THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE RULE OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 10 OF 2010 ON ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

MINISTRY OF RELIGION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF RELIGIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: that in order to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah, it needs to establish the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 10 of 2010 about the Organization and the Ministry of Religious Works;

DECIDED:

SET: THE LAW OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE SECOND CHANGE IN THE REGULATION OF THE LAW MINISTER NUMBER 10 OF 2010 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION.

Article I Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs 10 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Religion (State News of Indonesia of 2010 Number 592) as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 33 Year 2013 on Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of Religion (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2013 Number 692); amended as follows: 1. The provisions in Section 245 are changed so that the whole reads

as follows: Article 245

Susunan organization of the Directorate General of the Hajj and Umrah consists of: a. The Secretariat of the Directorate General of the Hajj and Umrah; b. Directorate of Pilgrimage Coaching and Umrah; c. Directorate of Home Hajj Services; d. The Directorate of Foreign Hajj Services; and e. " The Hajj Fund Management Directorate.

2. The provisions of the Fifth Section are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

3. The provisions of Article 285 are amended so that the full article reads as follows:

Article 285 of the Directorate of Domestic Hajj Services has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policy, standardization, and technical guidance and evaluation in the field of Hajj services in the country.

Section 286 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 285, the Directorate of Domestic Hajj Services organized a function: a. the formulation of policies in the field of registration, document management

and supplies, Hajj boarding services, air transport, land and sea transport, as well as the protection of hajj pilgrims in the country;

b. implementation of policies in the field of registration, document management and supplies, Hajj boarding services, air transport, land and sea transport, as well as the protection of hajj pilgrims in the country;

c. The preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the area of registration, document management and supplies, Hajj boarding services, air transport, land and sea transport, as well as the protection of hajj pilgrims in the country;

d. providing technical guidance and evaluation in the field of registration, document management and supplies, Hajj boarding services, air transport, land and sea transport, and the protection of hajj pilgrims in the country; and

e. The operation of the business and the directorates. 5. The provisions in Article 287 are amended so that the whole reads

as follows: Article 287

Susunan organization of the Directorate of Foreign Hajj Services is composed of:

a. Subdirectorate of the Hajj Registry; b. Subdirectorate of Documents and Hajj Completeness; c. Subdirectorate Dormitory Haji; d. Subdirectorate of Air Transport and Protection of Hajj; and e. Subsection Tata Directorate.

6. The provisions of Article 288 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Article 288 Subdirectorate of the Hajj Registry has the task of carrying out the formulation and execution of policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, and criteria, Technical guidance, monitoring and evaluation in the field of registration as well as the cancellation of regular hajj registration and special Hajj.

7. The provisions in Article 289 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Article 289 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 288, the Hajj Registration Subdirectorate organizes functions:

a. the preparation of the policy formulation in the field of registration and the cancellation of regular hajj registration and special Hajj;

b. the preparation of policy execution in the field of registration and the cancellation of regular hajj and special hajj registration;

10. The provisions in Article 293 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Section 293 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 292, the Subdirectorate of Documents and the Hajj Completeness are organizing a function: a. The preparation of a policy formulation in the field of documents, visages,

12. The provisions of Section 295 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

15. The provisions in Article 298 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Article 298

The Subdirectorate of Asrama Haji consists of: a. Hajj Dorm; b. Services section of the hajj dormitory; and c. Section Monitoring and Evaluation of Asrama Hajj.

16. The provisions of Article 299 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Section 299 (1) The Pilgrimage Section of the Hajj rama has the task of doing

the preparation of the formulation and execution of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and the process of the preparation of the Hajj. The criteria, and technical guidance of the hajj dormitory.

(2) The Pilgrimage Services Section has the task of conducting the preparation of the formulation and execution of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, and technical guidance of the ministry Hajj dormitory.

17. The provisions of Article 300 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Section 300 Subdirectorate of Transport and Protection of Jemaah Hajj has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policy, the drafting of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, technical guidance, as well as monitoring and evaluation in the areas of air transport, land and sea transport in the country, health cooperation, and the protection of the pilgrims.

18. The provisions of Section 301 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 300, the Transport and Protection Subdirectorate of Jemaah Hajj organizes functions: a. the preparation of policy formulation in the field of air transport,

land and sea transport in the country, health cooperation, and the protection of Hajj pilgrims;

b. Preparation of policy in the fields of air transport, land and sea transport services, health cooperation, and protection of the hajj;

c. air transport, land and sea transport in the country, health cooperation, and protection of Hajj pilgrims; and

d. Technical mentoring, monitoring and evaluation in the areas of air transport, land and sea transport services, health cooperation, and protection of the hajj.

19. The provisions in Article 302 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Section 302 Subdirectorate of Transport and Protection of Jemaah Haji consists of: a. Air Transportation Service Section; b. Air Transport Services Section; and c. Health and Protection Section of Jemaah Haji.

20. The provisions of Article 303 are amended and the whole reads as follows:

Section 303 (1) The Air Transport Broadcasting Section has a duty to do

formulation of formulation and execution of policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, criteria, and technical guidance, as well as monitoring and evaluation of air transport, land and sea transport in the country.

21. The provisions of Article 304 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Article 304 (1) The Directorate of Administrative Services of the Directorate has the task of doing

the coordination of the drafting of the work program, the staffing, reporting, the household, and the affairs of the workforce. The efforts of the Directorate of Domestic Hajj Services.

hajj abroad;

b. implementation of policies in the areas of accommodation, catering, and transportation of Hajj abroad;

c. drafting norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the fields of accommodation, catering, and pilgrimage transportation abroad;

d. providing technical guidance and evaluation in the areas of accommodation, catering, and pilgrimage transport abroad;

e. implementation of the facilitation of the Superintendent of Hajj Indonesia; and f.

Article 304C Susunan organization of the Directorate of Foreign Hajj Services is composed of: a. Subdirectorate Accommodation Haji; b. Subdirectorate Catering of Hajj; c. Subdirectorate of the Hajj Transport; d. Subdirectorate Facilitation of the Hajj Indonesia Supervisors Commission; and e. Subsections Layout.

Section 304D

Subdirectorate Accommodation Hajj has the task of carrying out formulation and execution of policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, criteria, technical guidance, and monitoring and evaluation in fields Hajj accommodation services abroad.

Section 304E

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 304D, the Pilgrimage Accommodation Subdirectorate is organizing a function:

Article 304I In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 304H, the Katering Hajj Subdirectorate organizes a function: a. The preparation of policy formulation in the field of Hajj catering services at

overseas; b. the preparation of policy execution in the field of Hajj catering services at

abroad; c. the preparation of the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in

the field of catering services abroad; and d. Technical guidance preparation, monitoring and evaluation in the fields

services catering overseas. Article 304J

b. the preparation of policy implementation in the field of Hajj transportation services and the coordination of hajj health abroad;

c. setup of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of Hajj transport services and health coordination. The hajj overseas; and

d. Technical mentoring, monitoring and evaluation in the field of Hajj transportation services and the coordination of hajj health abroad.

Article 304N Subdirectorate of Hajj Transport consists of: a. Transport Section of the Transport; b. Transportation and Health Pilgrimage section; and c. Section Monitoring and Evaluation of Transport and Health Hajj.

Section 304O (1) The Transport Section Section has the task of conducting the preparation

the formulation and implementation of policy, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, and technical guidance of the preparation Hajj transportation abroad.

staffing, entrepreneurship, and the activities of the Indonesian Hajj Supervising Commission;

b. the preparation of materials facilitated receipt of input and public advice on the hosting of Hajj, as well as the management of information and communications of the Hajj operational supervision; and

c. the preparation of the analysis materials and the preparation of the execution report task of the Supervisors Commission of Indonesia

Article 304R Subdirectorate Facilitate Commission Supervisor Haji Indonesia consists of: a. Administrative Facilstrative Section; b. Public Complaints, Information, and Communications; and c. Analysis and Reporting Section.

Section 304S

(1) Administrative Facilitation Section has the task of coordinating the coordination of plans, programs, budgets, accounting, staffing, entrepreneurship, and home-of-commission activities Supervisor of Hajj Indonesia.

Section 304T (1) Subsection of Tata Enterprises have a job to coordinate

creation of a work program, employee, reporting, household, and administrative affairs of the Overseas Hajj Service Directorate.

(2) The Tata Business Subsection as referred to in paragraph (1), in performing its duties functionally located under the General Section of the Secretariat The Directorate General of the Hajj and Umrah and is operationally responsible to the Directorate of Foreign Affairs of Hajj.
