TAXES APPLICABLE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF RELATIONS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: A. that to improve the services of the education and training services of Human Resources, the need to be made adjustments of type and tariff on the type of State Reception Not the applicable Taxes applicable to the Ministry of Transportation as set out in the Government Regulation Number 6 Year 2009 on Types and Tarif Over Types of State Reception Not Tax Applicable to the Department of Transportation;

. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish a Government Regulation on the Changes to the Government Regulation Number 6 Year 2009 on Types and Tarif Over Types of State Reception Not the applicable Tax on Department of Transportation;

Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 20 of 1997 on Reception of State Not Tax (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1997 No. 43, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3687);

3. Government Regulation No. 22 Year 1997 on Types and Deposits Of State Acceptance Not Taxes (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 1997 Number 57, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 3694) as amended by Regulation Government Number 52 Year 1998 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 22 Year 1997 on Types and Deposits Of State Acceptance Not Taxes (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1998 Number 85, Additional Sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3760);

4. Government Regulation Number 6 Year 2009 on Types and Tarif Over Types of State Reception Not Taxes Applicable to the Department of Transportation (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 2009 Number 19 Additional Sheet Republic Indonesia Number 4993);

DECIDED:

SET: A CHANGE TO THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 6 OF 2009 ON THE TYPE AND TARIFF ON THE TYPE OF ADMISSION OF THE COUNTRY INSTEAD OF THE APPLICABLE TAXES ON THE DEPARTMENT OF RELATIONS.

Article I

Some provisions in Government Regulation No. 6 Year 2009 on Types and Tarif Over Types of State Reception Not the applicable Tax on the Department of Transportation (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 19 Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4993) was changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 1 are changed, so it reads as follows:

Article 1

(1) The type of State Acceptance Not applicable taxes on the Ministry of Transportation includes acceptance:

a. Ground Transportation Services;

b. Marine Transportation Services;

c. Air Transport Services; and

d. The Education and Training Services and the Use Services of Sarana and Prasarana.

(2) Types and tariffs on the type of State Acceptance are Not Taxes as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter d as specified in this Government Regulation attachment.

2. Between Section 1 and Section 2 of each section of this section, Section 1A of Section 1A thus reads as follows:

Section 1A

(1) In addition to the type of State Acceptance Not the Tax as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) The Ministry of Transportation can host:

a. education and training in the field of transportation that is derived from cooperation.

b. education and training of Level IV Leadership, and Level III Leadership for civil servants as well as education and pre-office training for the prospective civil servants in accordance with the provisions of the Laws.

(2) Top of the type of State Reception instead of Taxes as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter of a nominal value which are listed in the contract of cooperation.

(3) the type of State Reception Not Tax as referred to a paragraph (1) letter b refers to the Government Regulation on the type and tariff of the type of State Reception Not the Tax apply to the State Administration Institute.

(4) Top of the type of State Reception Non-Taxes as referred to in paragraph (1) letter c refers to the Government Regulation on the type and tariff of the type of State Acceptance Not the taxes applicable to the Functional Dilation Instance in question.

3. The provisions of Article 10 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 10

The entire Reception of State Not the Tax applicable to the Ministry of Transportation is mandatory directly directly to the State Kas.

4. Change the IV numeral Attachment IV letter A and B to be as set forth in this Government Regulation attachment.

Article II

This Government Regulation shall begin in effect on the date of the promulctest.
