REPEAL OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 69 IN 1991
ABOUT THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS,
RETIRED RECIPIENT, VETERAN, INDEPENDENCE PIONEER
AS WELL AS HIS FAMILY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That the provisions of health care for civil servants, retired recipients, veterans, independence, and their families have been set up in the 2004 Act No. 40 of the National Social Security System;
B. That in order to synchronize health care for civil servants, retired recipients, veterans, independence pioneers and their families in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2004 on the National Social Security System, need to revoke the Government Regulation No. 69 of 1991 on Health Maintenance of the Civil Service, Retired Recipient, Veteran, Pioneer Of Independence And His Family;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, need to establish a Government Regulation on the Revocation Of Government Regulation Number 69 of 1991 on the Maintenance of the Civil Service of the Civil Service, the Recipient Pension, Veterans, The Pioneers Of Independence And His Family;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law No. 8 Year 1974 on PokePokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Leaf Indonesia Republic Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
3. Law Number 40 Year 2004 on National Social Security System (State Sheet) 2004 No. 150, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4456);
4. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);
5. Law No. 24 Year 2011 on Social Security Organizing Agency (Sheet Country Indonesia Year 2011 Number 116, Additional Sheet Republic Of Indonesia Number 5256);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE REPEAL OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 69 OF 1991 ON THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS, RETIRED RECIPIENTS, VETERANS, INDEPENDENCE AND THEIR FAMILIES.
Section 1
Government Regulation Number 69 of 1991 on Maintenance of Civil Service Civil Servants, Pension Recipients, Veterans, Pioneers Of Independence And Their Families (sheets Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1991 Number 90, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 3456), revoked and declared not valid.

This Government Regulation came into force on 1 January 2014.
