REGULATION of the MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 21 2013 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of the STATE ISLAMIC INSTITUTE of AMBON with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to improve the quality and organization of the Ministry of higher education, need to re-arrange the Layout and organization of the work of the State Islamic Institute Ambon;
b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, the Minister of religious affairs Regulations need to set about the Organization and the work of the State Islamic Institute Ambon;

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of RELIGION ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of the STATE ISLAMIC INSTITUTE of AMBON.

CHAPTER I the POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of article 1 (1) Ambon State Islamic Institute which is hereinafter referred to as the Institute is hosted by the Ministry of Religion that is under and responsible to the Minister of religious affairs.
(2) the Institute referred to in subsection (1) is functionally built by Director General of Islamic education.
Article 2 the Institute has the task of carrying out the Organization of higher education that includes academic, profession education programs and/or students, research and community services in the field of science and technology in Islamic religious and General Science in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Article 3 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 2, the Institute runs the function of: a. the formulation and determination of the vision, mission, policies, and planning programs;
b. organizing and implementation of academic education, students and/or the profession, research and community services in the field of science and technology and Islamic religious sciences in General; c. implementation of coaching not only academic; and d. implementation of administrative and reporting.

Article 4 of the Organization of the Institute consists of organs and organ considerations.

CHAPTER II Part I General MANAGER ORGANS article 5 organs of the Manager of the Institute consists of: a. the Rector and Vice Rector;

b. Faculty;

c. Graduate;

d. General Administration Bureau, academic, and Student Affairs;

e. Agencies; and f. the Unit Technical Implementers.

The second part of the Rector and Vice Rector Rector article 6 article 5 referred to in letter a has a duty to lead and manage the Organization of higher education referred to in article 2 and article 3 based on the policy established by the Minister of religious affairs.

Article 7 (1) in carrying out its duties as stipulated in article 6 the Rector is assisted by three (3) people representative of the Rector.
(2) the Vice-chancellor as referred to in subsection (1) consists of: a. the Deputy Rector of the academic field and the development of institutions that have the task of helping the Rector in the field of academic and institutional;
b. General Administrative Vice-chancellor, planners, and finance which has the task of helping the Rector in the areas of General Administration, planning, and finance; and c. the Vice-chancellor of Student Affairs and cooperation Fields which have the task of helping the Rector of Student Affairs and cooperation in the field.

Article 9 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 8 paragraph (1), the Faculty hosted a function: a. implementation of the Organization of the academic education, students and/or faculty in the environment profession;

b. implementation of the research and development of science and technology;

c. implementation of community services;

d. implementation of coaching not only academic; and e. administrative implementation and reporting.

Article 10 of the faculty at the Institute consists of: a. lmu Tarbiyah and teacher training;

b. the Sharia and Islamic Economy; and c. the Dawah and Usul.

Article 11 Organization of the Faculty consists of: a. the Dean and Vice Dean;

b. the Department;

c. the laboratory; and d. The Section.

Paragraph 2 of the Dean and Vice Dean of the chapter 12 Dean as stipulated in article 11 letter a has the task of leading and managing the Organization of education as referred to in article 8 paragraph (1) and article 9 in accordance with the policy of the Rector.

Article 13 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 12 of the Dean is assisted by 3 (three) Vice Dean.

Article 14 Vice Dean as stipulated in article 13 consists of: a. the Vice Dean of Academics who have the task of assisting the Dean in implementing academic education, research, community services;
b. Vice Dean Field in public administration, Financial planning, and which has the task of assisting the Dean in implementing the activities of the field of planning and execution of the budget, accounting, and financial reporting, the management of facilities and infrastructure, staffing, administration, and kerumahtanggaan; and c. the Vice Dean of Student Affairs and cooperation Fields which have the task of assisting the Dean in implementing activities in the field of Student Affairs and cooperation.
Paragraph 3 Departments Article 15 (1) the Departments referred to in article 11 letter b is a unit of implementing academic faculty has a duty in organizing courses in 1 (one) disciplines of science, technology, and/or art.
(2) the Department referred to in subsection (1) is led by a Chairman of the Department which is under and responsible to the Dean.
Article 16 the Department referred to in article 11 letter b consists of: a. the Chair of the Department;

b. the Secretary of the Department; and c. a lecturer.

Article 17 the Chairman of the Department as referred to in article 16 letter a has a duty to lead and implement the Organization of the courses referred to in Article 15 based on the policy of the Dean.

Article 18 the Secretary of the Department referred to in article 16 letter b has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Department in the field of public administration, finance, personnel, and reporting.

Paragraph 4 Laboratories article 19 (1) of the laboratory referred to in article 11 of the letter c represents the device supporting the implementation of environmental education in the faculty.
(2) Laboratory as referred to in subsection (1) is led by a functional in accordance with their fields under and responsible to the Dean.

Article 21 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 20 paragraph (1), The Section organizes functions: a. implementation of the programme and financial planning in the Faculty of environment;

b. implementation of the administrative staffing, administration, kerumahtanggaan, State-owned goods, and information systems at the Faculty of environment; and


c. implementation of academic administration, Student Affairs, alumni and Faculty in an environment;

d. implementation of the reporting faculty.

Article 22 The Section referred to in article 11 letter d consists of: a. Public Administration and finance Subsection; and b. the academic, Student Affairs Subsection, and Alumni.

Article 23 (1) Subsections in public administration and finance as stipulated in article 22 letter a has the task of carrying out the preparation of plans and budgets, personnel, finance, management of State-owned goods, administration, kerumahtanggaan, information systems, and reporting.
(2) Subsections academic, Student Affairs and Alumni, as stipulated in article 22 letter b has the task of carrying out administrative services to academic, research and community services, Student Affairs, alumni and the construction.

Article 27 AUAK Bureau referred to in Section 26 subsection (1) held the function of: a. the exercise of drafting the plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;
b. implementation of the public administration that includes the implementation of the Administration, archives, community relations, management of State-owned goods, documentation and publications, as well as kerumahtanggaan; c. implementation of structuring the Organization and staffing, governance, law and regulations;

d. implementation of the Treasury, accounting, and financial reporting;

e. implementation of academic administration, Student Affairs, alumni, and institutional cooperation; and f. the completion reporting Institute.

Article 28 AUAK Bureau referred to in article 5 d consists of: a. the General section and public relations;

b. financial and planning section;

c. Part of the Organization, Staffing, and law;

d. Part academic, Student Affairs, and cooperation;

e. Office of the Functional Groups.

Article 29 the General section and public relations as stipulated in article 28 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the Administration, archives, management of State-owned goods, kerumahtanggaan, documentation, publications, and PR.

Article 30 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 29, public and Community Relations Section organized a function: a. implementation of administration and archives;

b. implementation of the kerumahtanggaan and management of State-owned goods; and c. the execution of public relations, documentation, and publications.

Article 31 General section and public relations as stipulated in article 28 letter a consists of: a. a common Subsections; and b. the Subsections of public relations and publications.

Article 32 (1) a general Subsection as stipulated in article 31 of the letter a has the task of carrying out the Administration, archives, kerumahtanggaan, and management of State-owned goods.

Article 33 the planning and Financial Section as referred to in article 28 and the letter b has the task of implementing the management of data and information, preparation of plans, programs and budgets, evaluations, performance reporting, budget, Treasury, accounting, management information systems and accounting state-owned goods (REFER to the BMN), as well as financial reporting.

Article 34 in carrying out a task as referred to in article 33, part of financial planning and organizing functions: a. the management information system of planning and budget;

b. the preparation of plans, evaluation, and reporting of the program and budget;

c. implementation, verification, and Treasury;

d. implementation of the accounting agencies and REFER to the BMN; and e. implementation of the preparation of the financial statements.

Article 35 part planning and finance as stipulated in article 28 letter b composed of: a. Subsections Planning; and b. Financial Subsections.

Article 36 (1) Subsections Planning as stipulated in article 35 the letter a has the task of carrying out the preparation of drafting plans, evaluation, and reporting of the program and budget.
(2) Subsections Finance as stipulated in article 35 the letter b has the task of implementing the budget, Treasury, accounting, verification, REFER to the BMN, and the preparation of financial statements.
Article 37 Section organization, Staffing, and law as stipulated in article 28 of the letter c has the task of implementing the organizational structuring, corporate governance, staffing, and laws and regulations based on the policy established by the Rector.

Article 38 in performing the duty as referred to in article 37, part of the Organization, Staffing, and law hosts a function: a. implementation of organizational structuring, corporate governance, preparation of standard operating procedures, and minimum service standards;

b. implementation of administrative personnel; and c. the preparation of legislation and legal assistance.

Article 39 Section organization, Staffing, and law as stipulated in article 28 of the letter c consists of: a. the legal organization and Subsections; and b. Subsections Staffing.

Article 40 (1) Subsections organization and Law as stipulated in article 39 letter a has the task of carrying out the preparation of organizational structuring, corporate governance, standard operating procedures, minimum service standards, regulations, and legal assistance.
(2) Subsections Employment as stipulated in article 39 letter b has the task of implementing management information systems officer, the preparation of the implementation of the selection, appointment, line, mutation, just my assesment, development, and kesejehteraan employees in the environment of the Institute.
Article 41 section of academic and Student Affairs as stipulated in article 28 d has the task of implementing the academic administration, Student Affairs, alumni, and cooperation.

Article 42 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 41, part of academic and Student Affairs organizes functions: a. information management and service of academic administration; and b. implementation of Student Administration and alumni of empowerment.

Article 43 section of academic and Student Affairs as stipulated in article 28 d consists of: a. the academic administration of the Subsections; and b. the Subsections of Student Affairs and Alumni.

Article 44 (1) Subsections Academic Administration as stipulated in article 43 the letter a has the task of implementing information management and academic services.
(2) Subsections students Affairs and Alumni as stipulated in article 43 the letter b has the task of carrying out the administration of Student Affairs, the construction of the talents and interests of students, alumni and empowerment.

Paragraph 2 research institutions and community Article 47 research institutes and community services as stipulated in article 46 a hereinafter referred LP2M have the task of implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and assessing research activities and community services based on the policy of the Rector.

Article 48 in carrying out its duties as stipulated in article 47, LP2M organises functions: a. the exercise of drafting the plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;

b. implementation of pure and applied scientific research;

c. implementation of community services;

d. implementation of the publication of results of research and community services; and e. implementation of administrative agencies.

Article 49 LP2M as stipulated in article 47 consists of: a. the Chair;

b. the Secretary;

c. Center; and d. The Subsections.

Article 50 the Chairman LP2M as stipulated in article 49 the letter a has the task of leading and managing research activities and community services, as referred to in article 47 and article 48 upon policy the Rector.

Article 51 a Secretary as stipulated in article 49 the letter b has the task of providing administrative support, financial, workforce, and reporting in accordance with the policy Chairman.

Article 52 (1) Centre as referred to in article 49 the letter c consists of: a. Research and publishing Center;

b. the Centre of devotion to the community; and c. Gender and child study center. (2) Centre for research and publication as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a has the task of carrying out research and publishing.


(3) the center of the community as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b has the task of carrying out community.

(4) the Center for the study of Gender and children referred to in subsection (1) the letter c has the task of carrying out a study on gender and children.
(5) the Centre as referred to in paragraph (2), subsection (3), and subsection (4) are each headed by a Chief who is appointed by the President and responsible to the Chairman LP2M.
Article 53 The Subsection referred to in Article 49 d has the task of carrying out administrative services, planning, finance, personnel, administration, and kerumahtanggaan in the LP2M environment.

Paragraph 3 of article 54 Quality Assurance Agencies the Agency Quality Assurance as referred to in article 46 subparagraph b hereafter LPM has the task of coordinating, controlling, audit, assess, and develop the quality of academic activities.

Article 55 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 54, the LPM hosts functions: a. the exercise of drafting the plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;

a. implementation of the academic quality of development;

b. implementation of auditing, monitoring, and assessment of academic quality; and c. the execution of administrative agencies.

Article 56 LPM as stipulated in article 54 consists of: a. the Chair;

b. the Secretary;

c. Center; and d. The Subsections.

Article 57 Chairman LPM as stipulated in article 56 the letter a has the task of building the internal quality assurance system of the Institute referred to in Article 54 and article 55 on the basis of the policy of the Rector.

Article 58 of the Secretary as stipulated in article 56 Letter b has the task of providing administrative support, financial, workforce, and reporting in accordance with the policy of the Chairman of the Agency.

Article 59 (1) Centre as referred to in paragraph (2) Letter c consists of: a. standard quality development centre; and b. the Audit and quality control Centre. (2) the center of the development of standard quality referred to in paragraph (1) letter a has the task of developing the academic quality standards.

(3) the Audit and quality control Centre as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b has the task of carrying out auditing and quality control of academic.
(4) the Centre as referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (3), each headed by a Chief who is appointed by the President and responsible to the head of the institution.
Article 60 The Subsection referred to in Article 56 letter d has the task of carrying out administrative services, planning, finance, personnel, administration, and kerumahtanggaan in an environment of LPM.

Part of the seven Technical Implementing Article 61 of the implementing Technical Units referred to in Article 5 and the letter f is an ancillary element in implementing environmental education at the Institute.

Article 62 of the implementing Technical Units referred to in Article 61 consists of: a. the Central Library;

b. Centre for information technology and Data Bases; and c. the language development centre.

Article 63 (1) Central Library as stipulated in article 62 the letter a has the task of implementing the services, coaching, and development libraries, conducting cooperation between library, control, evaluate, and report library.
(2) Central Library as mentioned in subsection (1) is headed by a Chief who is appointed by the Rector, is under and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of Academics and development agencies.
Article 64 (1) Center for information technology and Database as referred to in article 62 the letter b has a duty to manage and develop information systems and databases in the environment of the Institute.
(2) information technology Centre and the database referred to in subsection (1) is headed by a Chief who is appointed by the Rector, is under and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of the field of public administration, planning, and finance.
Article 65 (1) Language Development Centre as referred to in article 62 of the letter c has the task of implementing the language training and development for civitas akademika Institute.
(2) Language Development Centre as referred to in subsection (1) is headed by a Chief who is appointed by the Rector, is under and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of Academics and development agencies.
CHAPTER III ORGANS Article 66 Organ CONSIDERATIONS Considerations of the Institute consists of: a. the Council of Penyantun;

b. Senate Institute; and c. the Faculty Senate.

Article 67 of the Council Penyantun as referred to in article 66 the letter a is non structural entity composed of community leaders who have the function of providing advice and considerations in the field of non academic to the Rector.

Article 68 the Senate Institute referred to in Article 66 the letter b is the highest representative body of normative and Institute which has the task of providing advice and considerations in academics to the Rector.

Article 69 of the Senate of the Faculty referred to in Article 66 the letter c is normative and representative bodies at the level of the faculty who has the task of providing advice and considerations in academics and non academics to Dean.

CHAPTER IV TERM of FUNCTIONAL GROUPS of article 70 (1) functional Office Group consists of professors, researchers, librarians, Office, and functional Laboran others appointed in accordance with the requirements on the basis of the provisions of the legislation.
(2) each Office of functional group as mentioned in subsection (1) is led by a senior official of the functional as a coordinator designated by the Rector.
