ABOUT
CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF THE NUMBER 1 EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER OF 2013 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE PRIVATE COLLEGE COORDINATION WORK
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to optimize the implementation of the supervision, control, and coaching of private universities nationwide, in particular in Maluku Province, Papua Province, and West Papua Province, need to establish Private College Coordination in the Provinces of Papua and West Papua Province;
B. that in respect of such a case in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister for Education and Culture on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2013 on the Organization and the Education Coordinating Workforce Private Height;
Given: 1. Invitation No. 20 In 2003 on National System of Education (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4301);
2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Gazette 2010 Number 23, Additional Gazette State Number 5105) as amended by Government Regulation No. 66 of 2010 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 17 of 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2010 Number 112, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 5157);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2011 No. 141);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
5. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended last with Presidential Decree Number 5/P of 2013;
6. 2012 Minister of Education and Culture Rules 2012 on the Organization and Work of the Ministry of Education and Culture as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 69 of 2013;
7. National Education Minister 's Decision Number 184 /U/2001 on Monitoring Guidelines, Controlling, and Coaching Diploma, Bachelor' s, and Graduate Program in College;

DECIDED:
establish: Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Change of the Rules of Education and Culture Minister No. 1 of 2013 on the organization and the coordination of private college coordination.
Article I
Attachment Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 Year 2013 on the Organization and the Coordinating Office of Private Colleges is amended so that it becomes as set forth in an Attachment that is an integral part of The Minister ' s Rule.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
