THE RULES OF THE HEAD OF THE DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORS
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
NUMBER 33, 2013
ABOUT
THE SUPERVISION OF A PREGNANT MOTHER ' S SPECIAL DRINK AND/OR NURSING MOTHER
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE HEAD OF THE DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORS
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the public needs to be protected from the release of the Hamil Mother Special Drink and/or Mother Breastfeeding that does not meet the requirements of safety, quality and nutrition;
B. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Rules of the Head of the Drug Administration and the Food on the Special Drinks Supervision and/or the breastfeeding Mother;
Given: 1. Law No. 8 Year 1999 on Consumer Protection (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 42, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3821);

DECIDED:
establish: The rules of the head of the drug and food supervisors about the supervision of a special beverage of the pregnant mother and/or nursing mother.
BAB I
provisions of the UMUM
Section 1
In this Regulation, which is referred to:
1. The Mother Hamil Special Drink and/or Mother Breastfeeding is a particular processed food specifically for the pregnant mother group and/or nursing mother that is powder or liquid, containing energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals taken into account based on the added nutritional adequate for the group, with or without the addition of the bioactive components and/or permitted food additive materials.
2. Food adders are ingredients that are added to the food to influence the nature or form of food.
3. Certain processed foods are processed foods for consumption for certain groups in the efforts of nurturing and improving the health quality of the group.
4. Food label is any description of a food-shaped food, a writing, a combination of the two, or any other form that is included on food, inserted into, pasted on, or is a part of the food packaging.
5. The perpetrator is either a person or entity, whether a legal entity or not a legal entity that is established and located or performing activities within the country's legal territory of the Republic of Indonesia, both alone and in the United States. together through an agreement to organize business activities in a wide range of economic fields.
BAB II
SCOPE
Section 2
These rules govern regarding the terms of the safety, quality, and nutrition requirements for the Mother Hamil Special Drink and/or the breastfeeding Mother.
BAB III
REQUIREMENTS
Section 3
(1) The Mother of Hamil Special Drink and/or the Breastfeeding Mother produced and/or circulated must meet the safety, quality and nutritional requirements.
(2) The security, quality and nutrition requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in the Attachment that are integral to this Regulation.
Section 4
(1) Perpetrators Producing the Mother Hamil Special Drink and/or Mother Breastfeeding are required to apply:
a. The Way of Production of Good Processing Food; and
B. The Risk Control System at a Critical Point (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point/HACCP).
(2) The application of the means of the Good Processing Food Production and the Danger Control System At Critical Point as referred to in paragraph (1) is evidenced by the News Event Results of the Sarana Examination of the Food and Drug Administration or the Food and Drug Administration. Another evidence issued by an institution that has been accredited both inside and abroad.
BAB IV
The RUN
Section 5
Offenders are prohibited from using irradiated treatment of:
a. ingredients used in the Mother Hamil and/or Mother ' s Special Drinks Beverage; and
b. Special drinks Mother Hamil and/or Mother Breastfeeding.
BAB V
ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION
Section 6
(1) The violation of the provisions in this Regulation may be subject to administrative sanction.
(2) administrative sanctions as referred to in paragraph (1), may be:
a. warning in writing;
B. prohibition against temporarily and/or the order of attracting the Special Beverage Mother of Hamil and/or Mother Breastfeeding of the circulation;
c. The extermination of the Mother Hamil Special Drink and/or Mother Breastfeeding, if no
