HIGH SCHOOL ISLAMIC STATE RELIGION PEKALONGAN HIGH

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF RELIGION, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to improve the quality of hosting and the higher education services, it needs to reorganize the Organization and the Higher School of Islamic Religious Schools Pekalongan;
B. that under consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs concerning the Organization and the Work of the High School of Islamic Religion Pekalongan;

Given: 1. Act Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Act No. 14 Year 2005 on Teacher and Lecturer (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 157, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4586);

DECIDED:

establish: RULES OF MINISTER OF RELIGION CONCERNING THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORKING ORDER OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF ISLAMIC STATE RELIGION.

BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Section 1

(1) Pekalongan High School of Islamic Religious Affairs is a college organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs which is under and accountable to the Minister of Religious Affairs.
(2) High School as referred to in paragraph (1) is functionally scouted by the Director General of Islamic Education.

Article 2

High School has the task of carrying out the hosting of higher education covering academic education programs, vocational and/or professions, research, and devotion to the public in the field of religious science and technology. Islam is in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 3

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 2, the High School runs the function:
a. the formulation and determination of vision, mission, policy, and program planning;
B. the hosting and implementation of academic education, vocational and/or professions, research, and devotion to the public in the field of Islamic religious sciences and technology;
c. implementation of the coaching sivity of academics; and
D. Administration and Reporting

Section 4

The High School Organization consists of the governing organs and the organs of consideration.

ORGAN MAINTAINER
The Kesatu section
Common

Section 5

Organ The High School maintainer consists of:
a. Chairman and Vice Chairman;
B. Major;
C. Postgraduate;
d. Section of General, Academic, and Financial Administration;
e. Center; and
f. Technical Managing Unit.

Second Part
Chairman and Vice Chairman

Section 6

The Chair as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing the hosting of higher education as referred to in Article 2 and Article 3 based on the policy set by the Minister of Religious Affairs.

Section 7

(1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6 of the Chair are assisted by 3 (three) Vice Chairman people.
(2) The Vice Chairman as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Co-Chair of the Academic and Development Institution who has the task of assisting the Chair in the academic and development fields of the institution;
B. Vice Chair of the Public Administration, Planning and Finance who has the task of assisting the Chairman in leading the conduct of public administration, planning, and financial activities; as well as
C. Vice Chair of the Ministry of Students and Cooperation who has the task of assisting the Chairman in the field of scholarship and cooperation.

Third Part
The majors

Section 8

(1) The business as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b is the academic unit of the High School which has the task of organizing study programs in 1 (one) disciplines and Islamic religious technology.
(2) The affairs as referred to in paragraph (1) are led by a Chief Jaffair who is under and responsible to the Chairman.

Section 9

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1), Jaffair organizes function:
a. execution of academic, vocational, and/or professions in the department of the majors;
B. the implementation of research and development of science and technology;
c. execution of the service to the community;
D. the execution of the academic sivity of academia; and
e. implementation of administration and reporting.

Article 10

Majors at the High School consists of:
a. Ushuluddin and Dakwah;
b. Syariah and the Islamic Economy; as well as
C. Tarbiyah.

Section 11

The organization majors consists of:
a. Chairman of the business;
b. Secretary of the affairs;
C. Laboratory/studio/other names; and
D. Lecturer.

Section 12

The chairman of the major sahow referred to in Article 11 of the letter a has the task of leading and performing the duties and functions of the major as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) and Article 9 under the Chairman's policy.

Section 13

The secretary of the department as referred to in Article 11 of the letter b has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Public Administration in the field of public administration, employment, and reporting.

Section 14

(1) Laboratory/studio/other names as referred to in Section 11 of the letter c are the educational execution device in the JBUSINESS environment.
(2) Laboratory/studio/other names as referred to in paragraph (1) are led by a functional power in accordance with their field and are below and are responsible to the Chairman of JBUSINESS.

Fourth Quarter
Postgraduate

Section 15

Postgraduate as referred to in Article 5 of the letter c is an academic acting element that has the task of organizing the education of the Magister Program in the field of Information Science.

Article 16

(1) The Graduate as referred to in Article 5 of the letter c is headed by a Director who is below and is responsible to the Chairman.
(2) The Director as referred to in paragraph (1) is in charge of conducting and carrying out the hosting of education as referred to in Article 15 based on the Chairman ' s policy.

Article 17

Hosting of the Program as referred to in Section 15 is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Fifth Part
The General, Academic, and Financial Administration sections

Section 18

(1) Section of General, Academic, and Financial Administration (s) as referred to in Article 5 of the d d that is later called the AUAK Section, is the administrative executor that has the task of carrying out the general administration, finance, Planning, organization, organization, employment, law and law, and academic administration, student administration, alumni, and cooperation.
(2) The AUAK section as referred to in paragraph (2) is headed by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Chairman.

Article 19

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (1), the AUAK Section is organizing a function:
a. the drafting and execution of the plan, program evaluation and budget, as well as reporting;
B. the implementation of the public administration, which includes the execution of entrepreneurship, the management of the state-owned goods, crowds, public relations, documentation, and publication;
c. execution of organization and governance arrangements, staffing, laws and laws;
D. conduct of the treasury, verification, accounting, management information systems and accounting of state-owned goods (SIMAK BMN), evaluation, and drafting of financial statements;
e. Management of information and services of academic and academic administration, talent coaching and student interest, alumni empowerment, and college cooperation; and
f. High School reporting setup.

Article 20

Part AUAK as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (1), consists of:
a. General Administration Subsection;
b. Subpart Planning, Finance, and Accounting;
c. Academic Subsection, Student Ministry, and Alumni; as well as
d. Functional Office Group.

Section 21

(1) The General Administration Subsection as referred to in Section 20 of the letter a has the task of carrying out the administration of the administration, organization, layout, law and law, the firm, the kearsipan, Crowd-level, public relations, documentation, and publication.
(2) The Planning, Financial, and Accounting Subsections referred to in Section 20 of the letter b have the task of carrying out the preparation of the plan, budget, treasury, verification, accounting, management information system and State-owned goods accounting (SIMAK BMN), evaluation, and reporting.
(3) Academic Subsection, Student Ministry, and Alumni as referred to in Article 20 of the letter c have the task of carrying out the preparation of academic administration, student administration, alumni, and cooperation.

Center
Paragraph 1
Common

Section 22

(1) The Centre as referred to in Article 5 of the letter e is an academic managing element that performs a portion of the High School tasks and functions in the field of research, devotion to the community, and quality of the quality.
(2) The Centre as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Chairman.

Section 23

The center as referred to in Article 5 of the letter e, consists of:
a. Center for Research and Engagement to the Community; and
b. The Mutu Warranty Center.

Paragraph 2
The Centre for Research and Engagement to the Society

Section 24

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Community as referred to in Article 23 of the letter a next letter called P3M has the task of carrying out, coordinating, monitoring and assessing research activities and devotion to the community based on the Chairman ' s policy
Section 25

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 24, P3M organizes function:
a. execution of plan drafting, program evaluation and budget, as well as reporting;
B. implementation of pure and applied scientific research;
c. execution of the service to the community;
D. execution of the publication of the results of research and devotion to the community; and e. execution of the Central Administration.

Section 26

P3M as referred to in Section 24 consists of:
a. Head;
b. Secretary; and
c. Functional Office Group.

Section 27

The head as referred to in Article 26 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing the community's research and devotion activities as referred to in Article 24 and Section 25 based on the Chairman's policy.

Section 28

The secretary as referred to in section 26 of the letter b has the task of providing administrative, financial, preparedness, and reporting support in accordance with the Chief's policy.

Paragraph 3
The Mutu Warranty Center

Section 29

The Mutu warranty center as referred to in the next Article 23 letter b called P2M has the task of carrying out, coordinating, auditing, monitoring, assessing, and developing academic quality.

Section 30

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 29, P2M organizes function:
a. execution of plan drafting, program evaluation and budget, as well as reporting;
a. implementation of academic quality development programs;
B. academic conduct audit, monitoring, and assessment of academic quality; and
c. implementation of the Central administration.

Section 31

P2M as referred to in Article 29 consists of:
a. Head;
b. Secretary; and
c. Functional Office Group.

Section 32

The head as referred to in Article 31 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing the activities of the academic quality as referred to in Article 29 and Section 30 based on the Chairman's discretion.

Article 33

The secretary as referred to in Article 31 of the letter b has the task of providing administrative, financial, preparedness, and reporting support in accordance with the Chief's policy.

Seventh Part
Technical Managing Unit

Section 34

Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Article 5 of the next letter of f called UPT is the supporting element in the event of an education in the High School environment.
Section 35

UPT as referred to in Article 34, consists of:
a. Library Unit;
b. Information Technology Unit and Data Base; and
c. Language Development Unit.

Section 36

(1) The Library Unit as referred to in Article 35 of the letter a has the task of carrying out the service, coaching, and development of the library, conducting interlibrary cooperation, controlling, evaluating, and compiling The library report.
(2) The Library Unit as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Chief appointed by the Chairman, is below and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the Academic and Instituting Fields.


Section 37

(1) Information Technology Unit and Data Base as referred to in Article 35 of the letter b have the management and development duties of information systems and data bases in the High School environment.
(2) Information Technology Unit and Data Base as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Chief appointed by the Chairman, is below and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the General Administration Field, Planning, And Finance.

Section 38

(1) The Language Development Unit as referred to in Article 35 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the coaching and development of the language skills for the civitas of the High School academic civitas.
(2) The Language Development Unit as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Chief appointed by the Chairman, is below and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the Academic and Instituting Fields.

BAB III
THE ORGANS OF CONSIDERATION

Section 39

Organ High School consideration as referred to in Article 4, consists of:
a. The Board of Fortruss; and
b. High School Senate.

Section 40

The House of Worship as referred to in Article 39 of the letter a is a non-structural body consisting of a public figure who has a function of providing advice and consideration in non-academic fields to the Chair.

Section 41

Senate High School as referred to in Article 39 of the letter b is the normative body and highest representative of the High School with the task of providing advice and consideration in the academic field to the Chair.


BAB IV
THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

Section 42

(1) The functional office group consists of Lecturer, Researcher, Librarian, Laboran, and other functional positions that are appointed in accordance with the needs under the provisions of the laws.
(2) Each of the functional office groups as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a senior functional official as the coordinator set forth by the Chairman.
(3) The functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) carries out the duties in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB V
ETHIZATION

Section 43

Chairman, Vice Chairman, Director, Chairman of the Department, Secretary of the Department, Head of the Center, the Central Secretary, and the Head of the Unit is the non-Eselon office.

Article 44

(1) The Chief is the Structural Office of Eselon III.a.
(2) Subsection Head is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.

BAB VI
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS

Section 45

The provisions regarding the requirements and mechanisms of appointment of non-structural and working officials at High School are arranged in the High School statutes.

Article 46

The chairman may establish a provision regarding the details of the structural/functional office duties as long as it does not conflict with the Regulation of this Minister of Religious Affairs
BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 47

By the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs, the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 306 in 1997 on the Organization and the Working High School of Islamic State Pekalongan was revoked and declared to be not applicable.

Section 48

The rules of the Minister of Religious Affairs begin to take effect on the date of the promulcity.
So that everyone knows it, instruct the Order of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
