GENERAL ELECTION, PROVINCIAL ELECTION WATCHDOG,
AND THE HONORARY BOARD OF THE GENERAL ELECTION ORGANIZERS
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 118 Act No. 15 of the Year 2011 on Election Organizers of Elections, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Financial Occupation of the Chairman and Member of the Election Supervising Board, the Agency Provincial Election Supervisors, and the Election Organizing Honor Council;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Law No. 15 Year 2011 on Organizing General Elections (Sheet Country Indonesia 2011 Number 101, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5246);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S RULE ON THE FINANCIAL POSITION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION WATCHDOG, THE PROVINCIAL ELECTION WATCHDOG, AND THE HONORARY BOARD OF THE GENERAL ELECTION ORGANIZERS.
Section 1
(1) To the Chair and Member of the General Election Supervising Board is given the honorary money each month.
(2) To the Chairman and Member of the Provincial Election Supervising Board given the honorary money each month.
(3) To the Chairman and Member of the Election Organizing Board of Elections is given the honorary money each month.
Section 2
(1) The honorary money of the Chairman and Member of the Election Supervising Board as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is as follows:
a. Speaker :Rp 23,750,000.00
B. Member :Rp 20.625,000.00
(2) The honorary money of the Chairman and Member of the Provincial Election Supervising Board as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) is as follows:
a. Speaker :Rp 9,900.000.00
B. Member :Rp 8.250.000.00
(3) The honorary money of the Chairman and Member of the Election Organizing Board of Elections as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (3) is as follows:
a. Speaker :Rp 14.375.000.00
B. Member :Rp 12.500.000.00
Section 3
(1) To the Chairman and Member of the Election Supervising Board, the Chairman and Member of the Provincial Election Supervising Board, as well as the Chairman and Member of the General Election Organizing Board of Directors, who travel in service both inside and outside The country, given the cost of travel.
(2) The charge of service travel as referred to in paragraph (1), provided in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing the travel of service for civil servants.
(3) The further provisions of the implementation of service travel costs as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
The provisions as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (3) and Section 2 of the paragraph (3) do not apply to the Speaker and the Members of the General Election Organizing Board of Elections that are derived from the elements of the General Election Commission and the General Election Supervising Board.
Section 5
(1) The amount of honorary money as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) for the Chairman and Member of the Supervising Board of Elections in effect since the Presidential Regulation is established.
(2) The amount of honorary money as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) for the Chairman and Member of the Provincial Election Supervising Board of the Province is valid since it is appointed/excommunicated the oath and the promise.
(3) The amount of honorary money as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (3) for the Speaker and the Members of the Election Organizers Of The General Election Organizers in effect since the concerned appointment/swearings of vows and promises.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation governed by the Minister of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Election Supervisers and/or the Chairman of the Election Organizing Board of the General Election, either together and Alone according to the field of duty each.
Section 7
By the time this Presidential Regulation came into effect, the Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2009 on Financial Occupation for the Members of the General Election Supervising Board, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
