letter b, amounting to 3.70% is borne by the businessman and by 2% is borne by the workforce.

(4) Remoted.

5. The provisions of Article 33 to Section 46 are deleted.

amended as follows:

1. The provisions of Section 2 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are changed, between verses (1) and the paragraph (2) of the new paragraph (1a), and the paragraph (4) is removed so that Article 2 reads as follows:

Section 2

(1) the power social security program work consists of:

a. The warranty of money included:

1. Job Accident Guaraner;

2. Warranty of Death; and

3. Old Day Guaraner.

b. Warranty of service, which is Health Maintenance Guarantee.

(1a) The Health Maintenance Warranty Program as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is set in its own Presidential Regulation.

(2) The workforce social security program referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter is organized by the Organizing Board.

(3) Employers who employ a workforce of 10 (ten) people or more, Or pay the minimum wage of Rp.1,000,000, (one million rupiah) a month, it is required to include its workforce in the workforce social security program as referred to in paragraph (1).

(4) Remoted.

(5) The employers and labor who have participated in the labor social insurance program prior to the enactment of this Government Regulation, continue to its membership in the workforce social security program as referred to in verse (1).

(6) Employers who have participated in the workforce social security program remain participants despite not meeting any more requirements as referred to in paragraph (3).

2. The provisions of Section 6 of the paragraph (1) of the letter c are removed, paragraph (3) and paragraph (5) are amended, so Section 6 reads as follows:

Section 6

(1) In no time at least 7 (7) days from the registration form and the payment of the first dues received, the Organizing Board published and delivered to the entrepreneur:

a. A certificate for each company as a mark of the company's membership;

b. Participant's card for each of the workforce as a sign of the inclusion in the workforce social security program;

c. removed.

(2) Employers Deliver to each participant card of the workforce social security program in the slowest time of 7 (seven) days since being received from the Organizing Board.

(3) The participant card as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b applies to the end of the term of the labor force concerned in the workforce social security program.

3. The provisions of Section 8 (4) of the letter b are deleted, so that Article 8 reads as follows:

Section 8 (1) The employers are required to report to the Organizing Board

in the event of a change concerning: a. company address;

b. ownership of the company; c. type or field of effort; d. the amount of manpower and his family; and e. the magnitude of the wages of each workforce.

(2) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered the slowest 7 (seven) days since the change.
