ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 15 YEAR 2012
INTO THE PRINCIPAL SALARY OF CIVIL SERVANTS ACCORDING TO
GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 222YEAR 2013
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that by keeping the principal salary of the civil servants under Government Regulation No. 22 of 2013, it is necessary to arrange the adjustment of the principal salary of civil servants according to Government Regulation No. 15 of 2012 into the payroll. Civil servants, according to Government Regulation No. 22 of 2013;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Law No. 8 Year 1974 on PokePokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Leaf Indonesia Republic Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
3. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3098) as has been fifteen times the last modified with Government Regulation No. 22 of 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 No. 57);

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S RULE ON THE ADJUSTMENT OF CIVIL SERVANTS' PRINCIPAL SALARIES ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 15 OF 2012 INTO THE PRINCIPAL SALARY OF CIVIL SERVANTS ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 22 YEAR 2013.

Section 1
(1) The principal civil servants according to the group of space and the time of the group as set forth in the Government Regulation Order Number 15 Year 2012, as of January 1, 2013, adjusted for the principal salary of the group The space and time of the class as set forth in the Government Regulation Appendix 22 of 2013.
(2) Civil Servants as referred to in paragraph (1), including the Candidate of the Civil Service.
(3) The details of the underlying salary adjustment as referred to in paragraph (1) are as set forth in Annex I to the Annex IV of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 2
(1) The underlying salary adjustment as referred to in Section 1, specified by the Decree of the Employee of the Public Service in the respective environment in accordance with the laws.
(2) Officials as referred to in paragraph (1), with the decision may delegate its authority to other officials in its environment to establish the underlying salary adjustment.

Section 3
The technical provisions of the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are further regulated by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the fields of their respective duties.

Section 4
By the time the President's Rule came into effect, the Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2012 on the Salary Adjustment Of Civil Servants According To Government Regulation Number 11 Of 2011 Into The Principal Salary Of Civil Servants According To Regulations. Government Number 15 Year 2012, revoked and declared not applicable.

Section 5
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
