CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION NUMBER 16 IN 2007
ABOUT SALARY AND INCOME AS WELL AS OTHER VALID RIGHTS
FOR THE CHAIRMAN AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PROVISIONING GOVERNING BODY COMMITTEE
AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF OIL FUELS AND BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
EARTH GAS TRANSPORT VIA PIPELINE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the purpose and outcome and performance of the Chairman and Member of the Committee of the Governing Body and the distribution of the Petroleum Fuel and Transport of the Earth Through the Pipe, it needs to be made adjustment of the salary cap and Income and Service travel expenses for the Chairman and Member of the Committee on the Governing Body and the distribution of Petroleum Fuel and Earth Gas Transport Through the Pipe;
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Change of Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Gaji and Income as well as Other Rights Authorized to the Chairman and Member of the Committee Oil Fuel Supply and Redistributions of the Oil and Gas Transport Activities Through Pipes;
Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Earth Gas (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2001 Number 136, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4152);
3. Government Regulation No. 67 of 2002 on the Agency for the Provisioning Governing Body and the distribution of Petroleum Fuel and Petroleum Transportation Activities Through Pipes (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2002 Number 141, Additional Sheet Of State Republic of Indonesia No. 4253) as amended by Government Regulation No. 49 Year 2012 (State Gazette 2012 2012 Number 95, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5308);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Gaji and Income as well as Other Rights Authorized to the Chairman and Member of the Committee of the Governing Body and Distributing Fuel Oil And The Activities Of The Earth Gas Transport Through The Pipeline;
5. Presidential Decree Number 86 of 2002 on the Establishment of the Governing Body and the distribution of Petroleum Fuel and Petroleum Transportation Materials through the Pipeline as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 45 of 2012 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2012 Number 103);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2007 REGULATIONS ON SALARY AND INCOME AS WELL AS OTHER RIGHTS AUTHORIZED TO THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF PROVISION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUEL. OIL AND GAS TRANSPORT EFFORTS THROUGH THE PIPELINE.
Article I
Some of the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Gaji and Income as well as Other Rights Authorized to the Chairman and Member of the Committee of the Governing Body and Distributed Fuel Oil and Freight Activities Gas Earth Through Pipe, modified as follows:
1. In between Section 3 and Section 4 is inserted 1 (one) Section, that is Section 3A so that it reads as follows:
Section 3A
For the Chairman and Member of the Board of the Board of Governing Bodies carrying out service trips both at home and abroad, it is given the cost of a service travel equivalent to the service travel fee that applies to echelons I in accordance with the provisions of the Service. Laws.
2. The provisions of Section 5 are amended, so that Article 5 reads as follows:
Section 5
Salary and income as well as other legal rights for the Chairman and Member of the Board of the Board of Directors are given since the concerned is confirmed as Chairman and Member of the Committee on the Board of Directors.
3. The attachment is changed, so it becomes as set forth in this Presidential Regulation Attachment.
4. In between Section 6 and Section 7 is inserted 1 (one) Section, Section 6A thus reads as follows:
Section 6A
Salaries and income as well as other legal rights to the Chairman and Member of the Committee of the Board of Directors as set forth in the Order of the Order of the President are paid out since the President's Ordinance is promultable.
Article II
The Regulation of the President comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Presidential Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
