COSMETICAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE HEAD OF THE DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORS
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that some of the provisions of the Cosmetical Technical Requirements set under the Rules of the Head of the Drug and Food Supervising Board of HK.03.1.23.12.10.12459 Year 2010 need to be adjusted to the development and advancement of science and technology in the field of cosmetics;
B. based on the consideration as intended on the letter a, need to establish the Regulation of the Head of the Drug and Drug Administration on the Changes to the Regulation of the Head of the Drug and Food Control Board HK.03.1.23.12.10.12459 Year 2010 on Cosmetical Technical Requirements
Given: 1. Law No. 8 Year 1999 on Consumer Protection (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 42, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3821);
2. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);
3. Government Regulation Number 72 Year 1998 on Pharmacy Supplies and Health Tools (State Gazette Indonesia Year 1998 Number 138, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3781);
4. The Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Position, Duty, Function, Authority of the Organization of Non-Department Instituations and the Department of Work of the Non-Department of Government as has been the last several amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2013;
5. Decree President Number 110 of 2001 on Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Institute of Non-Department Government as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Regulation Number 4 Year 2013;
6. Health Minister Regulation No. 1175 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 of 2010 on Cosmetical Production Permit (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 396);
7. Health Minister Regulation Number 1176/Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 of 2010 on the Notifications of Cosmetics (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 Number 397);
8. Regulation of the Head of the Food and Drug Administration Number HK.03.1.23.12.10.11983 Year 2010 on Criteria and Tata cara Submission Of Cosmetic Notifications (State News of Indonesia 2010 Number 598) as amended by Regulation Head of the Food and Drug Administration Number 34 of 2013 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 Number 799);
9. Regulation of the Head of the Supervising Board of Drug and Food Number HK.03.1.23.12.10.12123 2010 on the Guidelines of Product Information Documents (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 Number 608);
Ten. Regulation of the Head of the Supervising Board of Drug and Food Number HK.03.1.23.12.10.12459 2010 on the Technical Requirements of Cosmetics (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 Number 653);
11. Regulations of the Head of the Supervising Board of Drug and Food HK.03.1.23.08.11.07517 Year 2011 on the Technical Requirements of Cosmetics (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2011 Number 597) as amended by the Regulation of the Head of the Supervising Board of Indonesia Medicine and Food Number HK.03.1.23.06.12.3697 Year 2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia No. 711);
DECIDED:
establish: The rules of the head of the drug and food supervisors on the changes to the regulations of the head of the drug and food supervisors of the drug and food number hk.03.1.23.12.10.12459 in 2010 on the technical requirements of the Cosmetics.
Article I
Some provisions in Regulation of the Head of the Drug and Drug Administration Number HK.03.1.23.12.10.12459 Year 2010 about the Cosmetical Technical Requirements were changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Section 8 are amended so that the following reads as follows:
Section 8
The least cosmetical tagging should list:
a. the name of the cosmetics;
B. use;
c. way of use;
D. composition;
e. name and country of the manufacturer;
f. name and complete address of the notification applicant;
G. the betting number;
h. size, content or clean weight;
i. an expiration date;
J. warning/attention and other details are required;
No, Notifications number.
2. Between BAB III and BAB IV inserted a new 1 (one) BAB that is Section 18A so that it reads as follows:

TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 18A
The outstanding cosmetics is obliged to conform to the provisions in this Regulation the slowest 6 (six) months since the Ordinance was promulred.
Article II
The Chief of the Agency ' s Regulation is starting to apply at an promulgable date.
