DECIDED:
SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATES AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORMS CONCERNING THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF THE STATE APPARATUS AND THE REFORM OF THE BUREAUCRACY.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms that are subsequently abbreviated as the PANRB Ministry is under and accountable to the President.
(2) The PANRB Ministry is led by the Minister of State ' s Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms.

Section 2

Section 6
The details of the task as referred to in Section 5 include:
a.   assist the Minister of State Personnel and bureaucratic Reform in the process of decision making of the Ministry of PANRB;
B.   assist the Minister of State Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms in carrying out work programs and performance contracts;
c. provide recommendations and consideration to the Minister of State Personnel and bureaucratic Reform relating to the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of PANRB;
D.   carrying out control and monitoring of the execution of the duties and functions of the PANRB Ministry
e.   assisting the Minister of State Personnel and bureaucratic Reform in assessment and designation of charging in the environment of the PANRB Ministry;
f.   carrying out bureaucratic reform control in the environment of the PANRB Ministry;
G.   represents the Minister of State Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the particular event and/or lead the meeting in accordance with the assignment of the Minister of State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reform;
h.   carrying out another task given by the Minister of State ' s Office of Personnel and bureaucratic Reform; and

The PANRB ministry has the task of organizing affairs in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform within the government to assist the President in organizing state government.

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 7, the PANRB Ministry organizes the function:
a.   The formulation and policy setting in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform;
B.   coordination and synchronization of policy implementation in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform;
c. management of the property/wealth of the country that is the responsibility of the Ministry of PANRB; and
D.   Oversight of the task execution in the environment of the PANRB Ministry.

OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 265

BAB XV
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 269
With the Ordinance of this Minister, the Regulation of State Minister of State of Aparatur and Bureaucratic Reform of the Number 12 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Order of the Ministry of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Bureaucracy And The Ministry Of Bureaucracy, as has been several times modified by:
