which is subsequently referred to as the Prenatal Improvement of the Education Laboratory, is a functional office allowance given to employees. The Civil Country is appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Education Laboratory in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To the civil servant who was appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Education Laboratory, given the benefits of the Education Laboratory every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Education Laboratory's Pranata allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
The Education Laboratory's Pranata allowance as referred to in Article 3, given since the President's Ordinance is promulred.
Section 5
The Education Laboratory's allowance is suspended if the Civil Service is referred to in Article 2, is appointed in a structural or other functional position or because of other things that result in the granting of alimony terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
