HEAD OF THE STATISTICAL CENTER,
Weighing: that for the smooth running of the 2013 Agricultural Business Income Survey, it needs to establish the 2013 Agricultural Revenue Survey Technical Guidelines in 2013 with the Central Agency's Chief Regulation. Statistics;
Given: 1. Law No. 16 of 1997 on Statistics (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1997 No. 39, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3683)
2. Government Regulation No. 51 of 1999 on Staging Statistics (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 96, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 3854);
3. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 86 Year 2007 on the Central Board of Statistics;
4. Decree of the Head of the Central Board of Statistics No. 121 of 2001 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Central Statistical Agency in the Regions;
5. Regulation of the Central Board of Statistics No. 7 of 2008 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Central Statistics Agency;
DECIDED:
Setting: REGULATION OF THE CENTRAL BODY ' S HEAD OF STATISTICS ON THE TECHNICAL GUIDELINES OF THE 2013 AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS HOUSEHOLD INCOME SURVEY.
Article 1
The 2013 Agricultural Business Revenue Survey Technical Guidelines is a reference and guidance for the 2013 SPP officer for the performance of the implementation of the 2013 Agricultural Business Income Survey.
Article 2
A 2013 Agricultural Business Revenue Survey Technical Guidelines as such in this Regulation Attachment and are an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 3
The head of the Central Board of Statistics Act came into effect on the date of the promulcity and its retroactive effect from September 13, 2013.
