CIVIL SERVANT PENSION DECISION ON

FORMER PROVINCE OF EAST TIMOR

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. That the State Employee of the former East Timorese Province who has since the polls did not receive a salary and refused to be a Citizen of Indonesia was dismissed as a civil servant without a pension, entitled to a refund of Luran Cash. Retirement;

b. That in order to realize the fulfilment of the return of the Pension Value Pension for the Civil Servants in the former East Timor Province, it is necessary to implement the Government Regulation No. 5 of 2001 on the Dismissal Of Civil Servants and the cancellation of the Mail. The Retirement Decision Of The State Employees In The Former East Timorese Propinsi;

Decided:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 5 OF 2001 ON STOPS CIVIL SERVANTS AND THE CANCELLATION OF A CIVIL SERVANT PENSION DECISION ON THE FORMER EAST TIMORESE PROVINCE.

Article I

Conditions of Article 4 of the Government Regulation Number 5 of 2001 on Dismissal Of Civil Servants and Cancellation Of The Pension Decree Of Civil Servants On The Former East Timor Propinsi (state Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2001) Number 11, the addition of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Number 4077) was amended to read as follows:

Article 4

(1) To the Civil Servants in the former East Timor Province, which has been dismissed as a civil servant, as such. referred to in Section 2 given the rights of the following:

a. Old Day Savings Cash Value for which was never given the Savings of the Old Day Savings;

b. Net cash value of Housing Savings, for which no housing aid fund has ever been granted; and

c. The retirement cash value of Retirement for which is terminated without pension rights.

(2) The Retirement Cash Value of the Old Day Savings and Pension Value Value as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a and the letter c is paid by:

a. PT TASPEN (Persero) for civil servants, except for civil servants in the environment of the Ministry of Defence and the State Police of Indonesia; or

b. PT ASABRI (Persero) for Indonesian National Armed Forces Members and members of the Indonesian National Police as well as the Civil Service in the Ministry of Defence and State Police in Indonesia.

(3) The Value of Cash Staple Housing as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is paid by:

a. The Civil Servants Housing Housing Savings Consideration Agency (Bafighum-PNS) for Civil Servers; or

b. The Indonesian National Armed Forces (BP-TWP) for Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (POLRI) for Indonesian National Armed Forces and Member of the Indonesian National Police and civil servants in the neighborhood. The Ministry of Defence and the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia.

Article II

This Government Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulcity.

So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitation of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
