WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD MINISTER OF RELIGIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to improve the quality of the organization and the higher education ministry, it needs to reorganize the Organization and Workforce of the Hindu Religious High School Tampung Penyang Palangkaraya;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Religion on the Organization and Workforce of the Hindu Religious High School Performed Penyang Palangkaraya;

Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (State News of Indonesia 2010 Number 592) as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 80 of 2013 on Change of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia (2010). DECIDED: Establishing: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

AND THE WORK OF WORK. THE HINDU HIGH SCHOOL OF THE HINDU RELIGION-TAMPUNG PENYANG PALANGKARAYA.

CHAPTER I OF POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Article 1

(1) The High School Hindu Religious High School of Penyang Palangkaraya called the High School is a college organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. are under and responsible to the Minister of Religious Affairs.

(2) High School as referred to in paragraph (1), functionally being scouted by the Director General of the Hindu Society Guidance.

Article 2 High School has a duty carrying out the hosting of higher education covering academic education programs, vrelocate and/or the profession, research, and devotion to the inner community

the field of Hindu science and religious technology in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 3 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the High School runs the function:

a. perumusan and setting vision, mission, policy, and program planning;

b. the hosting and implementation of academic education, vocational and/or profession, research, and devotion to the public in the field of Hindu religious science and technology;

c. implementation of the coaching of academics; and d. Administration and reporting.

Section 4 of the High School Organization is composed of the governing organs and organs of consideration.

BAB II

ORGAN MAINTAINER

Section General

Section 5 of the High School Organs Organ consists of:

a. Chairman and Vice Chairman; b. Maj; c. Postgraduate;

d. General Administration, Academic, and Financial Services; e. Center; and

f. Technical Managing Unit. Second Part

The Chairman and Vice Chairman

Section 6 The Chairman as referred to in Article 5 of the letter a, has the task of leading and managing the hosting of higher education as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, under policy that is set by the Minister of Religious Affairs.

Article 7 (1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6,

The Chairman is assisted by 3 (three) Vice Chairman people. (2) The Vice Chairman as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:

a. Co-chair of the Academic and Development Institution with the task of assisting the Chair in the academic field, and the development of the institution;

b. Vice Chair of the Public Administration, Planning and Finance which has the task of assisting the Chairman in the field of public administration, planning and finance; and

c. Deputy Speaker of the Ministry of Students and Cooperation who has the task of assisting the Chairman in the field of scholarship and cooperation.

Third Part Jaffair Section 8

(1) The affairs as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b, are units Academic executors of the High School who have the task of organizing courses of study in 1 (one) Hindu religious science and technology disciplines.

(2) The affairs as referred to in verse (1), are led by a Chief JBUSINESS. who are below and are responsible to the Chairman.

Article 9

In perform the duties as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (1), the major program of the function: a. execution of academic, vocational, and/or profession education, at

environment majors; b. execution of research and development of science and

technology; c. implementation of devotion to the community; d. implementation of the academic sivity of academia; and e. implementation of administration and reporting.

Article 10

Jaffair at the High School consists of: a. Dharma Acarya:

b. Dharmaduta; c. Brahma Widya; and d. Yoga and Hindu Health.

Article 11

The Organization of Jaffairs consists of:

a. Chair of the Department; b. Secretary of the Department; c. Laboratory/studio/other names; and d. Lecturer.

Article 12

The Chairman of the Department as referred to in Article 11 of the letter a, has the task of leading and carrying out the duties and functions as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) and Article 9 under the Chairman's policy.

Section 13 of the Secretary of the Department as referred to in Section 11 of the letter b, has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Department in the field of public administration, employment, and reporting.

Section 14

(1) Laboratory/studio/other names as referred to in Section 11 of the letter c, is the educational execution device in environment majors.

(2) Laboratory/studio/other names as referred to in paragraph (1) are led by a functional power in accordance with its field under and responsible to the Chairperson.

The Fourth Section Postgraduate

Article 15

Postgraduate as referred to in Article 5 of the letter c, is an academic managing element that has the task of organizing the education of the Magister Program in the field of Hindu religious sciences.

Article 16

(1) Graduate as referred to in Section 5 of the letter c, led by a Director who is below and is responsible to the Chairman.

(2) The Director as referred to in paragraph (1), in charge of conducting and performing the hosting of education as referred to in Article 15 under the Chairman's discretion.

Article 17

Postgraduate Hosting as referred to in Section 15, implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Fifth Section of General, Academic, and Financial Administration Section

Article 18

(1) The General, Academic, and Financial Services Section as referred to in Section 5 of the d, which is subsequently called the AUAK Part. The executable element of the administration with the task of carrying out the general administration, finance, planning, organization, governance, employment, law, and invite-invitation, and academic administration, student administration, alumni, and cooperation.

Article 19 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (1), the AUAK Section is organizing a function: a. Drafting and execution of plans, program evaluations and

budgets, as well as reporting;

b. The implementation of the general administration covering the execution of entrepreneurship, security, management of state-owned goods, documentation and publications, and administeration;

c. implementation of organization structuring and governance, employment, law and law. The rules of the negotiations;

d. implementation of the treasury, accounting, and financial reporting; e. management of information and academic administration, student administration

and alumni enablement, as well as college cooperation; and f. High School reporting setup.

Article 20

The AUAK Section as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (1) consists of: a. General Administration subsections; b. Planning, Finance and Accounting subsections;

c. Academic Subsections, Student Affairs and Alumni; as well as

d. Functional Position Group.

Article 21 (1) Subpart of the General Administration as referred to in Section

20 letters a, has the task of carrying out the investigation of the administration of the staffing, organization, layout, law, law, Enterprise, security, public relations, public relations, documentation, and publication.

(2) The Planning, Financial and Accounting Subsection, as referred to in Article 20 of the letter b, has the task of executing the preparation of the plan, budget, treasury, verification, accounting, information systems state property management and accounting (SIMAK BMN), evaluation and report.

The Sixth Section

Paragraph 1 General

Section 22 (1) The Centre as referred to in Article 5 of the letter e, is

Section 25 In carrying out the duties as contemplated in Article 24, P3M organizes a function: a. execution of the plan, evaluation of programs and budgets,

and reporting; b. execution of pure and applied scientific research; c. implementation of devotion to the community; d. execution of the publication of the results of research and devotion to

society; and e. execution of the Central administration.

Article 26 of the P3M as referred to in Article 24, consists of: a. Chief; b. Secretary; and c. Functional Position Group.

Article 27 of the Head as referred to in Article 26 of the letter a, has the task of leading and managing research and engagement activities to the community, as referred to in Section 24 and Section 25 is based on Chairman's policy.

Article 28 The Secretary as referred to in Article 26 of the letter b, has the task of providing administrative, financial, preparedness, and reporting support in accordance with the Central Head's policy.

Paragraph 3 of the Warranty Center Quality

Section 29 of the Mutu Warranty Center as referred to in Article 23 of the letter b, The next one is called P2M to perform, coordinate, audit, monitor, assess, and develop the quality of the academic activities.

Section 30

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 29, P2M organizes function:

a. Execution of planning, program evaluation and budgeting, reporting and reporting;

b. implementation of academic quality development; c. implementation of audits, monitoring, and academic quality assessments; and d. execution of the Central administration.

Article 31 P2M as referred to in Article 29, consists of: a. Chief; b. Secretary; and c. The Functional Office Group.

Article 32 of the Head as referred to in Article 31 of the letter a, has the task of leading and administing academic quality control activities as referred to in Article 29 and Section 30 based on the Chairman's policy.

Article 33 The Secretary as referred to in Article 31 of the letter b, has the task of providing administrative, financial, preparedness, and reporting support in accordance with the Central Head policy.

The Seventh Part of the Technical Managing Unit

Article 34 of the Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Article 5 of the letter f, which Furthermore, the so-called UPT is an element of support in the High School environment.

Article 35 of the Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Article 34, consists of: a. Library Unit; b. Information Technology and Data Base units; and c. Language Development Unit.

Article 36 (1) The Library Unit as referred to in Article 35 of the letter a,

has the task of carrying out the service, coaching, and development of the library, conducting interlibrary cooperation, controlling, evaluating, and compiling a library report.

(2) The Library Unit as referred to in paragraph (1), headed by a Chief Unit appointed by the Chairman, is below and is responsible to the Vice Chair of Academic and Instituting Fields.

Article 37 (1) Information Technology Unit and Data Base as referred to

in Article 35 of the letter b, has the task of managing and development of information technology systems and data bases in the High School environment.

(2) Information Technology Unit and Data Base as referred to in paragraph (1), are led by a Chief Unit appointed by the Chairman, is below and is responsible to the Deputy Chairman of the Public Administration, Planning, and Finance.

Article 38 (1) Language Development Unit as referred to in Section 35

letter c, having the task of carrying out the coaching and development of the language skills for the Higher School academic civitas.

(2) The Language Development Unit as referred to in paragraph (1), led by a Chief Unit appointed by the Chairman, is located Below and is responsible to the Vice Chairman of Academic and Development. Institute.

CHAPTER III OF THE ORGANS OF CONSIDERATION

Article 39 Organ Perscales High School as referred to in Article 4, consists of: a. Board of the House of Worship; and b. The Senate of the High School.

CHAPTER IV FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

Article 42 (1) The functional office group consists of Lecturers, Researchers, Librarians,

Laboran, and other functional positions raised according to the needs of the under the terms of the laws.

(2) Each functional position group as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by a senior functional official as the coordinator specified by the Chairman.

(3) The functional office group is referred to in the verse (1), perform tasks in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invite rule.

CHAPTER V ESELONISATION

Section 43 Chairman, Vice Chairman, Director, Chief Major, Secretary Of The Department, Head of the Centre, Central Secretary, and Head of the unit non Eselon office.

Article 44 (1) The Head of Section is the Structural Office Eselon III.a. (2) Subsection Chief is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.

THE CHAPTER VI OF OTHER PROVISIONS

Article 45 The provisions of the requirements and mechanisms of the appointment of non-structural and working officials at High School are set in statutes High School.

Article 46 The Chair may establish a provision regarding the details of the structural/functional office duties as long as it does not contradict the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs.

BAB VII CLOSING provisions

Article 47 With effect Rule of the Minister of Religious Affairs, Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 250 of 2001 on The Hindu Religious High School Organisation and Tata Works Tampung Penyang Palangkaraya and the Hindu Religious High School Gde Pudja Mataram were revoked and declared not to be valid.

Article 48
