SIXTH CHANGE OVER THE RULES OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION NUMBER 07 2012

ABOUT STAGE, PROGRAM, AND THE SCHEDULE OF GENERAL ELECTIONS MEMBER OF THE PEOPLE 'S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, AND THE REGIONAL PEOPLE' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL

2014 AS HAVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AMENDED, LAST WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION ORDINANCE

NUMBER 19 YEAR 2013

WITH GRACE GOD ALMIGHTY, CHAIRMAN OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION,

DRAW: a. that in order to carry out the results of an open plenary meeting the establishment of the Permanent Chooser List (DPT) on 23 October 2013 and the recommendation of the Board of Elections Supervising Number 762/Bawaslu/X/2013 dated October 23, 2013 on the Results of Supervision and Illumination List of Representatives, DPD, and DPRD Electoral Voters of 2014, need to be made changes to the stage of the designation and recapitulation of the Standing Voters List at the Electoral Commission;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to change the Regulation

General Election Commission Number 07 of 2012 on Tahapan, Program, and Jadual of the General Elections of the Members of the People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, and the Regional People's Representative Council of 2014 as has been several times modified, last with the General Election Commission Regulation No. 19 of 2013;

Given: 1. Law No. 2 of the Year 2008 on Political Parties (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 2, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4801) as amended by Law No. 2 of 2011 on Change In the 2008 Act No. 2 of the Political Party (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year Number 8, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5189);

2. Act Number 15 Year 2011 on Organizing Elections (Sheet State Indonesia 2011 Number 101, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5246);

3. Act Number 8 of the Year 2012 concerning the General Election of the Members of the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council, and the Regional People's Representative Council (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 No. 117, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Number 5316);

4. Regulation of the Electoral Commission Number 05 of 2008 on the Working Governance Commission, the Provincial Electoral Commission, and the District/City Elections Commission as amended last with the Election Commission Regulation No. 01 of the Year 2010;

5. Regulation of the Election Commission No. 06 of 2008 on Susunan Organization and the Working Tata Secretariat General Election Commission, Secretariat of the Provincial Election Commission, and Secretariat of the Election Commission of the Regency/City as it has been Amended by the General Election Commission Regulation No. 22 of 2008;

6. The Joint Election Commission, the General Election Supervising Board and the Honorary Board of the General Election Organizer Number 13 of 2012, Number 11 of 2012 and No. 1 of 2012 on the Election Organizing Code of Conduct;

DECIDE: Establish: THE SIXTH CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF THE COMMISSION

ELECTION NO. 07 OF 2012 ON STAGE, PROGRAM, AND THE SCHEDULE OF THE GENERAL ELECTION OF THE PEOPLE 'S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, AND THE REGIONAL PEOPLE' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL IN 2014. AS IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES MODIFIED, THE LAST WITH THE REGULATION OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION NUMBER 19 IN 2013.

Article I Changing Tahapan, Program, and Jadual of the General Elections of the Members of the People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, and the Regional People's Representative Council of 2014 as set forth in this Regulation Attachment is one entity and an inseparable part of this Regulation.

Article II of the Chief Regulation of the Commission begins to take effect on the date of promulgance. In order for everyone to know, ordered the invitational of the Chief of the Commission with its placement in the State News of the Republic of Indonesia.
