THE RULE OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AGENCY

ABOUT
EDUCATION HOSTING GUIDELINES AND TECHNICAL TRAINING
THE ORGANIZER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE HEAD OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY,
Weigh: a. that to further improve the quality of the hosting and education graduates and training for the organizers of Education and Training, it needs to be made regulations that provide guidance in the hosting of educational and technical training of the organizers education and training;
B. that in the Decree of the Head of the State Administration Board No. 4 of 2003 On the Guidelines of Education and Training for the Organizing Education and Training (Training Officer Cource/TOC) there are still flaws and have not yet been can accommodate the development needs of the Education and Training Organizing Technical Education and Training so that it needs to be refined;
c. that under consideration as contemplaup a and the letter b need to specify the Rule of the Head of the State Administration Institution on the Guidelines of Education and Technical Training Organizing Education and Training;
Given: 1. Law No. 8 of the Year 1974 on the Points of Staff, as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999 (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Governance (Sheet State Republic Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4437) as has been twice amended, last by Act No. 12 2008 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4844);
3. Government Regulation No. 101 Year 2000 on Education and Training of the Office of Civil Servers (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000 Number 198, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4019);
4. Presidential Decree No. 34 of 1972, on the Functional Responsibility of Education and Exercise;
5. The Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Position, Duty, Authority, Organization and organizational structure of the Non-Department of the Government as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation No. 64 of 2005;
6. Decree President Number 110 of 2001 on the Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Institute of Non-Department Government as it has been several times amended, last with Presidential Regulation Number 52 of 2005;
7. Decree of the Head of the State Administration Institute Number 193/XIII/10/6/2001 on the General Guidelines of Education and Training of the Office of the Civil Service of the Civil Service;
8. Decree of the Head of the State Administration Board Number 4 Year 2004 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the State Administration as amended last by the Rule of the Head of the State Administration Institution Number 5 Year 2011;
9. Regulation of the Head of State Administration Regulation No. 2 of 2008 on the Guidelines of Accreditation of the Institution of Education and Government Training;
DECIDED:
establish: RULES OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AGENCY ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING OF THE ORGANIZERS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
Article 1
The guideline of the Organizing Education and Training (Diklat) Organizing Training Officer Cource (TOC) as contained in this Regulation Attachment is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 2
The guideline as referred to in section 1 is used as a reference to the Hosting of the TOC by the accredited Diklat Institution.
Article 3
At the time this rule came into effect, then the Decree of the Chief of State Administration Number 4 of 2003 On the Pedomann of Education and Training for the Organizing Diklat (
Training Officer Cource/TOC) was revoked and declared no longer applicable.
Section 4
The rules are in effect since the date is set.
