c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia on the Border of East Lombok Regency with the North Lombok regency of West Nusa Tenggara Province;

In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. East Lombok regency is an autonomous area as referred to in Law Number 69 of 1958 on the Establishment of the Daerah-Regions Level II in the Region of Bali-Region of Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara.
2. North Lombok regency is an autonomous area as referred to in Law No. 26 of 2008 on the Establishment of North Lombok Regency in West Nusa Tenggara Province.
3. West Nusa Tenggara Province is an autonomous region as referred to in Law No. 64 of 1958 on the Formation of Regions Level I Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara.
4. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/County/City laid down on the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line tie between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
