Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. (3) foreign students selected as referred to in paragraph (1), namely: a. coming from foreign countries that have diplomatic relations with Indonesia; and b. eligible acceptance by universities in Indonesia which has the minimum accreditation B. Article 4 (1) flagship Scholarship Program administered by the Bureau of planning and Foreign Cooperation, the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of education and culture. (2) the requirement for a foreign citizen's flagship Scholarship: a. foreign nationals from countries that have diplomatic relations with Indonesia; b. has been accepted in College (get a letter of acceptance from the College); c. pass the selection of the Bureau of planning and Foreign Cooperation; d. do not currently receive scholarships from the same component laindalam; e. do not violate the agreement and the code of ethics has been established the College's flagship scholarship; and f. not involved criminal acts, as well as the abuse of narcotics and other illegal drugs. Article 6 (1) Scholarship Fund seeded sourced from income and expenditure budget of the State.
