Establish: REGULATION OF ENERGY MINISTER AND MINERAL RESOURCES ON COMPENSATION OF LAND, BUILDINGS AND PLANTS THAT ARE UNDER THE FREE SPACE OF HIGH VOLTAGE AIR CHANNELS AND EXTRA HIGH VOLTAGE AIR CHANNELS.
BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Compensation is the granting of a sum of money to the holder of the land following the building, plant, and/or other object contained above the land as it is used indirectly for the construction of the edifice. Without the release or surrender of the rights to the land.
2. The next High Volting Air Channel (SUTT) is an electric power channel which uses a barbed wire (penghantar) in the air to stretch above 35 kV up to 245 kV according to the standard in the field of fame.
3. The subsequent High Extra High Voltage Airway Abbreviated As SUTET is an electric power channel which uses a bare wire (a hander) in the air to stretch above 245 kV according to the standard in the field of fame.

6. Minister is the Minister who organizes government affairs in the field of notoriality.

Inventory of Land, Buildings and Plants
Section 2
(1) Licensee's authorized use of the Program may only be used as part of the Program for which Licensee has licensed the Program. That.
