Article 12

Article 14

(1) The UMSP and/or UMSK as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (3) is agreed by the association of companies and trade unions/labor unions in the sector concerned.

(2) The results of the agreement as referred to in paragraph (1) are delivered to the governor through the Provincial Regional Device Works Unit responsible in the field of employment as the basis of the UMSP and/or UMSK designation.

BAB IV

EXECUTION OF MINIMUM WAGE DESIGNATION

Article 15

(1) Employersprohibited lower wages than the specified Minimum Upah.

(2) Minimum Upah applies only to Labor/labor with less than 1 (one) years.

Section 16

(1) Minimum wage is mandatory monthly to the workers/labor.

(2) Based on a deal between a worker/labor union or a labor union with a businessman, the Minimum Upah can be paid weekly or 2 (two) weekly with a minimum Upah calculation provision based on the monthly wage.

Section 17
