OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS (ASEAN) ON THE SECOND PILOT PROJECT FOR
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A REGIONAL SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM
(MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN STATE GOVERNMENTS
MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS
(ASEAN) PARTICIPANT ON THE SECOND PILOT PROJECT
FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CERTIFICATION SYSTEM
INDEPENDENT REGION)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that on August 29, 2012 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, the Indonesian Government had signed the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding of the Member State of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Participants on the Second Pilot Project for Regional Self-certification system implementation;
B. that the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding is intended to simplify the operational certification procedures and procedures of the Origin of Goods, as well as facilitating the trade of goods originating from ASEAN, including the introduction to the a regional self-certification scheme, in order to align with the objectives of the Blue Print of the ASEAN Economic Community;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and b, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Unrest Memorandum of Understanding among the Governments of the Participating Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) on the Second Pilot Project for the Implementation of a Regional Self Certification System (Memorandum Of Mutual Understanding Between The Governments Of The Member States Of The Association Of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Participants At The Project Second Example For The Implementation Of The Regional Independent Certification System);
Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
DECIDED:
SPECIFIES: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AMONG THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE PARTICIPATING STATES OF THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS (ASEAN) ON THE SECOND PILOT PROJECT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A REGIONAL SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS (ASEAN) PARTICIPANTS ON THE SECOND PILOT PROJECT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SELF-CERTIFICATION SYSTEM AREA).

Memorandum of Understanding among the Governments of the Participating Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) on the Second Pilot Project for the Implementation of a Regional Self Certification System (Memorandum Of Mutual Understanding Between The Governments Of The Member States Of The Association Of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Participants On The Second Pilot Project For The Implementation Of The Regional Self Certification System) signed on 29 August. 2012 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, whose original manuscript is in English and Its translation in Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Article 2
In terms of the difference of interpretation between the translation text of the Memorandum of mutual understanding in Indonesian and the original English text, the original text is the original.
Article 3
The Regulation of the President comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Presidential Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
