(Additional explanation in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5472) REGULATION of the GOVERNMENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 84 by 2013 REGARDING CHANGES to the TOP of the NINTH GOVERNMENT REGULATION No. 14 of 1993 on the ORGANIZATION of LABOR SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM with a GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the provision concerning the health coverage program for manpower has been provided for in Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security Systems; b. that, in order to synchronize the conducting of health coverage for the workforce in accordance with Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security Systems, the need to change the Government Regulation No. 14 of 1993 on the Organization of Labor Social Security Program; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish government regulation on amendment of the ninth over Government Regulation number 14 www.djpp.kemenkumham.go.id 2013, no. 229 2 of 1993 on the Organization of Labor Social Security Program; Remember: 1. Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945; 2. Act No. 3 of 1992 on the social security of Labor (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 1992, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3468); 3. Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security Systems (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 150 in 2004, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4456); 4. Government Regulation No. 14 of 1993 on the Organization of Labor Social Security Program (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 in 1993, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3520) as it has several times changed with the Government Regulation Number 53 in 2012 (the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 106 in 2012, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5312): decide: define: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING CHANGES to the TOP of the NINTH GOVERNMENT REGULATION No. 14 of 1993 on the ORGANIZATION of LABOR SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM. Article I the Government Regulation No. 14 of 1993 on the Organization of Labor Social Security Program (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 in 1993, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3520) as it has several times changed by government regulations: a. Number 64 in 2005 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 147 in 2005, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4582); e. the number 76 2007 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 160 in 2007, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4789); f. No. 1 in 2009 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia year 2009 number 6, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4961); g. the number 84 in 2010 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 144 in 2010, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5176); h. Number 53 in 2012 (the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 106 in 2012, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5312); modified as follows: 1. The provisions of article 2 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is amended, in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is inserted 1 (one) new subsection i.e. subsection (1a), and subsection (4) is deleted so that article 2 reads as follows: article 2 (1) of the social security Program the workforce consists of: a. a guarantee in the form of money that include: 1. The guarantee work accident; 2. Guarantee deaths; and 3. Guarantee Of The Old Days. b. Collateral in the form of service, namely the guarantee of health care.
