REGULATION of the MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 66 by 2013 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOLS of the LAND of TORAJA with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to improve the quality and organization of the Ministry of higher education, need to re-arrange the Layout and organization of the work of the high school Christian Toraja Land;
b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, the Minister of religious affairs Regulations need to set about the Organization and the work of Christian high schools of the land of Toraja;

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of RELIGION ABOUT the ORGANIZATION and the WORK of CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS STATE HIGH SCHOOLS TORAJA.
CHAPTER I the POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of article 1 (1) high school Christian Toraja Land hereinafter called high school is a college that was organized by the Ministry of Religion that is under and responsible to the Minister of religious affairs.
(2) high school as mentioned in subsection (1) is functionally built by General Director of Christian Community Guidance.
Article 2 the high school has the task of carrying out the Organization of higher education include academic education programs, students and/or the profession, research and community services in the field of science and technology in accordance with the provisions of Christian religious legislation.

Article 3 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 2, the high school run function: a. the formulation and determination of the vision, mission, policies, and planning programs;
b. organizing and implementation of academic education, students and/or the profession, research and community services in the field of science and technology of Christian religious; c. implementation of coaching not only academic; and d.  implementation of administration and reporting.

Article 4 the Organization of high school consists of organs and organ considerations.

CHAPTER II Part I General MANAGER ORGANS article 5 organs of the person who manages the high school consists of: a. the Chairman and Vice Chairman;

b. the Department;

c. Graduate;

d. Section General Administration, academic, and financial;

e. Center; and f.  Implementing The Technical Unit.

The second part of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman article 6 the Chairman referred to in article 5 the letter a has a duty to lead and manage the Organization of higher education referred to in article 2 and article 3 based on the policy established by the Minister of religious affairs.

Article 7 (1) in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 6, the Chairman is assisted by 3 (three) Vice Chairman.
(2) the Deputy head referred to in subsection (1) consists of: a. the Vice Chairman of the academic field and the development of institutions that have the task of assisting the Chairman in the academic field, and the development of institutions;
b. Vice Chairman General Administration, Financial planning and who has the task of assisting the Chairman in the field of public administration, planning and finance; and c. the Vice Chairman of the Student Affairs and cooperation Fields which have the task of assisting the Chairman in the field of Student Affairs and cooperation.
The third section Department of article 8 (1) the Departments referred to in article 5 of the letter b is a unit of implementing academic at the high school have organized courses in one (1) science and technology disciplines of religious Christians.
(2) the Department referred to in subsection (1) is led by a Chairman of the Department which is under and be responsible to the Chairman.
Article 9 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 8 paragraph (1), the Department organized a function: a. implementation of academic education, students, and/or the profession, in the Department of the environment;

b. implementation of the research and development of science and technology;

c. implementation of community services;

d. implementation of coaching not only academic; and e. administrative implementation and reporting.

Article 10 Majors in high school consists of: a. Education Christianity;

b. Christian theology; and c. the Christian Leadership.

Article 11 the Organization Departments consist of: a. the Chair of the Department;

b. the Secretary of the Department;

c. the laboratory/studio/other names; and d. a lecturer.

Article 12 the Chairman of Departments referred to in article 11 letter a has a duty to lead and carry out the duties and functions of the departments referred to in article 8 paragraph (1) and article 9 on the basis of policy Chairman.

Article 13 the Secretary of the Department referred to in article 11 letter b has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Department in the field of public administration, employment, and reporting.

Article 14 (1) Lab/studio/other names referred to in article 11 of the letter c represents the device supporting the implementation of environmental education in the majors.
(2) Laboratory/studio/other names referred to in subsection (1) is led by a functional in accordance with their fields under and be responsible to the Chairman.
The fourth part of article 15 Graduate Graduate as stipulated in article 5 subparagraph c is an element of implementing academic who has the task of organizing education master's degree Program in the field of religious sciences.

Article 16 (1) Graduate as stipulated in article 5 subparagraph c is led by a Director who is under and be responsible to the Chairman.
(2) a Director referred to in subsection (1) is in charge of leading the Organization of education and carried out as stipulated in article 15 policy Chairman.
Article 17 Postgraduate Conducting as stipulated in article 15 was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Part of the fifth part of the Academic, Public, Administrative and finance Article 18 (1) the Public, academic, Administrative and financial services as stipulated in article 5 hereinafter referred to as the letter d Section AUAK is implementing the Administration has the task of carrying out public administration, finance, planning, organization, staffing, governance, law and legislation, as well as academic administration, Student Affairs, alumni, and cooperation.

Article 19 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 18 paragraph (1) of Section AUAK organizes functions: a. the preparation and implementation of plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;
b. implementation of the public administration that includes the implementation of the Administration, archives, management of State-owned goods, documentation and publications, as well as kerumahtanggaan; c. implementation of structuring the Organization and staffing, governance, law and regulations;

d. implementation of the Treasury, accounting, and financial reporting;
e. information management and academic administration, Student Affairs and alumni, as well as empowerment of cooperation of colleges; and f.   preparation of reporting high school.

Article 20 Section AUAK as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) consists of: a. the Subsections in public administration;

b. Subsection planning, finance and accounting;

c. Academic and Student Affairs, subsection of Alumni; and d. Office of functional.

Chapter 21

(1) Subsections public administration as stipulated in article 20 letter a has the task of carrying out the preparation of administrative staffing, organization, governance, law, legislation, administration, archives, kerumahtanggaan, public relations, documentation, and publications.
(2) Subsections planning, finance and accounting as referred to in article 20 letter b has the task of carrying out the preparation of drafting plans, budget, Treasury, verification, accounting, management information systems and accounting state-owned goods (REFER to the BMN), evaluation and report.
(3) Subsections academic, Student Affairs and Alumni as stipulated in article 20 subparagraph c has the task of carrying out preparation, academic administration, Student Affairs, alumni, and cooperation.

Article 23 the Centre referred to in section 22 is comprised of: a. Centre for research and community services; and b Quality Assurance Center.

Article 25 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 24, P3M organizes functions: a. the exercise of drafting the plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;

b. implementation of pure and applied scientific research;

c. implementation of community services;

d. implementation of the publication of results of research and community services; and e. implementation of Central Administration.

Article 26 P3M referred to in section 24 consists of: a. the head;

b. the Secretary; and c. a functional Office Group.

Article 27 a head as stipulated in article 26 letter a has the task of leading and managing research activities and community services, as referred to in article 24 and article 25 policy Chairman.

Article 28 the Secretary as stipulated in article 26 letter b has the task of providing administrative support, financial, workforce, and reporting in accordance with the policy of the head of the Center.

Paragraph 3 of article 29 Quality Assurance Centre Centre for Quality Assurance as referred to in article 23 that the letter b hereafter P2M had the task of implementing, coordinating, monitoring, audit, assess, and develop the quality of academic activities.

Article 30 in carrying out the tasks referred to in Article 29, P2M organizes functions: a. the exercise of drafting the plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting;

a. implementation of the academic quality of development;

b. implementation of auditing, monitoring, and assessment of academic quality; and c. the implementation of Central Administration.

Article 31 P2M as stipulated in article 29 consists of: a. the head;

b. the Secretary; and c. a functional Office Group.

Article 32 the head as stipulated in article 31 of the letter a has the task of leading and managing quality control of academic activities as referred to in article 29 and article 30 policy Chairman.

Article 33 the Secretary as stipulated in article 31 letter b has the task of providing administrative support, financial, workforce, and reporting in accordance with the policy of the head of the Center.

Part of the seven Technical Implementing Article 34 Technical Executing Unit referred to in article 5 hereinafter referred to as the letter f UPT is support in implementing environmental education at high school.

Article 35 of the implementing Technical Units referred to in Article 34 consists of: a. the Unit Library;

b. information technology Units and Data Bases; and c. a Unit of language Development.

Article 36 (1) library Unit as referred to in article 35 the letter a has the task of implementing the services, coaching, and development libraries, conducting cooperation between library, control, evaluate, and report library.
(2) library Unit referred to in subsection (1) is led by a head of Unit who are appointed by the Chairman, was at the bottom and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the Academic and development institutions.
Article 37 (1) the information technology Unit and the database referred to in Article 35 the letter b has the task of management and development of information technology systems and databases in a high school environment.
(2) the information technology Unit and the Data Bases referred to in subsection (1) is led by a head of Unit who are appointed by the Chairman, was at the bottom and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the public administration, planning, and finance.
Article 38 (1) units of a language Development as stipulated in article 35 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the construction and development of language skills for civitas akademika high school.
(2) units of language Development as referred to in subsection (1) is led by a head of Unit who are appointed by the Chairman, was at the bottom and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the Academic and development institutions.
CHAPTER III ORGANS Article 39 Organ CONSIDERATION Consideration high school as referred to in article 4 consists of: a. the Council of Penyantun; and b. the Senate high school.

Article 40 the Council Penyantun as stipulated in article 39 letter a is non structural entity composed of community leaders who have the function of providing advice and considerations in the field of non academic to the Chairman.

Article 41 High School Senate as stipulated in article 39 of the letter b is the highest representative body of normative and high schools that have the task of providing advice and considerations in academics to the Chairman.

CHAPTER IV TERM of FUNCTIONAL GROUPS of article 42 (1) a functional Office consists of a group of professors, researchers, librarians, Office, and functional Laboran others appointed in accordance with the requirements on the basis of the provisions of the legislation.
(2) each Office of functional group as mentioned in subsection (1) is led by a senior functional as coordinator of officials assigned by the Chair.
(3) the functional position of the group as mentioned in subsection (1) to perform duties in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
Chapter V Article 43 ESELONISASI Chairpersons, Deputy Chairpersons, directors, heads of Department, the Secretary of the Department, head of the Center, Secretary of the Centre, and the head unit is the Office of a non-Echelon.
Article 44 (1) the Head Office of Structural parts is Echelon III a.

(2) head office is Structural Subsections Echelon IV a.

CHAPTER VI miscellaneous PROVISIONS Article 45 the provisions concerning the terms of appointment of officials and mechanisms of non structural and layout work on high schools is set out in the Statute of the high school.

Article 46 the Chairman may assign the task details provisions on the position of structural/functional throughout the ministerial regulation does not conflict with religion.

CHAPTER VII PROVISIONS COVER Article 47 with the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of the religion, the decision of the Minister of religious affairs Number 347 in 2004 about the Organization and the Work of Christian Religious State high schools and high schools-Christian Toraja Country revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 48 the regulations the Minister of religion comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of the religion with the determinations in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
