BAB IV
EXECUTION OF VIOLATION REPORTING HANDLING

Handling Stages
Section 16
The handling of the infringement Reporting is conducted in two stages, namely:
a.   Research:
B.   Check.

The Second Part
Research Stage
Section 17
(1) The Primary Inspector provides the assignment to the Research Team to conduct data collection and the information regarding the Reporting violation.
(2) The Research Team conducted an identification of the reporting of the breach.
(3) The Research Team compiled a report of the results of the research and delivered it to the Main Inspector.

Section 18
(1) The research as referred to in Article 16 of the letter a was executed for 20 (twenty) working days.
(2) The term as referred to in paragraph (1) may be extended under the approval of the Principal Inspector.

Section 19
Based on the Research Results Report as referred to in Article 17letter g, the Main Inspector decided:
a.   research results follow up with the examination stage; or
B.   Research results are not actionable with the examination stage.

The Third Part
Examination Stage
Section 20
(1) In terms of the results of the research being decided to be actionable with the examination stage, the Principal Inspector specified the examination duty letter.
(2) The assignment letter as referred to in paragraph (1) contains:
a.   Examiner Team consisting of the Responders, Technical Controller, Team Leader, and Team Members;
B.   basic examination;
c. objective of the examination;
D.   term and schedule of checks; and
e.   Identity Check.
(3) The task letter is delivered to the Torture Team and is exhaled to:
a.   Secretary of the Ministry of PPN/Main Secretary Bappenas;
B.   Direct superior is checked out; and
C.   Checked.

Section 21
(1) The Examiner ' s Team requested the description of the related parties and collected other evidence for the benefit of the Examination.
(2) In regard to the request of the captions as referred to in verse (1), the Torture Team compiled the News Show Request Event.

Section 22
The Examiner team is performing a review to determine the violation of the Infringement.


BAB V
EXAMINATION RESULTS REPORT
Section 23
(1) The Examiner ' s Team compiled the concept of the Examination Report.
(2) The Principal Inspector and the Examination Team do clarify the concept of the Examination Report to the Examination and/or the direct supervisor inspected.
(3) In the case of a direct supervisor pericable to the paragraph (2) is believed to be involved in the case of being examined, then the direct supervisor of the Examinate is not included in the clarification process.

Section 24
(1) Following the clarification of the clarification as referred to in Article 23 of the paragraph (2), the Examination Team compiled the Results of the Examination.
(2) The results of the Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) are signed by the Examination of Examination.
(3) The Examination Act delivered the Report Results Examination to the Main Inspector.

Section 25
(1) The Principal Program may only be used to use the Program to be used in the Program.
(2) In terms of deemed necessary, the Principal Inspector may submit the Report Results to the PPN/Chief Minister of Bappenas.

Section 27
For the benefit of the Infringement Reporting Handling, Check is obligated:

Whistleblower Rights
Section 28
Whistleblower rights include:

Section 29

Section 30
