DECIDED:
Establish: Health Minister ' s regulations on the implementation guidelines and the coaching of the empowerment of the health area of the health field.
Section 1
The Health Care Development and Empowerment Guide guidelines as set forth in the Attachment are an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 2
The Health Care and Development Guidelines for Health Care Act as defined in Section 1 is used as a reference for all stakeholders in the course of implementation and coaching of community empowerment. health.
Section 3
The funding for the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation can be sourced from the State Shopping and Revenue Budget, the Regional Shopping and Revenue Budget, as well as other legitimate and non-binding sources.
Section 4
The Minister of Health, the Provincial Health Service Head, and the District/City Health Service Head do the coaching and oversight of the implementation of this Ministerial Regulation by involving cross-sector and related stakeholders.
Section 5
The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.
