REGULATION of the MINISTER of STATE for ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM and REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 31 2013 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of the MINISTRY for ADMINISTRATIVE and BUREAUCRATIC REFORM of the STATE APPARATUS by the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM of the STATE APPARATUS and the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to realize the Organization's Ministry utilization of State apparatus and the reform of the Bureaucracy is more proportionate, effective, and efficient in order to improve the performance of the execution of the tasks of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy have to re-arrange the layout and organization of work Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy;
b. that the Organization of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy based on the regulation of the Minister of State Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy in 2010 12th Number about the Organization and the Ministry of Labor utilization of State apparatus and the reform of the bureaucracy, as it has several times the last modified by regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the bureaucracy is number 4 in 2012 is not in accordance with the development of the Organization of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy;

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of STATE for ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM and REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the MINISTRY OF LABOR UTILIZATION of STATE APPARATUS and REFORM the BUREAUCRACY.
CHAPTER I the POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of article 1 (1) of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy which further shortened PANRB were under the Ministry and are responsible to the President.
(2) the Ministry of PANRB led by Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the Bureaucracy.
Article 2 in the lead of the Ministry of PANRB, the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus as referred to in article 1 paragraph (2), assisted by the Deputy Minister for administrative and Bureaucratic reform of the State apparatus.

Article 3 the Deputy Minister for administrative and Bureaucratic reform of the State apparatus as referred to in article 2 is in the bottom and is responsible to the Minister for Administrative Reform of the bureaucracy and the State apparatus.

Article 4 the Deputy Minister for administrative and Bureaucratic reform of the State apparatus has the task of assisting the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus in leading the implementation of the tasks of the Ministry of PANRB.

Article 5 scope of duties the Deputy Minister for administrative and Bureaucratic reform of the State apparatus as referred to in article 4, namely: a. assist the Minister for Administrative Reform of the bureaucracy and the State apparatus in the formulation of the policy of the Ministry of PANRB; and b.  assist the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and bureaucracy in coordinate achievement of strategic cross-organizational unit policy Echelon I in the Environment Ministry of PANRB.
Chapter 6 Details the tasks referred to in article 5 covering: a. assist the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy in the decision-making process of the Ministry PANRB;
b. assist the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus in carrying out the programme of work and contract performance;
c. provide recommendations and considerations to the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus related to the execution of the duties and functions of the Ministry of PANRB;
d. carry out control and monitoring of the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of PANRB;
e. assist the Minister for Administrative Reform of the bureaucracy and the State apparatus in the assessment and determination of the Ministry of environment in Office charging PANRB;
f. carry out bureaucratic reform in control of the Environment Ministry of PANRB;
g. represents the utilization of State apparatus Minister and reform of the Bureaucracy on certain occasions and/or lead meetings in accordance with the assignment of the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus;
h. carry out other assignments given by the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus; and i.  in some cases, the Deputy Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and the bureaucracy carry out the specific tasks given directly by the President or by the Minister for utilization of State apparatus and reform the bureaucracy.
Article 7 of the Ministry of PANRB have the task of organizing the affairs in the field of utilization of State apparatus and reform of bureaucracy in the Government to help the President in organizing the Government.

Article 8 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 7, the Ministry organizes the PANRB functions: a. the formulation and determination of policy in the field of utilization of State apparatus and bureaucratic reforms;
b. coordination and synchronization implementation of policies in the field of utilization of State apparatus and bureaucratic reforms;
c. management of the country's wealth/belongings that are the responsibility of the Ministry of PANRB; and d.  supervision over the implementation of the tasks in the Ministry of environment PANRB.
CHAPTER II ORGANIZATION article 9 the Ministry of PANRB consists of: a. the Secretariat of the Ministry;
b. Deputy field of the reform of the bureaucracy, Accountability, and Oversight Agencies;
c. Deputy field of institutional and Governance;
d. Deputy human resources Field Apparatus;
e. Deputy field of public services;
f. Law expert staff;
g. expert staff Areas of public policy;
h. Staff Expert Strategic Communications and Institutional Relations;
i. Governance expert staff and Regional Autonomy;
j. Staff Experts work culture Apparatus; and k.  Inspectorate Of The Ministry.
CHAPTER III the SECRETARIAT the MINISTRY is considered Part of the position, duties, and functions of article 10 (1) of the Secretariat of the Ministry is a Ministry leader maid PANRB items that are under and is responsible to the Minister for Administrative Reform of the bureaucracy and the State apparatus.

Article 12 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 11, the Secretariat of the Ministry organizes functions: a. coordinating the activities of the Ministry of PANRB;
b. coordination and the preparation of plans and programs of the Ministry of PANRB;
c. coaching and administering administrative support which include administration, personnel, finance, kerumahtanggaan, archive and documentation of the Ministry of PANRB;
d. the construction and organization of the Organization and governance, cooperation, and community relations;
e. coordination and drafting of legislation and legal assistance;
f. Organization of management of property/wealth of the country; and g.  the execution of the other tasks given by the Minister for utilization of State apparatus and reform the bureaucracy.
The second part of article 13 the Secretariat of the Organization of the Ministry consists of: a. the Bureau of planning and performance management;
b. law firm, communication and public information; and c.  Bureau of human resources and the public.
The third section of the Bureau of planning and performance management Article 14 Bureau of planning and performance management has the task of implementing the coordination and preparation of the plan and programme performance and budget administration, coordination and cooperation, monitoring and performance evaluation of the implementation of the program and budget, as well as the preparation of the report.

Article 15 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 14, the Bureau of planning and performance management organized a function: a. the preparation of the coordination, preparation, and planning and program performance penyerasian Ministry of PANRB;
b. preparation of the coordination, preparation, and penyerasian plan budget of the Ministry of PANRB;
c. preparation of administrative coordination and cooperation; and d.  monitoring and performance evaluation of the implementation of the program and budget, as well as the preparation of the report.
Article 16 of the Bureau of planning and performance management consists of: a. the planning Part performance;
b. part of budget planning;
c. Part of cooperation; and d.  Part of the Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Article 17 part planning Performance has the task of coordinating the preparation of drafting, implementing and penyerasian plans and program performance Ministry PANRB.

Article 19 Section Planning Performance consists of: a. Planning the technical performance of the Subsections; and b. the planning Performance management support Subsections.

Article 20 (1) Subsections Planning Technical Performance has the task of coordinating the preparation of the material preparation of conducting, and penyerasian plans and program performance Deputy Field Reform bureaucracy, Accountability, and control Apparatus, Deputy field of institutional and Governance, Deputy human resources Field Apparatus, and deputy public service Fields.
(2) Subsections Planning Performance management support has the task of coordinating the preparation of the material preparation of conducting, and penyerasian plans and program performance of the Secretariat of the Ministry, Inspectorate, and expert staff.
Chapter 21 Part budget planning has the task of coordinating the preparation of drafting, implementing and penyerasian plan budget of the Ministry of PANRB.

Section 22 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 22, the section organizes the budget planning function: a. the preparation of materials, drafting and coordination budget plan penyerasian Deputy Field Reform bureaucracy, Accountability, and control Apparatus, Deputy field of institutional and Governance, Deputy human resources Field Apparatus, and deputy public service Fields; and b.  preparation of ingredients, preparation and coordination of penyerasian budget plan Secretariat the Ministry, Inspectorate, and expert staff.
Article 23 Section budget planning consists of: a. Subsections Technical budget planning; and b. Subsections budget planning Support Management.

Article 24 (1) Subsections Technical budget planning has the task of coordinating the preparation of the material preparation of conducting, and Deputy budget plan penyerasian field of the reform of the bureaucracy, Accountability, and control Apparatus, Deputy field of institutional and Governance, Deputy human resources Field Apparatus, and deputy public service Fields.
(2) Subsections budget planning Support Management has the task of coordinating the preparation of the material preparation of conducting, and penyerasian budget plan Secretariat the Ministry, Inspectorate, and expert staff.

Article 25 Part of cooperation has the task of carrying out the preparation of administrative coordination and cooperation.

Article 26 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 25, part of teamwork organizing functions: a. the preparation of material cooperation coordination; and b.  the implementation of administrative cooperation Affairs.
Article 27 Cooperation Part consists of: a. the preparation of Cooperation Coordination Subsections; and b. the Cooperative administration of Subsection.

Article 28 Subsections Preparation Coordination of cooperation have a job doing the preparation material coordination of cooperation.

Article 29 Subsections Administrative Cooperation has the task of conducting the Affairs of the administration of cooperation.

Article 30 Section Monitoring, evaluation, reporting and has duties carrying out monitoring and performance evaluation of the implementation of the program and budget, as well as the preparation of the report.

Article 31 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 30, the part of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting organizes functions: a. performance monitoring, the program and budget;
b. preparation of material performance evaluation, program and budget; and c.  the preparation of performance reports, program and budget.
Article 32 (1) Subsections performing Monitoring performance monitoring, the program and budget.
(2) Subsections Evaluation material preparation performs performance evaluation, program and budget.
(3) Subsections Reporting performs the preparation of performance reports, program and budget.
The fourth part of the law firm, the communications and public information Section 33 the legal Bureau, communications and public information had the task of implementing the Legal Affairs, communications, complaints of public and community service, as well as information systems.

Article 34 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 33, the law firm, communication and public information organizes functions: a. the preparation of plan of drafting legislation, the management of the network of legal documentation, coordination and preparation of laws and regulations, as well as the granting of legal aid and consideration;
b. implementation of the Affairs of the public communication;
c. management of the complaints and service information; and d.  management of information systems.
Article 35 the law firm, Public communication and information consists of: a. the Legal Department;
b. section of public communication;
c. Part a complaint and information services; and d.  Section Information Systems.
Article 36 Legal Department has the task of carrying out the preparation of plan of drafting legislation, the management of the network of legal documentation, coordination and preparation of laws and regulations, as well as the granting of legal aid and consideration.

Article 37 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 36, sections of law hosts a function: a. completion of the drafting of the plan materials and regulations and management of a network of legal documentation;
b. coordination and drafting materials preparation of legislation;
c. consideration and granting legal aid.
Article 38 of Law Section consists of: a. Subsections Network planning and legal documentation;

b. subsection of the Regulations; and c. Subsections considerations and legal assistance.

Article 39 (1) Subsections Network planning and legal documentation has the task of conducting the preparation of material plans drafting of legislation and the management of the network of legal documentation.
(2) subsection of the Regulations has the task of doing the preparation materials coordination and drafting of legislation.
(3) Subsections considerations and legal aid have the task of doing the giving consideration and legal assistance.
Article 40 Public Communications Section has the task of carrying out the Affairs of the public communication.

Article 41 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 40, section of public communication hosted a function: a. implementation of the Affairs of the news coverage and analysis of public opinion;
b. implementation of the Affairs of the publication; and c.  Implementation Affairs media relations and intergovernmental institutions.
Article 42 Public Communication Section consists of: a. the Subsections news coverage;

b. Subsection Publications; and c. Subsections Media relations and Intergovernmental institutions.

Article 43 (1) Subsections Preaching has the task of conducting the Affairs of the news coverage and analysis of public opinion.
(2) Subsections Publication has the task of conducting the Affairs of the publication.
(3) Subsections Media relations and Intergovernmental Institutions have the task of conducting Affairs media relations and intergovernmental institutions.
Article 44 Complaints and Information Services Section has the task of carrying out the Affairs of the handling of public complaints, the Ministry of information, and the management of the library.

Article 45 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 44, part of the Complaint and the information service organized a function: a. implementation of handling public complaints;
b. implementation of the Ministry of information; and c.  the management of the library.
Article 46 Part Complaint and Service Information consists of: a. Subsections public complaints;

b. Subsection information service; and c. Subsections library.

Article 47 (1) Subsections public complaints had the task of doing the handling of public complaints.
(2) Subsections information service has the task of conducting the Affairs of the Ministry of information.
(3) Subsections Library has the task of conducting the management of the library.
Article 48 Section information systems have the task of implementing the development of information systems, network maintenance, and presentation of information.

Article 49 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 48, section organizes the information systems function: a. implementation of information system development;
b. implementation of the maintenance of the network information system; and c.  the implementation of the completion and presentation of information.
Article 50 information systems Section comprises: a. Subsections system development information;

b. Subsection network maintenance; and c. Subsections Presenting the information.

Article 51 (1) Subsections Development information systems have the task of doing the development of information systems.
(2) Subsections doing network maintenance network maintenance.
(3) Subsections presentation of Information and the preparation and presentation of information do.
The fifth section of the Bureau of human resources and General Article 52 of the Bureau of human resources and the public has a duty of carrying out management of human resources, organization and governance, finance, home appliances and fixtures, as well as administrative and Protocol.

Article 54 of the Bureau of human resources and the public consists of: a. Part of the human resources and organization;
b. the financial section;
c. section of the Homemaking and supplies; and d.  Part of the Administrative and Protocol.
Article 55 Section of the human resources and organization has the task of carrying out the preparation of plans and employee development, mutations and the well-being of employees, as well as structuring organizations and governance.


Article 56 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 55, part of human resources and organizational functions: a. completion of the drafting of the plan need and procurement officers, plan education and training, career development, coaching and employee discipline and sanctions and rewards employees;
b. management of the Affairs of the administration of the appointment, dismissal, line, mutation, pensions, staffing, and manuscript layout services of administration of salaries, allowances, leave, and other welfare, as well as health services; and c.  the completion of structuring the organisation and corporate governance.
Article 57 Part of human resources and the organization consists of: a. Subsections Employee planning and development;

b. Subsection mutations and the welfare of Employees; and c. Subsections organization and Governance.

Article 58 (1) Subsections planning and Development Officers have the task of doing the preparation of drafting the plan need and procurement officers, plan education and training, career development, coaching and employee discipline and sanctions and rewards employees.
(2) Subsections mutations and Welfare Officers have the task of doing the management of the Affairs of the administration of the appointment, dismissal, line, mutation, pensions, staffing, and manuscript layout services of administration of salaries, allowances, leave, and other welfare, as well as health services.
(3) Subsections organization and Governance have the task of doing the Setup preparation organizations and governance.
Article 59 of the financial Part has the task of carrying out the Affairs of the Treasury, verification, accounting, and financial reporting.

Article 66 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 65, section of the Homemaking and supplies organized functions: a. implementation of the plan of arrangement and infrastructure needs of the Office, the management of household affairs, doubling, and internal security;
b. implementation of the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure Office;
c. implementation of the administering State-owned Goods and reporting; and d.  preparation and implementation of the procurement of goods, construction works, consulting, procurement and other services procurement, execution of the Affairs of the storage, distribution, loan, and an inventory of office supplies.
Article 67 Household Parts and equipment consists of: a. Subsections Households;

b. management of State-owned Goods Subsection; and c. Subsections fixtures.

Section 68 Subsection Households have the task of doing the implementation plan drafting and infrastructure needs of the Office, the management of household affairs, doubling, and security, as well as the implementation of the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure Office.

Article 69 management of State-owned Goods Subsection has the task of conducting the administering State-owned Goods and reporting.

Article 70 Subsections Fixtures have a job doing the preparation and implementation of the procurement of goods, construction works, procurement of consulting services, other services, and procurement Affairs storage, distribution, loan, and an inventory of office supplies.

Article 71 Administrative and Protocol Section has the task of carrying out the Affairs of the correspondence, archives, Protocol and administrative leadership.

Article 72 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 71, Administrative and Protocol Section organizes functions: a. the management of correspondence, pengagendaan, and expedition;
b. management of the Affairs of archives and documentation;

c. Subsection Protocol; and d.  The Leadership Of The Unit.
(2) the Administrative leadership of the Unit referred to in subsection (1) the letter d, include: a. The Minister Subsection;
b. Subsection Administrative Vice Minister;
c. Administrative Secretary Ministry of Subsections;
d. Subsection Administrative Deputy Field Reform bureaucracy, Accountability, and Oversight Agencies;
e. Subsections Administrative Deputy field of institutional and Governance;
f. Subsection Administrative Deputy human resources Field Apparatus;
g. Subsections Administrative Deputy field of public services; and h.  Subsections Administrative Staff Experts.
Section 74 Subsection Correspondence has the task of conducting the management of correspondence, pengagendaan, the management of archives and document structuring, as well as expeditions.

Section 75 Subsection Archives have a job doing archival affairs management and structuring of documents.

Section 76 Subsection Protocol has the task of conducting the Affairs of the settings of keprotokolan events and activities throughout the work units of the Ministry of PANRB.

Section 77 Subsection The Minister has a duty perform administrative services granting and preparation of journal and published the entire State apparatus Minister for administrative activities and reform the bureaucracy.

Section 78 Subsection Administrative Vice Ministers have a job doing the granting of administrative services and preparation of journal and published the entire activities of the Deputy Minister for administrative and Bureaucratic reform of the State apparatus.

Section 83 Subsection Administrative Deputy field of public services have the task of doing the service administration to Deputy field of public service.

Section 84 Subsections Administrative Staff Experts have the task of ministering to its administration Staff expert.

Article 85 The leadership of the Unit referred to in section 73 subsection (1) the letter d in the performance of his duties is functionally accountable to the leadership of the unit serviced and administratively responsible to the head of the Administrative and Protocol.

b. coordination of the implementation of policies in the field of the reform of the bureaucracy, accountability, and oversight agencies;
c. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of the reform of the bureaucracy, accountability, and oversight agencies; and d.  the execution of the other tasks given by the Minister for utilization of State apparatus and reform the bureaucracy.

Article 102 Field preparation of Policy reform of the Bureaucracy has the task of carrying out the preparation of policy formulation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of the reform of the bureaucracy.

Article 103 Field preparation of Policy Accountability Apparatus has the task of carrying out the preparation of policy formulation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of accountability apparatus.

Article 104 Areas Supervisory Policy Preparation has the task of carrying out the preparation of policy formulation, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting about issues or activities in the field of supervision.

The seventh section Assistant Deputy Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service III Article 236 Assistant Deputy Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service III has a duty of carrying out coordination of the implementation of the policy, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of public service people's welfare, as well as local governments III.

Article 237 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 236, the Assistant Deputy of Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service III organizes functions: a. coordinating the completion of the implementation of policies in the field of public service people's welfare, as well as the Government of the province of Central Java, Yogyakarta, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua and West Papua, as well as the Government district/municipality in the region of the province; and

b. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on the matter or activities in the field of public service people's welfare, as well as the Government of the province of Central Java, Yogyakarta, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, Papua and West Papua, as well as the Government district/municipality in the region of the province.
Article 238 Assistant Deputy Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service III consists of: a. areas of Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service people's welfare; and b.  The field of implementation, monitoring and evaluation of local government public service III.
Article 239 Field Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public service people's welfare has the task of coordinating the preparation of the implementation of the policy, monitoring, analysis and evaluation material preparation, as well as reporting about issues or activities in the field of public service Ministry/agency field of people's welfare.

d. Governance expert staff and Regional Autonomy; and e.  Expert Field Staff Work Culture Apparatus.
Article 243 (1) Legal expert staff has the task of providing research to the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy on legal issues.
(2) the staff of the public policy Experts have the task of providing research to the Minister for Administrative Reform the bureaucratic State apparatus and public policy issues.
(3) the expert staff of Strategic Communications and Institutional Relations has the task of providing research to the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy on the issue of strategic communications and institutional relations.
(4) the expert staff Areas of Government and the autonomous region have the task of providing research to the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and Bureaucracy on the issue of the autonomy of the region.
(5) the expert Field Staff work culture Apparatus has the task of providing research to the Minister for administrative reform of the State apparatus and the bureaucratic apparatus work culture issues.
CHAPTER IX MINISTRY INSPECTORATE Article 244 (1) Inspectorates of the Ministry is the element that is under the supervision of and responsible to the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus through the Secretary of the Ministry.
(2) the Ministry Inspectorate is headed by an Inspector of the Ministry.
Article 245 Inspectorates of the Ministry has the task of implementing the internal auditing in the Ministry of environment PANRB.

Article 246 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 245, the Inspectorate of the Ministry organizes functions: a. completion of internal auditing policy formulation;
b. implementation of internal auditing on performance and finance through audit, reviu, evaluation, monitoring, and other surveillance activities;
c. implementation of oversight for a specific purpose over the assignment of the Minister for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus;
d. preparation of reports on the results of supervision; and e.  the implementation of the administrative Inspectorate of the Ministry.
Article 247 Inspectorates of the Ministry consists of: a. The Subsections; and b.  The Functional Group Of The Office Of The Auditor.
Article 248 The Subsections have a job doing the granting of administrative services in the Environmental Inspectorate of the Ministry.

Article 249 (1) Functional Office Group Auditor has a duty perform functional activities of the auditor in accordance with the legislation.
(2) Office of the Auditor of the functional Groups is coordinated by an official Auditor Functional Senior Inspector appointed by the Ministry.
(3) the number of Auditors determined based on Functional needs and workload.
(4) the type and level of position referred to in subsection (1) is set on the basis of the applicable legislation.
CHAPTER X OFFICE of FUNCTIONAL GROUPS in the Ministry of environment 250 Article PANRB can be formed the Group Functional Position as required.

Article 251 Group Functional Position in the Ministry PANRB have the task of doing the activities in accordance with their respective functional position based on legislation.

Article 252 (1) Functional Group Office as referred to in Article 251, is divided in different groups of Office in accordance with the functional areas of expertise that are appointment arranged based on legislation.
(2) each Office of functional groups coordinated by a senior functional personnel assigned or appointed by the respective official of the Echelon II in accordance with the tasks and functions.
(3) the amount of functional power referred to in subsection (1), determined based on the needs and workload.
(4) the type and level of functional Office as referred to in subsection (1) is set on the basis of legislation.
CHAPTER XI ECHELON (1) the Secretary of the Ministry and Deputy is a structural position Echelon I.a.
(2) the expert staff is the structural position Echelon I.b.
(3) Bureau Chief, Assistant Deputy Superintendent, and is structurally Echelon II a.
(4) the head of the section and the head of the structural position is Echelon III a.

Article 264 at the time of this ministerial regulation came into force, all the rules of implementation of the regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and the bureaucratic State apparatus number 12 in 2010 about the Organization and the Ministry of Labor utilization of State apparatus and the reform of the bureaucracy, as it has several times changed by: a. the regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the bureaucracy is number 4 in 2011;

b. Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the bureaucracy is number 4 in 2012; stated still remain in force throughout has not been modified and/or replaced with the new implementation regulations based on the regulation of the Minister.

CHAPTER XIV OTHER PROVISIONS-other Article 265 (1) organizational units that handle functions in the field of government procurement of goods/services, due to the nature of the duties and functions of carrying out the duties and functions of the Procurement Services Unit of the goods/services of the Government in the Ministry of environment PANRB.

Article 268 organizational chart of the Ministry of PANRB and the unit organization under Ministry of PANRB as listed in the annex is a part that is an integral part of this regulation of the Minister.

CHAPTER XV CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 269 With the enactment of the regulations of the Minister, then Minister of State for administrative regulations of the State apparatus and the reform of the bureaucracy is number 12 in 2010 about the Organization and the Ministry of Labor utilization of State apparatus and the reform of the bureaucracy, as it has several times changed by: a. the regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the bureaucracy is number 4 in 2011;
b. Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and reform of the bureaucracy is number 4 in 2012; revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 270 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
