Section 11 (1) In addition to the Minimum Upah as referred to in Section 2 of the letter a,

the governor may assign UMSP and/or UMSK over the agreement organization of companies with trade unions/trade unions in the sector concerned.

(2) UMSP and/or UMSK as referred to in paragraph (1) in effect since set forth by the governor.

(3) The UMSP and/or UMSK Besaran as referred to in paragraph (1) is set as follows: a. UMSP should not be lowerof UMP; b. UMSK may not be lowerof UMK.

CHAPTER III ORDER MINIMUM WAGE PRICING

Article 12

(1) The governor in setting the UMP is paying attention to the recommendation of the Provincial Council.

(2) The governor in setting UMK is paying attention to the Board of Remastment Province and Recommend/mayor.

(3) The recommendation as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is delivered to the governor by the Provincial Board of Governing And/Or Bupati/mayor, through the Provincial Regional Device Works Unit responsible in the field of employment.

(4) Bupati/mayor's recommendation as referred to in paragraph (2) based on the advice and consideration of the county/city Upholding Council if it has been formed.

Article 13 (1) To establish UMSP and/or UMSK, the Board of Remediation

d. devisa generated;

e. add value generated;

f. enterprise capability;

(2) The Board of Remastment as referred to in paragraph (1) conduct research to determine the flagship sector which is next delivered to the association of companies and unions/labor unions in the the sectors concerned to be negotiated.

Article 14

(1) The UMSP and/or UMSK as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (3) is agreed by the association of companies and trade unions/labor unions in the sector concerned.

(2) The results of the agreement as referred to in paragraph (1) are delivered to the governor through the Provincial Regional Device Works Unit responsible in the field of employment as the basis of the UMSP and/or UMSK designation.

BAB IV

EXECUTION OF MINIMUM WAGE DESIGNATION

Article 15

(1) Employersprohibited lower wages than the specified Minimum Upah.

(2) Minimum Upah applies only to Labor/labor with less than 1 (one) years.

Section 16

(1) Minimum wage is mandatory monthly to the workers/labor.

(2) Based on a deal between a worker/labor union or a labor union with a businessman, the Minimum Upah can be paid weekly or 2 (two) weekly with a minimum Upah calculation provision based on the monthly wage.

Section 17

(1) For the workers/labor with a system of open daily or daily systems executed 1 (1) month and at most 12 (twelve) months, the average month's wages are as low as the minimum wage is implemented in the IBM Cloud Service. The company is concerned.

Article 18 (1) For companies covering more than one sector, Upah

Minimum applicable in accordance with UMSP or UMSK. (2) In terms of one company covering more than one sector and

if there is one sector or more no UMSP designation and/or UMSK, then the lowest wage in the company in the sector is concerned, agreed in. bipartt.

BAB V

Article 22
