REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 8 IN 2013

ABOUT THE THIRD CHANGE OVER THE LABOR MINISTER ' S REGULATION AND TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

AND TATA TECHNICAL MANAGING UNITS IN THE MINISTRY OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF LABOUR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that it has been established that the handover of the Special Working Training Hall (BLKK) Kemariiman Province of Maluku to the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration through the News Event Receive Task Force with the Personnel, Equipment, Financing and Documents, need to be designated as Technical Managing Unit (UPT) in the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration Environment;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, need to fine-tune the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and the Tata Technical Managing Unit in the Environment Ministry of Power Work and Transmigration as have been several times changed, lastly with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number 11 of 2012;

Given: 1. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended, last with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 141);

2. Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);

3. Decision President Number 84 /P Tahun 2009;

4. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan State Number PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Non- Ministry Government Institution;

5. The Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration No. 12/MEN/VIII/2010 on the Organization and Workforce of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration No. 2 Year 2013 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 Number 378);

6. Labor Minister Regulation and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration as have been several times amended, last with Regulation Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number 11 of 2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 No. 659);

DECIDED: Establishing: LABOR MINISTER REGULATION AND

TRANSMIGRATION ABOUT THE THIRD CHANGE IN LABOR MINISTER REGULATION AND TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 ABOUT ORGANIZATION AND WORK PLANNING TECHNICAL MANAGING UNIT IN THE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION.

Article I Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration (State News of the Republic Indonesia in 2011 No. 253), as has been several times amended, lastly with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number 11 of 2012 (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 659), was changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Article 153 are changed, so that Article 153 reads as

following: Article 153

BLKI is located in Banda Aceh, Semarang, Samarinda, Makassar, Ternate, Sorong, Padang, Kendari, and Ambon.

2. The provisions of Article 177 of the paragraph (1) are amended, so that Article 177 reads as follows:

Article 177 (1) With the Ordinance of this Minister, then the UPT in

Environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration is composed of: a. 10 (ten) Great Hall; and b. 18 (eighteen) Hall.

(2) The name, location, canonization, seat, and workspace of each UPT as set forth in Annex I of this Minister Rule.

(3) The Great Hall Organization and the Hall as listed in Appendix II of the Regulation of this Minister.

3. The provisions of the ATTACHMENT I are changed by inserting 1 (one) new number between the number 16C and number 17, number 16D.

4. The provisions of the ATTACHMENT II were changed by adding an organizational chart and the work of the Technical Managing Unit of the Ambon Industrial Workout Hall.
