Chapter I the provisions of article 4 of the Government Ordinance No. 5 of 2001 about the dismissal of civil servants and the cancellation of the Decree Retiring civil servants in the former province of East Timor (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia year 2001 number 11, additional sheets of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4077) is changed to read as follows: article 4 (1) To civil servants in the former province of East Timor, which has been dismissed as civil servants referred to in article 2 are granted rights in the form of : a. cash value Savings days old, for those who have never given a cash advance Savings days old; b. Principal Housing Savings cash value, for those who have never given housing assistance fund; and c. the cash value of the pension Contribution for those laid off without a pension rights. (2) the cash value of savings days old and the cash value of the pension Contribution referred to in subsection (1) letter a and letter c is paid by: a. PT TASPEN (Persero) for civil servants, except for civil servants at the Ministry of defence and the environment State police of the Republic of Indonesia; or b. ASABRI, PT (Persero) for members of the Indonesia national army and members of the State police of the Republic of Indonesia as well as a civil servant in the Defense Ministry of the environment and the State police of the Republic of Indonesia. (3) the cash value of principal Residential Savings referred to in subsection (1) letter b is paid by: www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id 2013, no. 1705 a. Chapter II of this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation. In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
