Article 2

Article 3
(1) Performance improvement as referred to in Section 2, is not given to:
a.   Employees in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy who do not have a particular office;

C.   Employees in the environment of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy are dismissed from the office of the organics by being given the waiting money (not to be dismissed as the Civil Servant);
D.   Employees in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy environment are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside the Ministry of Creative Economy and Creative Economy;

Section 4

Section 5
