Section 9
(1) The Functional Position Group is composed of a specific Functional Position divided in different groups according to the field of expertise.
(2) Each Functional Position group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a Functional Officer appointed by the Head of the Hall.

(3) The number of Functional Officials as referred to in paragraph (1) is determined in accordance with the needs and workload.
(4) The type and type of Functional Title as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT
Section 10
In performing the task, the leadership of the organizational unit and the Functional Office Group are required to implement the coordination, integration and synchronization principles in both the environment and the organizational unit within the Conservation Hall environment. Groundwater as well as with other agencies outside the Fatherland Conservation Hall in accordance with their respective tasks.

Section 11

Each member of the organizational unit is responsible for leading and coordinating the respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as the guidance of execution of subordinate tasks.

The changes to the organization and the work order of the Water Conservation Hall are established by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources after receiving written approval from the Minister who has led to the affairs of the state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The Fatherland Conservation Hall is a technical acting unit in the Geological Agency ' s environment that is below and is directly responsible to the Head of the Environmental Water Resources and Environmental Geology Centre.
(2) The Homeland Water Conservation Hall is led by the Chief.

Section 2
The Fatherland Conservation Hall has the task of carrying out soil water condition monitoring and the impact of groundwater extraction in the Jakarta Land Water Basin, as well as the development of groundwater conservation technology.

Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Land Water Conservation Hall organizes functions:
a.   Drafting of the Cloud Service and the IBM International Cloud Service (including the IBM Cloud Service)
B.   execution of groundwater conditions;
c. implementation of the groundwater repercussions impact;
D.   The preparation of the technical recommendation materials utilization of groundwater and the countermeasures impact of the groundwater;
e.   implementation of the development of groundwater conservation technology;
f.   Technical support and technical support for the Cloud Service;
G.   the implementation of the soil water conservation evaluation; and
h.   Entrepreneurship, employment, finance, and household.
BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
(1) The Fatherland Conservation Hall consists of:
a.   Subsections of Tata Business;
B.   Monitoring Sections and Distractions;
C.   Conservation of Conservation Technology Development; and
D.   Functional Position Group.
(2) The Organization Structure of the Fatherland Conservation Hall as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.

Section 5
The Tata Business subsection has the task of conducting the preparation of coordination materials and the preparation of plans and budgets, cooperation, information, and the implementation of employee affairs, finance, household, reporting and arsilection.

Section 6
Monitoring and Monitoring Sections have a task of conducting the preparation of soil water condition monitoring and the impact of groundwater repercussions, as well as the preparation of technical recommendation materials in the Jakarta Land Water Basin.

Section 7
Conservation Technology Development section has the task of developing model, build-up, instrumentation, and instrumentation management technical groundwater conservation facilities.

FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP
Section 8
(1) At the Fatherland Conservation Hall there are a Group of Functional Functional Positions consisting of researchers, Earth Investigators, Mapping Surveyors, Engineering, Litwood Technicians, and other Functional Functional Positions.
(2) Certain Functional Functional Groups as referred to in paragraph (1) have the task of performing the activities under the Functional Office each in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
