WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF STATE SECRETARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the terms of Article 14 of the paragraph (4) of the letter b of the Presidential Decree No. 42 of 2002 on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the State Budget and Shopping of the State as it has been last modified by the Presidential Regulation No. 53 of 2010, the definition of standardization needs to be conducted periodically by the minister/agency leader to standardize the matter of the subject matter of the concerned department/institution.
B. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Secretary of State on the Price of the Goods Units/Services in the Environment of the Ministry of the Secretariat of State of the Year of
Remembering: 1. The decision of President Number 42 of 2002 on the Guidelines for the Implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget as has been the last several amended by Presidential Regulation No. 53 of 2010;
2. Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 on Governing Goods/Government Services as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Regulation No. 70 of 2012;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 58 of 2010 on the Ministry of State Secretariat as amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 80 of 2010;
4. Regulation of the Minister of State Secretary No. 2 of 2011 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of State Secretariat;
DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATION OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE ABOUT THE STANDARD OF BARANG/SERVICE UNITS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF STATE SECRETARIAT OF THE YEAR 2014.
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. The next unit of work called Satker is part of an organizational unit in the environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat which carries out 1 (one) or some activities and is weighing an APBN fund.
2. The Environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat is the Ministry of the Secretariat of State and other institutions whose budget is administratively coordinated by the Ministry of the Secretariat of State.
3. The year of Budget 2014 is a time of 1 (one) year counting from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014.
Section 2
(1) The price of the Goods/Services Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Budget Year 2014 is one of the references to Satker in the Environment of the Ministry of the State Secretariat to carry out activities in the 2014 budget year.
(2) The pricing of the Goods/Services Unit as referred to in paragraph (1) is the highest unit price in the implementation of the budget on the Satker in the Environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the year 2014 budget, whose calculation is already included The company's profit but does not include the Value Added Tax.
(3) The price of the Goods/Services Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Budget Year 2014 is listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 3
(1) In terms of goods/services to be held:
a. not specified in the Item/Jasa; or
Standard Price Unit
B. have been specified in a Business/Services Unit Price Standard, but the prices that apply in the market exceed the Business/Services Unit Price Standard specified in this Minister's Regulation Attachment,
The price of a unit of goods/services is adjusted for market prices and the availability of budgeted allocations, as well as the emphasis on economic, ethical, and effectiveness principles.
(2) The price of the unit of goods/services as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to each Budget User Power in the environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat with the busan Chief Planning and Inspector of the Ministry of State Secretariat.
Section 4
The Minister ' s Rule came into force on January 1, 2014.
