CHANGES TO THE RULE OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 14 OF 2013 ON ORGANIZATION AND TATA WORK

ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE OF NORTH SUMATRA

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE RELIGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that in order to improve the quality of the holding and service of higher education, it needs to reorganize the organization and the work of the North Sumatra State Islamic Institute;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs 14 Year 2013 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Islamic Religious Institute of North Sumatra;

Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (State News of Indonesia 2010 Number 592) as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 80 of 2013 on Change of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia (2010). On the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working System of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (The State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 1202);

10. Ministry of Religious Affairs No. 14 of 2013 on the Organization and the Tata Works of the Islamic Religious Institute of North Sumatra (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2013 Number 430);

11. Decision of the Finance Minister Number 76 /KMK.05/ 2009 on the Redemption of the State Islamic Religious Institute of North Sumatra in the Ministry of Religious Affairs as a Government Instancy that applies the financial management of the public services agency;

Pay attention to: Approval Minister of State for the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms in the letter Number: B/2851/M. PAN-RB/9/2013, dated 11 September 2013;

DECIDED:

Establict: RULE OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE CHANGES TO THE RULES OF THE MINISTER RELIGION NUMBER 14 OF 2013 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE ISLAMIC INSTITUTE OF THE ISLAMIC STATE OF NORTH SUMATRA.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs 14 Year 2013 on the Organization and the Working Proceed of the Islamic Religious Institute of North Sumatra (News of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Year 2013 Number 430) were changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Article 10 are amended so that the whole reads as

Article 10 of the Faculty at the Institute consists of: a. The science of Tarbiyah and Leisure; b. Preaching and Communication; c. Sharia; d. Ushuluddin; and e. Economic and Islamic Business.

2. The provisions of Article 22 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

(1) The Part of the Business Act as referred to in Article 11 of the letter d in the Faculty of Science of Tarbiyah and Leisure, Faculty of the Dakwah and Communication, Faculty of Sharia, and the Faculty of Law. Ushuluddin consists of: a. General Administration subsections; b. Planning, Accounting, and Financial Subsections; as well as c. Academic Subsections, Students, and Alumni.

(2) The Part of the Effort as referred to in Article 11 of the letter d on the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business consists of: a. Subsections of General Administration and Finance; and b. Academic Subsections, Student Affairs, and Alumni.

3. The provisions of Article 23 are amended so that the whole reads as follows:

Article 23 (1) Subpart of the General Administration as referred to in

Article 22 of the paragraph (1) letter a has the task of carrying out the company, the administration service Employment, public relations, state-owned goods management, community-owned goods, and Faculty information systems.

(2) The Planning, Accounting, and Financial Subsections are referred to in Article 22 of the paragraph (1) letter b has a duty implement plan and budgeting, treasury, accounting, reporting finance, Faculty reporting.

(3) Subpart of the General Administration and Finance as referred to in Article 22 of the paragraph (2) of the letter a having the task of carrying out the company, the administration administration service,

community relations, management of state-owned goods, administerities, faculty information systems, plan drafting and budgeting, treasury, accounting, financial reporting, Faculty reporting.

(4) Academic Subsections, Student Services, and Alumni as referred to in Section 22 of the paragraph (1) the letter c and paragraph (2) of the letter b have the task of carrying out the services of the academic administration, research and devotion to the community, the student body, and the coaching alumni.
