CHANGES TO THE HEALTH MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS
NUMBER 1144 /MENKE /PER/VIII/2010 ABOUT
HEALTH MINISTRY ' S ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to support the effectiveness of the implementation of the Ministry of Health ' s duties and functions, is seen needing to fine-tune the Regulation of Health Minister Number 1144 /Menkes/PER/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Ministry of Work Health;

Given: 1.   Law No. 39 of 2008 on the Ministry of State (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
2. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:
5. Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2012 on the Deputy Minister;
6. Presidential Decree Number 159 /M Year 2011;
7. Health Minister Regulation Number 1144 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 about the Organization and the Working Care of the Ministry of Health;

Pay Attention :
The approval of the State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms with the letter Number B/1451/M. PAN-RB/4/ 2013 Date April 11, 2013;

DECIDED:

Establish: HEALTH MINISTER REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO HEALTH MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 1144 /MENKES/PER/VIII/2010 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE HEALTH MINISTRY ' S WORK.

Article I
Some of the provisions in Health Minister Regulation Number 1144 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 about the Organization and Health Ministry ' s Work are changed as follows:
1. Between Section 1 and Section 2 of the new Section 5 (five) of the new section, Section 1A, Section 1B, Section 1C, Section 1D, and Section 1E, all of which reads as follows:
Section 1A
In leading the Ministry of Health, the Minister of Health as referred to in Article 1 Verse (2) is assisted by the Vice Minister of Health.

Section 1
The Vice Minister of Health as referred to in Article 1A is below and is responsible to the Minister of Health.

Section 1C
The Vice-Minister of Health has the task of assisting the Minister of Health in the Ministry of Health's conduct.

Section 1D
The scope of the Deputy Minister ' s field of duty as referred to in Article 1C, includes:
a.   assist the Minister of Health in the formulation and/or conduct of the Ministry of Health policy; and
B.   assist the Minister of Health in coordinating the achievement of the strategic policy across the eselon I organization in the Ministry of Health environment.

Section 1E
The details of the task as referred to in Section 1D, include:
a.   assist the Minister of Health in the Ministry of Health ' s decision process;
B.   assist the Minister of Health in carrying out work programs and performance contracts;
c. provide recommendations and consideration to the Health Minister relating to the implementation of the Ministry of Health ' s duties and functions;
D.   carrying out control and monitoring of the execution of the Ministry of Health duties and functions;
e.   assisting the Minister of Health in the assessment and designation of charging in the Ministry of Health ' s environment;
f.     carrying out bureaucratic reform control in the Ministry of Health environment;
G. representing the Minister of Health on certain events and/or lead the meeting in accordance with the assignment of the Minister of Health;
h.   carry out another task given by the Minister of Health; and
i.   in certain matters, the Vice Minister of Health carries out special duties granted directly by the President or through the Minister of Health.

2. The provisions of Article 46 paragraph (2) are changed, so it reads as follows:
(2) The Award and Welfare Subsection of the Service has the task of managing award-granting affairs, the administration of the welfare of employees, the health examination administration of officials and prospective civil servants.

3. The provisions of Article 87 are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 87
The General Bureau consists of:
a. The Leadership Planning Section;
B. Ministerial Part of the Ministry;
C. Section Households;
D. Finance and Gaji ' s General Secretariat; and
e. Functional Position Group.

4. The provisions of Article 88 are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 88
The leadership of the Leadership Group has the task of carrying out the business of the business of the Minister, the Deputy Minister, the Expert Staff, the Secretary General and the protocholans.

5. The provisions of Article 89 are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 89
In carrying out the tasks referred to in Section 88, the Leadership Leadership Section is organizing a function:
a. implementation of the Minister ' s business affairs;
B. implementation of the Vice Minister ' s business conduct business and the Expert Staff;
c. implementation of the General Secretary ' s business conduct business; and

6. The provisions of Section 90 are amended, so it reads as follows:
Section 90
The Leadership Enterprise section consists of:
a. Subsections of the Ministerial Order;
B. Subsection of the Vice Minister Governance and Expert Staff;
C. Subsections of the General Secretary's Business; and
D. Subsection Protocol.
